I recently purchased the iPhone 6s Plus case in pinstripe chevron with a gold tone monogram from Three Hip Chicks, a shop specializing in personalized, monogrammed preppy merchandise. I was extremely disappointed with the case-- it looked nothing like the photograph online. The monogram looked badly photoshopped think a very cheesy gradient and it was not centered. Its not a cheap case- I spent $58 on it. I emailed customer service several times with no response. There is no phone number to reach customer service so you have to depend on someone to answer your email. In a response to one of my several unanswered emails, they asked me to send a photo of the monogram on the case, which I did. Christine Wehmann, co-owner, responded: We say gold or silver look, not gold. You (misspelled!) case looks spot on for the monogram. Three Hip Chicks is NOT a reputable companythink twice before ordering. Im livid!

I recently purchased on vinyl wall monogram for my daughter's college dorm. We were really excited about finding the ThreeHipChicks website and what looks like beautiful options for personalized products. Unfortunately, when my daughter received the monogram, she found it to be flimsy. Nontheless, she followed instructions to mount it, but it fell off the wall and tangled up so quickly and badly that she couldn't salvage it. When I contacted the company about the problem, including a photo of the damaged decal, they emailed me back saying "we are confused as we look at the photo you kindly sent. Something else happened to the decal, we think. There are lots of torn pieces and it is truly hard to tear the vinyl". Unbelievable that the company wouldn't trust it's customers and basically only offered to replace the decal at cost... I recontacted them stating my disappointment in how they handled the situation, and never heard back from them. Please be careful before doing business with this company.
