Mariel at the Warby@ 185 Columbus Avenue, NYC was friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgable. She clearly loves her job and takes great pride in it. She was so patient, showing me many frames and indulging all my questions. Rare to find someone who cares so much.
The filled my same prescription wrong 3 times! The got the prescription to high and the progressive lenses to low and could not see clearly after 3 times Gave up and asked for my money back They were not friendly and didn't seem to care about anything Didn't offer a any discount or to adjust any thing after 3 times of filling the same prescription Won't go back again and I would beware of poor quality of work and rude employees These are the 2 people I had to deal with in OKC on Classen circle

The frames and lenses are good quality. However, the lense focal point is incorrect and reading becomes difficult unless I tip my frames into odd angles.
I took the glasses in to Warby Parker and they heated up and adjusted the frames to work better. What happens, though, is that the frames, within a week or so, creep back to their original status.
I think I needed a REAL optometrist to measure where my focal point should land within the frames I had chosen. I have double vision, so I require specialized prisms in my lenses. I don't think those can be placed correctly in an online order without a human optometrist's input.
Purchasing something as touchy as eyeglasses online when one has a specialized prescription was a costly mistake.for me.
Ordering glasses from Warby Parker has been an absolute nightmare. I have called them around 5 times for various concerns. First off, they said they would reach out to my optometrist to receive my prescription and they never did and I got an automated email later that day that said they wouldn't do it and I needed to. I called my optometrist and they said Warby Parker never even attempted to get the prescription. Later they got my prescription mixed up with another pair of glasses in my order. I finally received my order and the glasses were SO BLURRY. My optometrist states it's because Warby Parker doesn't even take the sufficient measurements in the store. Now I have to take them in to get them fixed. No wonder these glasses were so cheap.
I ordered a pair of glasses, hoping this could be more a more economical option. Unfortunately when they arrived, the glasses were much larger than pictured online and the lenses were funky - they made me feel almost a little dizzy. I figured it was a loss and when they sent me an email asking me to rate my experience, I was honest. That's when I learned their customer service is horrendous. One person contacted me asking if I wanted to replace them, I said sure. After I spent time picking out new glasses, I was told it would be another $100. During the emails exchanged, 6 different people emailed me. Never did the same person respond to me. So when one person said "sure, you can exchange " then the next person said "actually it's $100" and unfortunately I was talking to different people and when I replied to follow up or clarify, I was already talking to another person. I felt worse about the company after their customer service reached out to me, which says a lot about their customer service.

If you've seen my reviews of Warby Parker, let me tell ya, it doesn't get better.
I received my glasses order today. When I opened the box, first thing I noticed was that the frame was bent. After trying them on to see if it was worth trying to straighten tjem, I found that they weren't the correct script. My eyeglass script hadn't changed, I just needed new ones. Way way off. I could see better with nothing than with them. Only good thing was the CS rep was good and let me vent about the whole
Ridiculous situation. No, I was nice to them, even had a laugh. It wasn't them that screwed up...but WB needs to fire the idiots, and give the CS rep a raise.
So as an end to my saga, take my advice and don't use this miserable, worse than half assed, micky mouse company. Safe yourself some grief and use a reputable company.

Ordered contacts. Sent them the prescription, they sent the wrong lenses for one eye. Contacted them for return information, radio silence. Would give negative star rating if possible.Vision center at Walmart is more accurate. Will not be using them again.
I had an appointment at the Crown location and they turned me away for being six minutes late. I know they give you a five minute grace period, however, I doubt one minute will throw their day off. Let's hypothetically say I was seen and I had questions. Will the staff or doctor tell me to leave in the middle of my appointment because the next customer arrived? Just thought I was treated unfairly. I ended up going to a different entity and received a better deal anyway.

I am on my fourth pair of glasses. I need all the lense add-ons (anti-reflect, scratch resistance, and light-weight progressive. Initially had one year lense warranty but now 6 months. I know why because at one-year the reflective coating starts coming off and scratches are susceptible. Then they want to sell replacement lenses for $195, or buy new glasses. The product support has deteriorated.
Tip for consumers:
Good price until lenses deteriorate at one yr or less with only a 6 month warranty.

I bought a couple boxes of contact lenses from Warby Parker for the first time. The first pair from the box ripped within the same day I put them in. This has never happened to me before. I contacted customer service and they said they only issue replacments or refunds with unopened boxes. This makes no sense to me. How would I know I needed a replacement or some kind of remedy before I opened them. Use 1-800-contacts intead, they have a quality guarantee that they stand by. They will mail you replacement lenses in a case like I described above.
I have zero complaints about my experience with Warby Parker. I got my try-on frames promptly. Ordered and received my glasses within 10 days. Cool. And, they fit and improved my eyesight as promised. However, after a week I noticed an itching around the tops of my ears at frame contact. Now, I am noticing a slight itch on the nose of my bridge. I am not allergic, generally. So, what the hell are the frames made from and should I be worried?
A new prescription, I purchased two pairs. I went to one of their shops and met with their 'optometrist' for my progressive lenses. That was three months ago. Since then, I have received THREE remakes of the glasses: They can't seem to get them right.
The first time, the lenses were placed in the frames at a tilt… the second time the progressive began too high on the lense, and the third time they omitted it all together.
I won't put myself through this ever again.

