I discovered it last Christmas and it was a lifesaver for me that year. This year I also went shopping for gifts here and the assortment was even greater. I see many people complaining about the quality, or even saying that the products are fake… hey, this is a store that provides everything, from cheap and low-quality products, to expensive and high-quality. Choose properly and check feedback on each product.
Has all management been fired? If not, they should be. For MONTHS there's literally nothing to bid on - if you're lucky, you'll see a max of 10 live items - used to be hundreds. How are they possibly even making money, especially without even trying to sell anything? Are you not spending money on advertising to get customers? Did all but the Chinese sellers leave? Saw some new partner program, and that looks like it DIED instantly.

AND the worst part is you have to fight to get your money back. TODAY l have a scheduled refund but they will not pay, even after 3 months. MOSTLY FAKE TRACKING INFO.
Was unaware of the size differences on clothing and shoes. Items I received were not as explained or shown in pictures. An example is "Can't believe I purchased a walking dinosaur that was about 2 feet long in the picture and it was actually a lego dinosaur that was only 2 inches big".
I love the shopping aspect, but there are things I ordered 2 months ago I still have yet to receive.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. You bid and win then pay. You get a delivery date that is a month or more from when you pay. That date comes and goes and you don't get what you paid for. When you contact Tophatter instead of a refund they give you credits on their site so you can bid bid on more items that you will NEVER GET. And even the credits are rarely the amount you actually paid.

The few products that I actually received I used.
I was so excited, but as items started coming in clothes were way off in sizing, no boxes or instructions, poor quality, not apple product as ad stated, poor quality. It actually looked like junk from China as everything did come from China. Forever and always ring was very poor quality, outdoor lights did not work, talking hamster did not work, chip sealer did not work, dash cam did not work, antenna did not work. I was just really disappointed. They did however offer refund with no problems at all. Just won't be ordering from them anymore.

Tophatter was the biggest rip off company selling fake items falsely advertising them as real. They issued refunds but never gave the refunds then they closed down and changed the name an format so its no longer an auction site but the llc is the same. This company is using illegal sweatshops and selling fake items and they changed they name. Please do not by from temu formally known as Tophatter

It has been over 2 months I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter and yet to receive it. THE 1 ST ORDER I ORDERED A SKIN OIL AND OVER 3 MONTHS AND YET TO RECEIVE IT. Much of the jewelry is not as described and not gold other items are cheaplyade and not worth the trouble I also got double billed for over $108.00 dollars

The company has the potential to a great company. They need to monitor their vendors more and solve the wait process.

Everything that I have ordered was delivered, sometimes it took a long time, as most are coming from China. The quality of the products were good. I wanted to inquire about some specific things but could not communicate with the provider, Tophatter doesn't allow that. Some mostly, I am pleased.
I am having a good time shopping on this site however some items look quite deceiving... I have purchased a lot of different things and most are great. I have also purchased a few that are not worth what I paid and will be requesting a refund for..

3 of them, after 4 - 5 weeks have been refunded with no communication or explanation. Orders *******, ******* and *******
1 has been in transit since the 26th November, it is now 3rd January! According to the tracking it arrived in the UK on the 6th Dec, but still has not arrived. Order *******
1 was actually delivered, but it did not match the description or photos, had a non UK power plug and actually having seen it I would not have paid £1 for it, let alone the £15 I did. Order *******
I have emailed and posted reviews, but have had no response, and the negative reviews have not appeared on the item listing!

Nothing that I have found here is really good quality. If you are ready to either return roughly three-quarters of your orders, and/or use products before rating them, for your protection, there are some fun deals to be had. Keep in mind that photography can be deceptive. On the positive side, they are absolutely ready to take things back, and give refunds.
