Two quick observations: first I, as so many others have said below, never got the item in the time promised, nor received any response to my inquiries. And secondly all the 4 star reviews that bring their rating up to 3 1/2 stars are from "people" who have posted only one review. Kinda makes me think they're padding their own feedback to look better than the crappy company they are... Buy your item ANYWHERE ELSE!

Like others I ordered (drones) and never got them. Fake UPS shipping number. First run-around by email (hanna) and now no response at all.

I wanted information about a product I purchased several months ago, namely the 3 Mini drone that is supposed to be abled to link to your phone via the app for the drone. After many attempts no link was achieved although the drone does work there is no FPV on my phone so it is just a drone with a App that is obsolete or very fraudulent with what it claims to do.
What a pity they don't do honesty or integrity.

What I love about your site is the sizing chart on women's clothing is very helpful. However the 'live campaign' stays for too short and the shopping cart becomes empty too quickly. I would definitely recommend you creating a Wishlist of holding items for shoppers' convenience, so they don't get 'timed out' too fast. The times I had to ask account or product info your agents were very prompt and always proactive in looking for solutions. Great!

I bought a Drone XS. I was totally unhappy and emailed for instructions to get money back. To date no response at all. Drone did not function as advertised. The control functions did NOT work and the drone kept flying away (false advertising) and Top Buy advertised a battery life in excess of 20 minutes BUT I only got 5 minutes of flight time. My visa was charged in Germany, the drone has Chinese instructions with bad English translation. I want my money back as satisfaction was guaranteed but they have not responded to me. It has been over two months now! DO NOT USE THIS DISHONORABLE COMPANY.

I ordered through top buy as a third party co. Recently, dec 2019. I ordered and was told it would be 2 day shipping. Well after 8 days of my order just saying"label created" I finally contacted walmart (Topbuy was on there website) just for them to have to threaten topbuy. A few hours later I finally see progress with my order as I tracked it. Piss poor service! And most likely a SCAM

Ladies' bags ordered were somewhat below expectations (relative to the pictures) in terms of quality and looks although probably par for the course in terms of price.

I purchased the topbuy turquoise patio gliding swing through Walmart Canada in May 2020 6 months ago and it already is rusting everywhere on the swing that there is a screw and other parts. Even the thread stitching is not good. I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend to it anyone. I feel I need a refund or replacement. Thank you. I got a piece of cloth for thev44dollars I paid. For a foldable loveseat. I was lied to and scammed and I better get my money back or I will make it worth my while to hire a lawyer.

My son saved all summer and purchased a Lego online from TOPBUYBUY, over a month ago. I researched them a bit after because the order kept saying "in process" over a month now and still saying "in process". They most definitely took our money, their email is bogus and so is their phone#. Their physical address in Vegas doesn't even house their company. I find it hilarious that supposed people from TOPBUYBUY are responding to people's bad reviews and supplying phone numbers to contact them, also bogus. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, they suck.

It is impossible to communicate with the seller and do not report the day to receive de purchase. They do not answer the emails or phone.

I will never buy again from topbuy again ordered a handbag been waiting over a month and just received an email saying they are refunding my money cause they have none in stock you think they would have done that sooner instead of making me wait.

My last order took over 2 months to arrive and I had to send many emails inquiring where it was. Also the price dropped by $20 and my order hadn't even left the warehouse so I feel I should have been given a refund or a credit.
I am very disappointed and not sure if I will use Topbuy again.

Company has changed their methods ave now their delivery dates aren't always reliable, this had been disappointing, although sometimes they are reliable, depends on if it is stock in their warehouse or a third parties.

I bought a gift for my son at this store and I can't know when it will be delivered. It's been 15 days and the information found on the website is that the order is "processing". However, the purchase amount is already posted to my credit card statement. The phone found on the site does not work and the email address is also incorrect.

Love all your products except one. Have recommended your site to all my friends but (there is always a but) on the 27 Sept I purchased a repair pen but never received it. Wrote back last week to report non delivery but have not had a reply. Disappointed on that score. The rest of my purchases have been top notch. Regards Derek

All in all, I think TopBuy is a great site, with lots of bargains, many of which, I've bought. Trouble is with the delivery time. It seems to take forever for the parcels to get here and it never seems that the whole of one order comes, just parts of other orders. It's a really strange set up.

Other than delivery issues, I'm happy with most things I buy. I will continue shopping with TopBuy.

My experiences have been varied. From good to sad. Goods have arrived after expectation date and then some have been cancelled altogether.
I still get back on my horse and go again if another product comes up that I would like.

Have had good buying experience with TopBuy. Easy to deal with.
