At first, I am in doubt to try this shop based on the reviews that I have read. But, every consumer has its own experience So I gave it a shot. I ordered the unique bohemian duvet set. So far it's good! Since I got what I really ordered. It's beautiful and I can't deny how amazing the duvet is :) Delivery is ok too - it arrived within the ETA. Good job! Hope next time will have the same experience :)

I received a product that didn't come up to what was displayed on their homepage at all. I ordered yoga pants and I received cheap children leggings from china. Very disappointing experience in online shopping. Next time I have to be more careful and read all the reviews before, that are apparently very bad, except of all the very obvious fake reviews e.g. on trustpilot.com, where in each review specific product is promoted.

I ordered from this website last month and at first I was very worried because I haven't received my item after some weeks. I even ranted on my social media only to find out that my package was already in our local post but I missed the slip they sent out. Oh my! And to be fair, I am recommending this website, I really like the Photo Box, making a breeze with our products photo shoot! Thank you again! :)

While I can only speak on the purchase I made, it seems that many other people have had poor experiences with Upkeep Yoga.

For starters, my Elephant Tapestry was directly shipped from China. This doesnt necessarily mean anything, as many companies buy products from overseas. However, it does mean the company doesnt even have their items in stock. They likely spend a mere couple dollars for their products and then purchase them with the customers shipping address when an order comes in.

Why is this a problem? They cant ensure quality product if they never see the product.

To put it into perspective, you can purchase the exact same elephant tapestry for $6 online on other stores.

I ordered the Photobox from Upkeepyoga few weeks ago. I wanted to make sure that I have all the information before placing an order. So I sent them an email. Their representatives were so patient with all of my questions regarding the product. And when the product arrived, IT WAS FANTASTIC! It's worth the wait. This company is one of the worst I ever had to deal with. The items arrived in 4 parts even though I ordered them all together, the last one arrived after 3 months! Unacceptable! And the quality of the products was not even worth it. They look as cheap Chinese imitations that I could easily have bought somewhere else for half the price! Stay away!

Despite my hesitation to order from a company so far away, I did so and regret it. Ordered the light box you've all likely seen on Facebook & Instagram in addition to a black reflective base & a lens kit for my mobile phone. Well, box has arrived damaged, no instructions, won't start doing, there is NO light for it, a USB cable, inserts that are marred, plus, that lens kit? Largest 'lens' won't fit in the housing as it's the same size. 'Cheap' goods for $120NZD. Am awaiting a reply from Upkeep Yoga but fairly confident my money is gone. Lesson learned.

I have ordered an Incense Burner on October 15,2016, received it in pieces on November 22,2016. The same day I sent UPKEEPYOGA an email with a picture of my broken incense burner to ask for a refund or a replacement. Was promised a replacement. In December 2016 and January 2017, two of my emails were answered by thanking me for my patience. In February never received an answer to my two last emails. Today is February 22,2017. This burner cost me 40 Can $.

I never thought that this company not just selling yoga products but also gadgets! <3 i really love there product. Cant wait to get my hand on the photobox!
