I would have given zero stars as a rating, but this site won't let me. I purchased curtains, my credit card was charged, it went through just fine. Next day I get an email that the order was cancelled. I wrote to their "customer service", I got a one sentence reply, "sorry, discontinued". This should have been known prior to taking my payment. I will watch my credit card for the refund, but I get the feeling it will be a battle after reading the other reviews.

I would have given zero stars as a rating, but this site won't let me. I purchased curtains, my credit card was charged, it went through just fine. Next day I get an email that the order was cancelled. I wrote to their "customer service", I got a one sentence reply, "sorry, discontinued". This should have been known prior to taking my payment. I will watch my credit card for the refund, but I get the feeling it will be a battle after reading the other reviews.

This is a scam you order and they send you the wrong size. Don't order nobody calls you back. Very bad customer

We ordered a simple 5'x6' washable rug on JUne 7th 2020. My credit cars was charged the full purchase price on June 10,2020. The was a statement on website that said orders may be slowed up to 2 weeks because of Covid 19. On July 16 we called and had to leave a message regarding our order. No response. This went on everyday for 3 more days yet no one would give us the respect of a return call. Then I received a UPS text on 7/21/20 saying a delivery from THL was coming on 7/22/20. We did receive the rug on 7/22.
We have never received a return call or email from THL. Thus, we caution all about a possible ugly outcome in doing business with this company!

Placed an order, received no email to let me know my order went through! Called 10+ times, no answer! Left messages, no return call! Email address doesn't work! Looked up address on yellow pages, said it was Elliot Decor. I called the number listed *******115, ask if they were affiliated with townhouse linens, he said yes! He asked my order number, then said it had been cancelled because it was out of stock! It had been over a week since I placed this order and I would have never known had I not researched this and found the correct phone number! Please help me put townhouselinens.com out of business, get the word out, don't order from them! Call the number with your complaints, maybe if enough people complain they'll either change the website or terminate it all together!

Horrible company... Bought 2 twin bed linen sets over a month ago and the sent the pillows right away, but just notified me today that the bedspreads were back ordered and unavailable Now I'm stuck with the pillows that they will not allow me to return.

As this was the only source I could find for the size of bathroom carpeting I needed, I took a chance and placed an order. My order was verified and money taken for it. Weeks and weeks went by. I tried calling the number on the website. Nothing. I finally found the reviews with another number and a name. No result. A few weeks later, I sent an email and finally had a response. The responder said he/she would contact the manufacturer. Two days ago I sent another email asking what progress had been made. Later that day I received an email from UPS saying it had been shipped, and it will be arriving today. I placed the order in mid-February. It is now mid-June.

Thanks to Tracey who listed another phone number for Townhouse Linens - *******115 - I was finally able to get hold of someone since emailing and phoning their toll-free number didn't do a thing. When I called the above number, the guy said Townhouse Linens was next door and he would tell them to call me. He immediately called back and said he was from Townhouse Linens. Phone number he called from was *******616.

Discovered that the comforter I ordered for my daughter was canceled because the manufacturer did not have it in stock and they never bothered to notify me. Let him know I was extremely unhappy because he wasted time while I was trying to get my daughter's room finished after her dad and I just got divorced and we all moved.

Thanks, Townhouse Linens, for wasting a bunch of my time and disappointing a 12-year-old who has already had to deal with too much lately. You people stink.

I rated this website as cool primarily for the low prices. I had a promo code HOL9 that took off 10%, paid no taxes or shipping on my JOJO designs Madison comforter set. I haven't been able to find a comparable price. That being said, the whole Madison line was on backorder and it took about 3 weeks to get my merchandise. They did charge my card up front, which made me very nervous, but I took a chance since I knew I could dispute the charges if I didn't receive the merchandise. I called several times and the customer service is not really warm and fuzzy, but if you want their prices, be patient and it should work out for you. I also had to call and change my order and they did not give me a hard time at all.

They do not answer the phones, return calls, reply to emails... Their customer service is virtually non-existent! They are crooks! Scamming honest folks online. Please, please, please do NOT give them your hard earned money. It's been weeks, they have debited my account, I still have no product and no response, update or communication of any kind. This is honestly my WORST buying experience online EVER. They do not deserve even one star. Unconscionable!

Terrible customer service. Sent wrong order many weeks after initial order. Then when I asked for correct items they asked me to take pictures of the items and that they wouldn't agree to send them until they decided whether they were actually incorrect. Ummm... what? They said they had no ability to track what inventory was actually sent since they didn't fulfill the orders themselves. Clueless people, clueless company. You're better off learning how to sew your own linens then dealing with the timeframe these people operate under.