None. Three tries… they could get it right.
It took 23 days for delivery of a single pair of glasses. My vision was poor with my old glasses, so I was in a hurry for the new ones. I live on a busy city street, but the glasses were tracked Undeliverable and returned to their lab. Many phone calls and emails later, 11 days after the promised date of delivery, I have glasses. I will not do business with Warby Parker anymore. On the plus side, it was easy to reach customer service reps who helped along the way.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this company. Bad reviews, unbelievably poor shipping.

The only pair of the right shade of soft pink delicate rimmed European glasses broke. I found the closest match online & at the uncrowded Florida WP store. Polite well trained staff. They had onsite eye testing. Free shipping to NewYork
Warby Parker plz. Make lightweight pouches for your glasses. Your glass boxes are unreasonably heavy. Im guessing for shipment. End cost for a fresh custom pair$145

Ordered reading glasses with single vision lenses. No extras and no thrills. The due date came and went. Called customer service twice. First rep was very rude and hung up on me. The second one was better but didn't offer any valuable information. The attitude was… well I don't know anything and frankly don't care either. Very disappointing. Still waiting on the status.
Tip for consumers:
Still waiting for my order
I bought a pair of progressive lenses and associated frames several months ago. When they FINALLY came in (weeks), the progressive lens feature was very poorly aligned. I could focus one eye on a "close" subject, but then the other eye would be way out of focus — a non-starter for sure. So I took them back, and they said they would send them back for "adjustment". Many weeks later, they came back…NO difference whatever. It was like they received them, put them on a shelf for a couple of weeks, and then shipped them back. I went back in YET AGAIN, and they said the same thing, "We'll send them back to the lab and have them adjusted". Guess what, the exact same scenario unfolded. They were no different when they came back than they were when they were sent in. In disgust and frustration, I demanded my money back. After much wrangling, they finally relented and gave me a full refund. I went to LensCrafters (with the exact same prescription", and in a couple of days had a perfect pair of glasses, and saved over $200 in the process. Don't waste your time/effort/money on Warby Parker — it's a total ripoff!
My Warby Parker order took an extra 20 days to get to me. You can blame the USPS, but they never received the order package. So ultimately, it's on Warby Parker's end.
The frames are a B- and the lenses are pretty good.
I have to mention again that it took another half month to get my glasses.
If you want to get new glasses, I would not recommend Warby Parker, unless you want them to get lost in the post, and have to wait an extra half month to get your glasses.
Not worth the 200+ dollars you will spend.
The only good thing about WB is the customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy Warby Parker glasses, you are better off going to Walmart or glassesUSA. They will lose your order, and they won’t take responsibility. Additionally, their lenses and frame quality is subpar.

I have worn Warby Parker glasses for years. Initially the glasses were sturdy. But my last few have been flimsy. The metal attaching the arms to the frame bend very easily. Within a few weeks, the hangers were so loose that the glasses were falling off.
I have had a decent experience with customer service in the sense that they have been quick to respond and courteous. The bad part is that there is never anything they can do.
I'd avoid them.
I made an appointment a week ago for eye exam and new glasses. No where on the pages I visited to make this appointment asked about insurance. I drove 45 minutes one way just to find out this P.O.S. Doesn't take my insurance. To top this of they said I can still get my exam and submit an out of network claim. This claim will get me 40 cents on the dollar they are going to charge me. This is $#*!ing bull$#*!. This is a scam.
Every other well known eye glass company asked about insurance except for these $#*!.
Splashy TV ads show people absolutely loving loving the online experience, happy faces, different pictures as you try on a pair virtually before you buy it. What they don't tell you is, their APP only works on an iphone. Really? No cross platform app for an android phone? Seriously... looks like they want me to spend 800.00 on an iPhone in order to purchase an 45.00 frame. Sometime tell their tech team, and their advertising firm to get it together.
Had an appointment at 9:45 and when I arrived at the Roosevelt Field location the lights were out. When I came back at 10:00 they took already taken another customer in for an appointment and was told by the apprentice optometrist that he didn't know if I could be seen and would need to be squeezed in. He was rude and condescending. No customer service and poor lens quality. Never again
The true test of a reputable company is how well they handle a problem. Warby Parker "retires" their frames, forcing you to purchase new frames. If there is a defect in their product that doesn't show up for a few months, too bad. They offer no warranties beyond their 30-day scratch warranty.
The process takes way too long, I still have to go to my eye doctor to get them adjusted because you can't speak to anyone at a store, and they are more expensive than the average glasses. I will never ever do this again!

If possible I would leave 0 stars. Company sent incorrect script. After phoning them they refused to send glasses with the appropriate script. HORRIBLE customer service. Order Rx glasses anywhere but here.
I purchased 2 set of eye glasses. I was told they were going to be delivered before the expected delivery date. I didn't get them on the delivery date nor did I get them 4 days later to the changed delivery date. I did get a message that there was a problem with the delivery address. I have lived at the same address for 30 years and never had a delivery issue. Still haven't gotten my glasses and I will most likely never order glasses for Warby Parker again
Ordered my first pair rather easily. Within a week I had a scratch on my lens. I called n they sent me a replacement pair since it is under 90 days. Within another week my left lens has a scratch. I have been so careful only cleaning them with eye cloth. I have never had glasses that scratches soo easily. Frustrated and sure I have no options

Spend more for better lenses!
