I'll admit, I was a little skeptical ordering my wedding dress from a website I found on pinterest. From the start they were very responsive to any questions I had regarding sizing. Etc. They sent me a picture of the actual dress they would be altering and got my exact measurements. I received the dress about a month after ordering and it fits like a glove. The black lace appliques are beautiful and the dress seems to be great quality. And for $250? It's perfect.
Just wondering how long did everyone have wait for their merchandise? I ordered on 2/2/24 and still haven't received my order? Comments would be welcomed … just curious, thanks

I placed an order for dress and time is not on my side. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I had two questions about my order and TWICE got on their "Live Chat". It is a bot. I asked for someone to contact me about my questions. It has been a week and a half and no response. So far, not impressed one bit.

Ordered a dress for daughter's wedding. This is very last minute and paid extra for it to be delivered on time. I had two questions about delivery and sizing. I got on the "Live Chat" feature and only spoke to a BOT. I gave info for someone to contact me. I did this twice. Nobody has reached out. I have read reviews about the poor customer service and still gave you a chance.
I orderd my wedding gown at the end of December bwgebint of January I have not received any in for on where it is it has been more then 15-20 days
I had a specific idea of the kind of polka dots I wanted for my wedding dress, and it was as if Kathy read my mind! She sent me photos of two samples she had chosen, they were both lovely but one of them was exactly what I had pictured. When you consider that there must be countless possibilities out there, I think it's pretty amazing that Kathy found the perfect style for me. She went out of her way to source the material and order it in, and I could not be happier. Thank you!

First of all, the 2 dresses were late, and when I questioned them, they asked me to be patient. In the meantime, I found my dress and told them. Said I couldn't cancel it. The dresses were great, so I decided to keep one of them for after ceremony dinner. Since then I have been going thru hell trying to get my refund. They are saying that I have to donate to Goodwill and send them a receipt to get 70% refund, minus $35 shipping (my order had a $4 shipping fee), and 1/2 of a discount that was applied for the 2 dresses. O, and I have 14 days to take to goodwill.

Order was late and I had already picked my dress, tried to cancel and they said it was made to order. The dress was not customized, so that was a lie.

Ended up keeping one, that I don't really need, but was forced to keep the 2nd, due to their being no full refund policy (they want me to donate to Goodwill and they would refund a partial refund, pay their shipping cost in addition to the shipping cost that I already paid)
The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture. First of all, the wrong color was sent, there was so much material I couldn't find my way through the dress and it was completely see through! It was just awful. I cried when I put it in and sent it to donation. I didn't even have the energy to attempt sending it back and getting a refund because no one would respond.

Beware - I found a number of beautiful dresses. Before I ordered I contacted the company via customer on line support. I wanted to speak to someone in person but was told I could not speak to someone until November because the call volume was so high. I'm glad I tried to contact the company before ordering. I have no idea where the company is or how one would receive assistance if needed after purchasing - beware
I have been attempting to get a return label as instructed on the website since February 1. I've emailed 4 times and opened a ticket with the virtual assistant which assured me I would receive contact within 24 hours. I have not heard from anyone. Please send asap.

I found my perfect dress for my Vegas wedding. Nice quality, looked like the picture, fit me well, and arrived on time. Also great communication from customer service via email.
This is the worst company to purchase from. I am reporting them to the DAs office - Consumer Protection Unit, BBB, and State of California for fraud.
They asked my daughter for a passport in order for her shipment, a prom dress mind you, to be received. Never have I been asked for a passport to receive a piece of clothing. From that moment on, it smelled fraud and though I tried to explain to them that my daughter has no passport and why would we need one for a dress, there was no resolve. So after weeks being supposedly held, they returned the dress and did not credit my card back the cost. I had to reach out to them specifically ask for my refund, in which I was told only 50% of the cost could be refunded. What!?! Because of the lack of their business practices, I get duped into a fraud practice where they keep 50% of an items cost?!? No!
I smell fraud and called it out in an email to them. This is appalling and the platform they advertised on needs to be aware and anyone ordering from this site! BUYER BEWARE. I ended up ordering another dress that also came from over seas with no hassle about wanting a passport. She got the dress and went to her prom no worries. Distasteful and fraudulent. If there were a rating with 0 stars to choose, that would have been my choice.

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful dress. I put in my exact measurements like the option had. We paid the extra for the bustle. The dress I got is way too big! No bustle was put on. My wedding date is oct 7, I have tried and tried to contact no answer. An Automated email is the response with no help. I'm sorry I've never done this but I'm just extremely upset and disappointed that I'm getting married and I have a dress that is not what I ordered.
Do not order from this web site! The dress will not fit a real body! The sleeves are way too tight!
We were initially nervous to order a prom dress online, but we had a good experience. The customer service rep emailed a couple of times to confirm our color choices for each layer of the dress. The dress arrived earlier than expected and it was perfect. The quality was great, and the dress was gorgeous.

