Worst service ever!
I ordered 3 tops received them 3 weeks later. I bought the tops on sale but was charged the full price. When I went to cancel the order they said it was a pity because the warehouse had already shipped my order. This was within 15 minutes of placing my order.
The tops did not fit and the quality was sub par. I contacted them asking for their return information.
They told me they sent the correct items and couldn't accept a return.
I found their return policy online and sent it to them. They said I could only get a refund if I returned the tops. This went on back and fourth for days. They've offered me $5-7 USD in refund and said I can give the tops to someone else. This is crazy.

Clearly this is not a business that anyone should be buying from.

Do not use this company, poor quality products, bought same sizes, 1 too small others miles too big. No refunds given ages to deliver

Don't purchase anything from this vendor, Fraud Company! No 1 cheaters in online.
I have order & received worst any different quality & product... Kindly take back your product & refund my money immediately.

The worst company I've encountered yet!

If i could give less than 1 I would. Bought sandals at a cost of $60 aud. After a month and countless ignored emails they arrived. When open they are barely held together with glue and half done stitching and trimming. When contacted they offered me the choice to return (over 35 dollars in shipping) with an unreasonable date of return based on location or a $9.00 partial refund. When I requested a more reasonable partial refund my emails have once again become in answered Please read other reviews this company is shonky and fraudulent.

THEIR CLOTHING RUNS WAY TOO SMALL (WHICH THEY ADMITTED TO ME and STILL made me do all sorts of measuring to prove it). After spending over $69 they would only replace the shorts. If I wanted shirt replaced I had to pay an additional $15. Told them I was moving and to please send to new address... they sent to old address TWICE! When shorts finally arrived they were the SAME SIZE of the original ones! IDIOTS! To replace them I would have to do all the measuring crap AGAIN! I told them to shove 'em!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered over$700 worth of goods from them and I never received one item this is dating back to August 2021. I reported them to the fraudulent department in my bank about my orders then notice ever month money was being taken out of my credit card without my authority. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT THEY DEAL THROUGH DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND THEY ALL COME BACK TO TRENDY ON LINE. Allegra shoes - cheap nasty knock offs
They have a picture of real Allegra shoes on this site to get you to purchase. When they arrived they are cheap plastic knock offs. Returns only to China at my expense. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They offered discount if I kept them. Lodged dispute with PayPal. Dodgy as. Should of searched for reviews before buying.

30 day 100% guarantee isn't worth anything. Product quality is poor but won't accept return within the 30 days. Paid with Visa card through Klarna who cooperates with this company. No goods came to me. Send email to support. Get a standard answer. The company says they have no responsibility? After many weeks, a small pink package arrives in my mailbox with a blue shirt in it, there is no jeans / denim fabric and the shirt looks cheap, there is no textile / laundry label in the shirt. Contacting support again sends pictures and asks what happened? Get an answer

0 star for them, no seriously, no warranty, they don't answer in short time, fake staf, no quality's, never i buying again from this trendsettingfashion. They send the package from different address like a CHINA, and when you receive the items, 100% sheet quality, send back to them by different address. I get so mad... make sure everyone's before buying, read the reviews first!

Two items (the long zippered fleece robe) arrived from China. Way too small and the zipper was very cheap metal that hardly worked. Send them back? Hard to find info on the website, but ultimately got return address: CANADA! It'd cost more than half to send them back. They went to Goodwill instead, and I'll never buy from this outfit again.

Don't buy ANYTHING from them. After paying the shipping for 1-3 business days, it came well after that time. The dress that was ordered smelled, had strings hanging on it, and sheer fabric wasn't even cut straight. VERY POOR QUALITY! The only invoice that was with the product was from the company who probably made it... it came from China. I did speak to someone, Jesse, and was giving a return #, but I have to mail it back to China! So I'm paying shipping to me and to return it. And I will probably never get a refund!

Ordered 17 items on April 6 2017 for 68.00. It is May 24,2017 I received 4 items sent and email. It is no longer called trendy eve. Received no response and cheap products from China. I ordered a week after my first order and it was 2 items my total 9.60. I received nothing from that order.

I have also received a call from them and i knew they are fake, but wanted to listen them want they are offering.so they have a good statergy how to deal. So first a girl will call and explain about the contest and will transfer your call to other person(male) now he will ask to visit their website online and a purchase any item of Rs1599, so in this way customer get register and they know your current address also as per them they got from e commerce data. Meanwhile i reviewed about the site online and discussed them about that. Now they will get hyper will start shouting that from where and which site i have seen negative review. They are totally fraud because they even dont know how to handle customer on their queries. The site trend2trendy is also fake. No such items are there which anyone can buy.