I purchased. 5x8 piece of mohawk bathroom carpet I have been calling them since the purchase to let them know that the carpet was nott true to size, I finally sent it back with about 5 phone messages, 2 emails, and a tracking number NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS OR EMAILS ALL I WANT IS MY CARPET CUT 5x8 but first I need CONVERSATION... VERY DISSATISFIED. AND THEY SAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS, CAN I JUST GET A CALL AND MY CARPET IF NOT... MY REFUND

I placed an order on 6/14/14. Received confirmation immediately. Have heard nothing since even though I've written to them 3 times inquiring about the status. Checking online states "awaiting fulfillment." This is the only place I've been able to find the pieces to complete my bed set. If they would just respond to emails it would go a long way towards good customer relations. If I ever get my stuff, I won't order from them again.

These guys are $#*!s. The customer service dude is the worst I have ever experienced. SOOOO rude and defensive. Doesn't help at all. I ordered items and then suddenly they are still on back order... 3 months later I get them, without a word. If I had known they would be this long I never would have ordered in the first place.
Ordered white- got cream- they didn't want to take it back. Just ridiculous to be honest. Hope they are out of business real soon. They do not deserve customers. Teach them a lesson! Go elsewhere peps!

I placed my order on June 18. It is July 17th and I still have not received my order. I have sent them 2 emails. The first asking when order would be shipped. The second asking for order to be canceled. No response to either email. I then called yesterday and got voice mail. Left a message that I was cancelling my order due to not receiving order or any information and I expected them to call me to confirm. Still haven't hear anything. I should have read customer reviews before ordering from this company.

This was my first buying experience with Townhouse Linens and as with every first purchase from a site one is slightly hesitant. Will I receive it in time? What quality of product can I expect? Is customer service top-notch? Refund policy?
Townhouse Linens exceeded my expectations. I placed an order for a bathroom carpet and I had it within 5 days. (I believe the site said 1-2 weeks from warehouse.) I had searched for the best price and found it here. The color selection was superb and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for. I had called customer service with 2 quick questions and the rep who answered was most helpful. Love the huge selections and mostly the prices! When I finish the bathroom, I will move to their linens department. I am one very happy customer- Take a look at their site- you won't be sorry.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago - wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. My order was confirmed immediately with no further communications from the company. Today I sent an email and then called. I was able to speak with a real person named Sam who told me my order should ship on the 16th or 17th and that I would receive a tracking # by email. I'm willing to give them another week because I really want the item I ordered. For now, I have my doubts after reading all these reviews!

I ordered a quilt and bed skirt on Feb. 16,2014 and received it Mar. 13,2014. It was not the quilt I had ordered. The colors were different. The quilt I ordered was clean looking and elegant. The pink and greens were a different shade on the quilt I received, different pattern and was very busy. It was ugly! I'm out the $23.80 return postage and 19% for restocking. It took a month to get my refund and they were very rude. I wrote Nick Renzler, Pres. On April 24th and got no reply or call.

Horrible experience. Their photo of the items I ordered wasn't accurate for color. When I called immediately to return the items, an arrogant, unpleasant clerk took my call & berated me for buying something online instead of a brick & mortar store if I was looking for a specific shade. He did provide a return authorization within a reasonable amount of time & said I would get a refund within a week after they received the return. I waited 2.5 weeks after USPS said the return was delivered then called only to get another hostile person in customer service. I eventually got the refund, but 20% of the purchase price was deducted from my refund. I will not do business with them again under any circumstances.

Ordered $600 worth of bedroom stuff... Did not get drapery panels or pillow! Customer service and all other phone lines Never answer! I am calling A X for credit!

Spent over $600 at their website and expensive comforter set arrived with an ink stain on it. It's cream colored so you can't NOT see it.
I called and was told to take a photo and send it to them. The man on the phone said this was their fault and I shouldn't have to pay for it. That after they received the photo they would send me out a new one and take care of paying for the return for me.
I sent the photos, and days went by with no return emails or phone calls. Finally I called them and was told that "the ink stain is too small to return it" but that I COULD return it if I were willing to pay return shipping. So I guess they were never going to answer my email or phone message and get back to me to tell me that!
I didn't trust them after that so I did not return it and am working on getting the ink stain out myself, with no luck so far.
I will never ever order from them again. I'm one pissed off customer.

After two weeks, never received any word about my order being shipped. Every call I made I was told my order was in process. I finally got tired of being given the run around, so I requested cancellation of my order. Sales representative didn't want to do that in previous conversations, but at my last phone call, he finally agreed to do so. He also promised an email confirming the cancellation. Now I'm waiting to see if that happens. For what I was ordered, the company had good prices, but now I realize, PRICE ISN'T EVERYTHING!

Placed an order on 12/29/13. I got an order confirm email right away tell me the amount my account had been charged for. I waited... and waited... and waited. Finally placed a call, and there was no answer. Checked time they were supposed to be open. It was 30-40 min AFTER that time. I was told that oh, they didn't have that product in stock that I ordered AND they would be canceling my order! I told they they better refund my $$ and I was told that "we did not charge you". Folks, be very careful. These are NOT honest people, and I will NEVER shop there again.