You be the judge here. The picture with UCenterDress is the dress that I ordered, the other picture shows the dress that I received, can you say that they are the same dress? Don't let their photos fool you, and mind you there's no return if it's customized. Customer Service is a joke, all they do is to send you the template respond stating that sorry but no return, problem solved.
My daughter fell in love with a dress she found online, but the site was sold out of her size. Using Google photo search, we found the same dress on ucenterdress.com in the same color but for a lot more money. Since this dress was perfect for the event she needed it for, I conceded and ordered the dress for her. I used their measurements guide to select the correct size. After placing the order, I received an email mentioning the dress was coming from China and that it would take 20+ days to make and ship it. This was my first clue that something was awry since I was purchasing a ready-made dress. I should have canceled the order but, sadly, did not. The dress arrived yesterday, and it's the wrong color and size. The dress I ordered was garnet red with a knee-length skirt. The dress I received was a bright orange/red color with a full-length skirt. The only compliment I can give them is the dress appears to be well-made but, oddly, has no tags. A quick search online (I wish I had done before ordering) informed me that they remake dresses from photos they steal from other clothing retail sites. I also found a ton of negative reviews about their customer service. After receiving the wrong dress, I immediately contacted UCenterDress.com through their website contact form. I received this email response this morning:

Sorry that the dress disappoints you. Sure you can get a refund for the dress you don't like.
Based on a large number of previous user feedback, it might cost you $40-$70 to send it back. You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China; besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.
So we suggest you donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an (after deducting the shipping fee we) 80% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt. A picture of it will be fine.
Or you can send it back to get a full refund after deducting the shipping fee for both ways.
We will be waiting for your kindly feedback.

I am beyond lived. They sent me the wrong color/size dress and expect me to pay to ship the dress both ways? After reading reviews that mention customers have sent back the merchandise or have gone the GoodWill donation route and have never received a refund, I realize my only recourse will be to try and resell the dress myself to recoup some of what I paid. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY; I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.
For reference: The professional white background photo was what I ordered, and the other photo is what I received.

Please do not order from this site. If they send you the wrong color, size, or both, you are stuck with the purchase since I have yet to find a review of any customer receiving a refund, even when they returned the item or sent a GoodWill receipt.
Dress arrived fast, but is not at all like the picture. Is like a high school student tried to made something similar, with very bad results. I regret my decision, they won't accept the return, so is a waste of money. I cannot even sell it, cause who would buy this awful dress.
This site is a scam, stay away! Look at the pictures! The dress came scrunched up in a bag, the material very cheap, thick and heavy. Absolutely nothing like the actual dress in the picture.

I bought a dress and it didnt look like the picture and within 2 days of having it in my possession the bride decided to have a family only wedding party. So I had to return it because I wasnt going to be a bridesmaid anymore. I hadnt even tried it on and they said I had to pay for shipping to China. And then they would inspect it and maybe give me a max refund of 80% or I could donate it to get 50% back. I only had it 2 days and they were unwilling to work with me.
Looks exactly like the photos. I found the arm straps to be a little bit difficult as they stay put until I lean forward or go to grab something and they fall off. I plan to just use a ribbon in the back to tie them together so it's not a huge deal. But I love the dress.
My daughter chose a Bridesmaid dress for her Prom night and it was amazing! The fabric was really nice, the colour matched the one on screen, and customer service was amazingly helpful! The dress got delivered 2 days before due date.
I would highly recommend Center from my experience!
My dress also arrived about 2 weeks late. When I recieved it it was nothing at all like the picture, they steal photos from other websites and market them as their own. It was made poorly with cheap material and when I told them I would be returning it they said they would only refund 80% of my money! Its a huge scam! In addition to that, when I looked up the same dress on their site recently they jacked up the price by about $100 and state the regular price is $669 which is NOT the case as the actual designer has it regular price $290. Do not buy from them, they are not located in England, they are in china and make cheap knock-off dresses that are way over priced!
First of all, i ordered my dress in December. I was told my dress would arrive in 15-25 days, which would have been early-mid January. When it did not arrive I emailed the company and they said no later than than Feb. 17th. My dress did not arrive until March 20th.
When my dress FINALLY arrived, the material was cheap, inadequately made, and it had a huge dirt stain across the front.
If this isn't enough, the website advertises that it is from England. It is actually in China.
I only ranked UCenterDress a 1 because 0 was not an option.
