Unique Feng Shui

I am very pleased with my purchase and the quality of the items received, some of them are unique in style, bells are my favorite ones. I had to request some support for selecting my items since they have a large selection of products in their catalogs so I was uncertain about selecting the right ones. The chat support was very helpful and clear answering my questions, which is very appreciated especially for someone like me starting in feng shui practice. I do recommend this store for those looking for beautiful feng shui items plus support.

This is my second order on this shop and I wanted to write a review to express how pleased I am with my orders. The quality is great, such amazing and beautiful items, well crafted and well wrapped for shipment. It looks they put extra care into the order fulfillment. About three hours after I placed my order, they sent me a notification my order was shipped, the most valuable thing is I find real people to get my questions answered, for me, this is key because I have some issues with my home layout that need special cures and I had a hard time selecting the items so I requested assistance over the chat. I purchase the item on this website and never got any movement of the item... I called the 888 number and goes directly to voicemail... next day I called again after 4 phone calls because I was in hold for a long time and finally got hold of someone... I was informed that the item I was ordering was gold plated so I cancelled my order... after that I am getting nasty text msgs because I tried to get hold of PayPal to reverse the charges because I did not know if they were legitimate seller. Again I was getting a nasty text messages and finally the last message was they will not refund my payment... never never order from these people... if they don't want to refund my item how come they haven't sent it out yet.? I got a call from Eddie telling me that they will not process my refund... they asked for email for cancellation and I did send them an email...

I made an order and paid for it in full on July 22nd 2016. Received the order more than a month later on August 30 and on the next day emailed that the item is broken/incomplete/not as described. Was offered 50% of the item price as a store credit or a replacement. Agreed on a replacement and about a month later after numerous email conversations got an email that the replacement is also broken and therefore no worth sending assuming that from now on it is broken by design. After that I couldn't get hold of the support including my calling them and leaving voice messages (I live in the different country), Facebook message and website contact form. About a month and a half later had to go Legal and got my money back through a dispute.
If you don't want to go through the pain of EXTREMELY bad support - DON"T GO THERE!
