Absolutely amazing service, great prices and the delivery was on time. The flowers lasted for over a week and are still fresh and smell amazing.
Update: i have been promised a full refund, the personon the side communicating with me was quite understanding with my disappointment. They have instated procedures to ensure such a problem does not occur again.____________________________________ Flowers for birthday were sent on wrong date. Upon complaint, they said they would send designer bouquet to make up for error. Surprise nothing was sent! They lied and ruined my entire birthday surprise. I paid extra 100 dhs for extra flowers, that too was not done. I don't recommend this florist.

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Within a minute of ordering I tried to exchange and was told I would not be refunded the difference. Terrible attitude and not at all helpful. Do yourself a favour and never order from them!
I ordered flowers and cake from upscaleandposh.com by using special delivery option for my friend on her birthday. They delivered flowers and cake on time, as i give instructions in the comment box. And they just follow that, I would like to wish them good luck for their excellent service!

Flowers not that great
U ask them for update but each time they have an excuse
U have to spend ur time contacting them a million time till u figure out if flowers are delivered
PS: flowers delivery are always late
I don't recommend this shop at all
Their employee have attitude as well!
Be aware if ur looking to surprise someone u will be surprised urself and note I tried them twice because I like to give 2 chances
