We checked in for a weekend and left very satisfied with very good memories. The hotel was suggested to us by some friends who stayed here before and were satisfied too. The rooms were super clean, the view was super and I got a cake for my birthday too. I have sent emails over two weeks ago and no one has replied.
Also my certificate expires on 17/02/2023. However I can only book dates upto 31/10/2022. I need someone to reply to my emails and communicate with me. Why can't I book beyond October when my certificate expires in February 2023

We learnt a lot about the different investment opportunities and family holiday packages. The presentation by Innocent was amazing. You could actually own a holiday home for 30 years with minimum contributions. You could also own property in Dubai if you can afford it and make money from it

I have been to Dubai invited by the The First Group and that was an experience tour and was also our wedding anniversary. We paid for the package again to come to Dubai this year to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary again in Dubai which will be on the 17th March. As you can see the membership will expire on the 16th march we are asking for extension for extra 2 days.

It was a great experience for my family and I at your first group office. Ahmed and the whole team did a fantastic job. They kept to every of their promises. I initially thought it was just a marketing promises to get customers until our expo 2020 visit with the voucher from first group, the free train tickets and finally a dinner at MasterChef. I lack word to express my feelings but my family and I were blown away. It was an el Dorado of some sort. Looking forward to doing more business with you.

My good experience was however marred by the refusal to drop me back at the hotel i had been picked if it wasn't for the intervention on someone at reception. They wanted to drop me at a metro station and i had neither a ticket for the Metro nor a visa card to pay for a taxi.

I also felt pushed to the limit to invest yet I was a first time visitor to Dubai, who wanted to enjoy my 60th birthday in Dubai

The First Group introduced me to their upcoming Ciel Hotel, Dubai. I learned that TFG is offering room units for sale to investors. I like Ciel a lot - great location, upmarket clientele profile and great architecture.
In the end, I did not proceed but only because I decided I was not ready to invest into Dubai yet. I feel I need to become more knowledgeable first.

I chose Wyndham Dubai Marina as my first choice but the site keeps excluding this from my list of selected hotels. It only showed my 2-4th choices.

At first I had some concerns to do with delayed response time and customer handling after making payment. However, Mr. Faisal made everything alright and made good my concerns. I really appreciated this latter treatment. Thank you.
I can't wait for my holiday to start.

This is my third time traveling with TFG Dubai lifestyle package, I would always use it for my traveling to Dubai.
This company offer strong opportunity of investing in Dubai Real estate, if i decided to invest in Dubai, my investment will definitely be through this company

After making an initial enquiry, we were taken to TFG's office and met with Said Abodouni, who was very courteous and helpful. He took us to see Hotel CIEL at Dubai Marina, which is nearly complete and treated us to a boat trip round the Marina. The following day, Said took us for lunch and a visit to the Miracle Gardens - all very pleasant indeed! Back at the TFG office, we completed two transactions, one for CIEL Marine Tower and another for The First Collection, Dubai Sports City. We consider these to be favourable medium to longer-term investments and may well add additional assets at a future date. Said and Tereza were very professional, efficient and helpful!

It was quite impressive and convincing. Your team took their time to explain everything to us. They appeared friendly, polite but businesslike which made their approach convincing to want to participate. The discounted service and offers too are very good. We will by all means come back to Dubai very shortly to experience this deal.

Courteous approach at the beginning with appointment scheduled to our request. Vehicle arrived on time and the representative was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Showed the properties and explained well the investment proposal.

Met the First Group at a promotional event, and was invited to a tour of their office and properties.

Great treatment, and some very exciting investment opportunities in the impressive Dubai skyline. They have plenty of great options, and were extremely cohesive and passionate about explaining them!

I really appreciated the arrangements or organization of the entire Trip. The *******@First collection water front Business Bay local met all my Expectations.Serene environment, so clean, good dining experience with personal touch, spacious rooms and above all good stuff.

I called late to arrange my return journey back to Uganda and I was worried that I might not get the service but to my surprise, I got helped much faster than I expected.

We express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel. I would like to note that all the staff are polite and friendly to the guests. So an atmosphere of good rest and good mood was created.
Everythimg was great: rooms, food, pools, cleaning, mini bars, as well as the activities included in dubai lifestyle package.

Payment link facilitated prompt settlement. I had a minor issue with the postcode field which accepts only numeric characters whereas we use alphanumeric characters in my home country.

From the first day i was approached concerning the First Group Products the experience was very good, but immediately i made a full payment, First Group has gone quite on me and i don't know where i stand now.

I signed up after the purchase, where i indicated my needs from First Group, but i haven't got any feedback yet, despite the promise of getting back to me within 24hrs.

The meeting was very great. They detailed everything for me. I was very satisfied, and we will work together in the future.

Biggest Fraud ever? I suggest all European investors to avoid investing in TFG projects.
We were explained by the sales manager that we could re-sell our hotel apartment with profit after first increase (20%). But after the contract, the person from legal said that re-sell is not possible.
We wrote mails to the sales managers... no reply.
Now we are running out of our savings. We will never invest in Dubai again!

I came many times using different packages from different Agencies in Dubai.
But absolutely this is my favorite time with the Dubai lifestyle Package. I recommend it to everyone reading this review
The hotel was so comfortable, clean and new.
Hamam Abdessamed was in touch with us to book all the vouchers and tickets in the right time.

My contact person, Fauzia, was very helpful and accommodative especially when lockdowns all over the world resumed. They allowed me ample time to complete my payment. She also responded well and promptly to any issues I raised. Looking forward to an amazing holiday with the First Group. I must add it'll be my second holiday with them. Absolutely loved the first one that's why I booked again this time.
