Due to the coronavirus, the tickets we bought using Ticketmaster which redirected us to Ticket-center without me realizing we were redirected. I am unable to get my money back on the tickets purchased for March Madness. This company has no sole even during a national crisis. I will never use Ticket-center again. Please be aware if you are redirected to this site. And most of all do not use this site for any ticket or other purchases.

Nothing but scammers along with their coherts etix. Paid $192.49 for tickets to concert that was cancelled by COVID. Won't give me my money back when all other ticket companies are. They are greedy and only want to line there pockets. Will take care of myself. What goes around comes around, its called karma.

I ordered John Prine concert tickets for my husband early this year. Unfortunately Jon passed away and the concert has been cancelled. I received an email from Ticket-Center a refund within 30 days. Needless to say it did not arrive and when I emailed them regarding when I would receive it I got a reply from them that just went on about how busy they were because of Covid 19.
I received another email on May 23 saying that they would not be issuing any refunds but would be issuing coupons (time limited but could not find expired date) that could be used to purchase other services. I am not interested in any of their other services and believe that I as well as all others in this position deserve to be credited a full refund for their purchases. This company is committing grand scale theft as far as I am concerned and is stealing the money that rightfully should be returned to paying customers. Customers have not been provided the entertainment that was purchased no matter what the reason, death or Covid 19. Any loss that Ticket Center suffers is the cost of doing business. Suck it up ticket-center! Everyone else has too in some way or another! TICKET-CENTER SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! CROOKS AND LIARS!

I just went to a concert at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco, CA. I paid ticket-center $181.50 a ticket for GA tickets. Most of the folks around me paid $37 a ticket. They totally scammed me. I went to research them and they are scamming lots of folks. BEWARE!

Don't know how I even got on this website. Thought I was ordering from Metropolitan Opera. Paid more than twice as much as the tickets would have cost if I had ordered directly from the Met. These folks should be put out of business. I will definitely report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's offiice.

I was looking for a site to purchase excellent tickets for The Little Mermaid at Starlight Theater in KC a VERY SPECIAL night for my 5 year old Granddaughter on her Birthday. I found 2 GREAT seats {I know this event place} through this web site and bought them for over $150 each I was OK with this amount very willing to pay this for excellent seats. When I received my tickets they were NOT the section I agreed to they were in the very BACK section of the Theater, my 5 year old will not be able to see anything on the stage. I called and emailed Ticket-Center.com and they said it must have been a computer error on seat selections and offered me a $25.00 promo for my next purchase with them. I spoke with 5 different managers asking ALL I wanted is the seats I agreed to buy at that time. No HELP No One cares about this BIG Mistake on their part. I am praying that someone in this company will see and admit to the wrong doing here and fix it before the event on June 7,2017. After reading MANY reviews I am starting to think it is a BIG scam. Come on Ticket-Center make it RIGHT
