I have purchased several products from usbizdata.com over the years. They have always been helpful and the products have been as advertised. Good company.

Some of the data is a bit dated, but that is to be expected from data taken from business registrations. For $47 it is an excellent resource for my needs.

I had an issue with the data and it was addressed in few hours. As far as data quality goes, expect it to be at the $47 worth.

I am returning customer and the data has worked for two of our campaigns. I recently bought the CA bundle for $97 and is a great deal for the price. The service has been very quick by e-mail and was able to download my data within 5 minutes after buying.

Buying data through popular vendors can cost us thousands of dollars so this makes sense to us. This is great on the budget and has already paid for itself in our return on investment. All campaigns are different with too many variables to count, so make sure you get some consultation first if you have no marketing experience.

We own a small motorcycle parts manufacturing business. We have been using US Business Data for the past 5 years. They have always been helpful providing data to help us market our products and source our raw materials. When I came across these negative reviews I was shocked and contacted Mark. This has not been my experience with them at all. He informed me that it was just his competition playing games. He asked me to please leave a review of my experiences with his company, so here it is. You can take this for what it's worth, but my experience with them have been nothing but excellent!

We don't usually do reviews. However, Mark contacted us and informed us that his competitors where slamming him with fake negative reviews on this website and would we please do a review for him. We develop online business directories, and over the years have purchased data from practically every company online. 95% of those companies have been selling the exact same, outdated data for at least the past 5 years (feel free to message us and we'll send you a list). We have NEVER purchased the same data from US Business Data. Thier data has been updated at least every January when we make our purchases. Thier data is not perfect, nor do they claim it to be. However, it is the best that we have found for the money... period. Mark, this is James, I hope this helps man. It's sad to see how ruthless people have become!

Don't pay any attention to the stalker below. We have used US Business Data since 2012 and it is the only data service we have found that constantly updates their products. They are a real US company, not an Indian company posing as one like 99% of them online. Great service, products and prices. The best!

I have made 4 purchased from US Business Data over the years. Mark and Dave have always been very helpful teaching me how to sort the data by state and zip codes. I have been purchasing from US Business Data annually for the past 6 years. I purchase their business and opt-in databases every January and have never purchased the same or old data as suggested by the previous reviewer.

I'm going to agree, the customer service is good and the employees genuinely seem to care which makes it very unfortunate that the data is so old. I spent hours porting it all into SQL, joining tables to get the data to look just like I wanted it to find that it is frozen in time to about 8 years back for the residential and further than that for the business data. Unfortunately I can't give it a very good review based on it not performing its core function regardless of how nice the people selling it are.

My organization Strikes For Kids has used this data service to help promote our events and he has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have the correct data and that we are able to really get the word out to the companies we are seeking to reach. He has been a huge help and we are extremely grateful for their outstanding support.

I'll be honest, my unsatisfactory experience is my own fault. When reviewing websites to purchase a database with the entire collection of U.S. businesses I should have let the cost compared to other companies sway me in the direction of the others, but hey we all make that mistake first.

The business delivers as promised. You pay a flat rate and they email a download link where you get the file with the listings. I had contact the business owner prior and he explained that the listings are raw data listings and will not have phone book accuracy. To be expected, no one can really offer that amount of accuracy. I expected to have to do quite a bit of manual data checking and verification on the data as well as even add the occasional missing listing.

My use case was to populate a website with business listings in specific categories. This seemed to be a good and affordable solution to get that off the ground. What I didn't expect was the extreme lack of business listings. Its true that the dataset is very large (over 20 million records as advertised), but upon some basic querying of the data I found that I could not find even the most basic listings in my own region that I know for a fact exist. For example, when searching for salons in a specific zip that I know very well the database would turn up 1 out of at least 10 that I could recall off the back of my head. Searching those missing listings by name turned up nothing as well which leads me to believe they simply aren't in the database. This is just one example of many as I spent hours trying to convince myself the database would work for my needs, but it didn't. After requesting a refund I was denied because I had already downloaded the product. I can't really fault them for that, it makes sense. But a quality product should have very few people wanting to have their money refunded and if I was just one unhappy customer out of thousands of satisfied customers, refunding should not have been an issue.

I gave this business two stars because they are not fraudulent, they do not claim to have every business listing, and the cost is quite low. That being said, its buyer beware and if you're looking for an accurate set of listings, you may want to consider elsewhere as this was not the case for me. Keep in mind I was attempting to segregate the database into smaller, more niche categories such as salons, spas, dentists, doctors etc. Maybe for larger businesses its a lot more accurate (i'm willing to guess that it is) but for what I needed the data for, it would have been easier to google each state and manually enter the data into a database myself.

I would strongly suggest using these services if you are looking to spread the word about your business.

I contacted 2 other well known companies to purchase leads for my religious products. They wanted $. 15 to $. 20 per email lead. Thought I'd give USBizData.com a try. They sold me 800,000 church email leads for only $47! https://usbizdata.com/us-church-database.php Did I say WOW! They told me up front that these leads are not perfect. There will be some bad emails and old data because of their sources. However, after checking the leads, they were still really good. If you want perfect, 100% verified data then pay $. 20 per lead for it. However, if you are a struggling entrepreneur like me, this was an amazing value! Thanks US Business Data. Their Data is Cheap and Quality of their Data also Very Cheap. I have purchased US Cell Phone Database from them. I have checked the Cell Phone Data Completely. 50% of Numbers are LandLine Numbers! More than 70% of Numbers are invalid. How can i run a business like this. My Advice is first you buy any one State of the USA. And then verify the Data completely, then only you came to know they are selling invalid Data. HERE ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS POSTED BY USBizData. So BEWARE!

I tried to be come a customer... but, according to Mark "We only have support for Existing Customers." SO I AM NOT A CUSTOMER, WANTED TO BE... TO NO AVAIL. I had a few questions before I invested. He would not give me answers or his phone number... so I gave him my phone number and asked him to call. No call. In my attempt to become a customer I got the impression that if you are not willing to grovel to get the answers you need, and that would be by buying something. You get zilch as existing customers only are able to get answers. I had questions before purchase... uh Mark that would be called "DUE DILIGENCE". Obviously they don't need new customers... STRANGE! When I was in my businesses (30 years) I would bend over backwards to get customers. I am no longer willing to lower myself to become their customer. I am glad I had the problems trying to grace USBizData.com with my money and become an "Existing Customer" and I read the reviews... And I am no longer interested in kissing their butt to become one. Like I said... Although I tried very hard to become a customer... I was never able to figure out how to become one.

After i have purchased 220 Million US Consumer Email Database and 27 Million US Business Email Database from usbizdata.com, i start to send emails. 95% of emails are bounced back, only 5% of emails are delivered. All emails are 10 to 14 years old. 50% of emails are duplicates. They are Spoiling United States Name. Do business with them and you will be wasting your time and money.

Easily the WORST website on the planet... enough time and money wasted...
