In the beginning I had some issues but then realized it's certain SELLERS on there you have to stick to. I myself have 3 and only 3 I use. I absolutely love them and the now know me well! There has been site glitches lately I cannot see the " Magic" feed anymore which makes me SO SAD! However I find my way to New merchandise as best as possible! Thank you Wanelo and sellers for making me a happy girl!

I bought shoes and a sweater over 5 months ago from Wanelo and they still have not communicated with me as to where the hell my items are. They have poor customer service support. It's the same tired message about the system being down but like dude it's been well over a month now. You should have fixed the issue by now. The holidays are coming up and you're going to miss out on a lot of money due to your lack of effort.

This company call Wanelo is a fraudulent, I brought couplea of brand name bags from them since March of this year now we in December the year is about to change to a new year and still haven't got none of my idems from them. I emailed the many times never got an answer from them. I am going tonreport them and go on social media to let everyone in the world no how much of a fraud this company is. Very dissapoint with them very bad and they not a real website

I ordered close to $500 worth of merchandise back in March and still have not received my items. BEWARE ordering from WANELO. They also say 100% guaranteed money back if items weren't received. The phone number is no longer in service and when I email I get the same response. They've stolen my money basically. I'll be posting this on all platforms to get the word out

It's been over a year and never received! The customer service never followed up with me at all.they responded initially but then never got with me on a refund I never saw my money or items!hoe shou one star is too much ratings for them!

I ordered 2 handbags in early Feb 2023 and today March 30,2023 still have not rec'd them. I sent 4 emails to their customer service and never rec'd a response I called their 800- phone number and they never answer. I reported the dispute to my bank and they are now addressing it completely $137.00 and never will buy from them again. I purchase last year as well in 2022 and the hand bags were poor quality. Just NT worth the trouble of dealing with them but I want my money back.

I brought three item last year in May. When I asked for a refund they told me since it was already processed we can't offered a refund. This is bull$#*! now we almost down with this year still haven't received nothing.

I have ordered from this app several times and have received my items in the past. For some strange reason I've ordered things in November of 2022 as well as December of 2022 and my items are still saying processing. I have emailed them several times and tried other stores I really don't know what's going on but I do not recommend anyone to order from here this year. Seems like I'm 2020 and 2021 people were actually shipping your items. Now they are not and they are issuing u a credit ‍

I placed an order on Wanelo in April of 2023 and have never reviewed anything. I have emailed and called. No reply other than customer service saying they are looking into it. I have place a complaint with the Best Business Bureau as well. This site is a joke do not waster your money.

I have been ordering from Wanelo for a long time never had a problem till now been emailing them about my products and all I get is we're on it we are going to get in touch with the seller never have I know this covid19 is got a lot of stuff down but damn at least tell me something it's been sense February

I paid over 100 dollars for purses that never came! I reached out 2 weeks because it was still processing and only promises that they would look into it. Now 5 months later after reaching out every week. I get no response. Do Not order from them.

My Name is Jean R Germain, I have over 10 items that I ordered, and it's been months I have not heard anything on what happens to my orders. I've sent emails after email and all they kept saying is that they investigate. I really don't know what to do but to get my lawyer involve and see what can come out of this. At this point I just need a reimbursement they can keep those $#*!.

All I keep getting is a run a round email, saying they are trying to figure out what's going on with my order. It says items are shipped 5-7 buisness days. I am so upset. I trusted this app, and ordered my with full confidence and feel I have been scammed out of my money. So disappointing. I hate shopping online. Never again. People like this ruin it for people with trust issues as myself.

During February 2023 I ordered 3 items a few days apart and never received them. Wanelo took the money from my credit card and frequent request to track and find my items went unanswered. I still have not received the over $200.00 in merchandise. WANELO STOLE my money. Incident was reported to BBB. NO ONE FROM WANELO CUSTOMER SERVES EVER RESPONDED OR RESOLVED THE SITUATION.

I'd suggest you dnt waste your time with this company. I purchased something since May 30 if not before that. Carrying on; it's August 3,2023. I never received the products I purchased. I asked for a refund but their support don't care. Truthfully I think it's a bot bc it says the exact same or just flat out lie. I went as far as disputing the transaction and my bank denied it. I never received the product ls I paid for!. Support says they'll get in contact with the seller. Who can guess what happens next? They no where to be found and the company still did not refund me after I wrote it out in English. Yet, nothing. Stay away. How the company allow this? How were they able to deny me disputing that transaction when I never even received a tracking number. And now they deleted my account or blocked my ip address. It comes up error when I try to go on my profile.

Be careful. Support colluding with the buyer too.

I did not use anything because they never delivered anything.
