I ordered boxes of Freedent gums.when they arrived theyre were about to expire in about a week. I emailed them that i needed to return them.took them few days to respond.they asked for me to send them photo of expiration date,which i did.Never heard from them since.The people who run this business are worse than scumbags!

I was told I would receive a replacement. That Monday(September 18th). They neither sent the package nor emailed me. I emailed and called on Tuesday. I was told on the phone. They see the email. The package would ship out in two days. Today is Monday September 25th. I have not received the replacement, a refund nor an email.

Then I sent you an e-mail and requested that my billing address be changed.
You updated my shipping address instead of my billing address.
The products did not arrive to me. Could you please refund my $320.55 USD?
It's been 30 days and you're telling me I need to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
Payoneer also told me it would be completed within 90 days. Should I expect $320 for 90 days?

Why don't you refund my money? Talk to the UPS company, they left it to the wrong address. You sent it to the wrong address, my money is gone. Give me my money back. I will file a complaint against you.

I completed an online order with the Online Drug Store. When it still hadn't arrived three weeks later, I started contacting them about my order. After another 10 days of useless back-and-forth with the company and broken promises on their part, they stopped returning my messages.

Over five weeks later, I still haven't received my package. Nor have I received a refund. I cannot verify that this is, indeed, a legitimate online business.

I had contacted them before purchasing an order due to me not being able to select free shipping. They said to go ahead and purchase through them, and they would refund the shipping since I qualified for free shipping. After I made my purchase they then refused to give me my refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.
