Love it. Ordered 12 band tee shirts for my daughter's birthday party. Was contacted the next day and informed that 2 of them were backordered and worked with me to replace them with 2 additional tees. Got 12 great tees in time and they were a hit. Was shocked to see some of these other reviews but seems as if most of them were just from customers not reading their policies. The company is definitely unique but a great find for the rock t-shirt fan and they are very helpful.

Place order two weeks ago and still no product. Like other they keep telling me next week, next week. I don't think I will get my order. Then when I ordered I accidentally mistyped my email address. I emailed right away to let the company know. I was blamed for a mistake. I only tell you that the emails got worse and worse. I do not trust this company. If anyone wants to file a law suit against this company please let me know. *******@hotmail.com This company is committing mail fraud.

Love it. Ordered 12 band tee shirts for my daughter's birthday party. Unfortunately I would have to agree with most of the reviews that are posted here. The customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered a T-shirt and when I received it the print was on the back of the shirt not the front as the website had depicted. It took three or four emails to finally get somebody to tell me to take pictures of it and send it to them and then they would replace it. After doing all that I have gotten no response from them. It's been over two weeks. One of the customer service reps emailed me that they do not except returns. I actually found something on their website that states that they will except returns within 14 days. I showed that to them and I have yet to get a response. What kind of a legitimate company would not have a customer service number? I think all of this proves that they are not an upstanding legitimate company. All they're looking to do is to take money from people. I literally feel like this whole website is a scam. Unfortunately it cost me $31 including shipping to figure that out. I'm going to write the BBB

They pretty much sell every licensed t-shirt on the market which is why I like this site. The order process can be slow depending on what you order but they tell you that from the start so if you can wait you can definitely order any t-shirt imaginable and the quality is always great.

Absolutely horrible experience. The size large mens zip-up 76ers hoodie is not as advertised. It fits like a medium. I sent several emails for 2 weeks to customer service and got no response. Finally got the social media director to reply to my DM on Instagram. They explained no return policy, but advised me to reach out to customer service. Sent yet another email and finally customer service replied saying they don't take returns. I told them the size is not as advertised, but they never replied again. I will make it a mission to warn people not to shop at generation tees.

Ordered my husband a tee-shirt from here without looking at reviews! I know better. I was one of the lucky ones in getting the shirt but the quality is poor. The lettering is very spotty. Who knows when it's washed. Also run small.

Don't waste your time. My husband ordered from them, and the order is lost. When he asked them to open up an investigation, they wrote, "We are on it. Relax... chill. Breathe. It's going to be fine. You may end up with two." So unprofessional!

Ordered a blanket middle of May, had no communication from the company to say that there was a delay in the orders. Emailed 2 times and got a reply on the 3rd time trying to find out where my order was at the middle of July! I said I wanted to cancel the order as no one was replying was told I can't cancel the order, and "Little backed up because of this little pandemic going on but shouldn't much longer" No sorry we didn't contact our customers, or sorry for the delay... You don't mind when there is communication, but leaving your customer guessing for 2 months is unacceptable! Order arrived today expecting it to be a decent size and it looks like it is for a young child, the size is a large towel, doesn't even cover a single bed. They don't give refunds, only store credit, well after having such a terrible experience with this company I want nothing to do with them again, I certainly don't want to buy anything from them or have store credit. This place MUST be shut down! Probably run by some spotty teenager who has no concept of how to run a business and be professional!

Ordered a onesie as a gift from my friend's newborn baby - 20 days after the expected dispatch date I noticed it hadn't shipped. So I left a negative review, saying I couldn't speak to the quality but that the order hadn't shipped yet. The owner responded back promptly saying that they'll "look into the issue" only after I removed my negative review.

I essentially told them to kick rocks barefoot, and fulfill the order. I then opened a case with etsy, and they tried sayign that they didn't ship the item because I left a profanity-laced review. Well, the profanity was included in an update after I received the response... I said "F*ck that noise" in the review.

So Etsy told them they would need to ship it asap. They said they'd ship it tomorrow or the next day. A week has since passed, and I've now received a refund because they didn't ship it out. A month after ordering the product, I'm now scrambling to find a new gift.

The absolute worst.

Add me to the list of wanting to rate Generation Tees with 0 stars!
How are they still in business? It's been a month, still no shirt, only rude replies to my emails. I could write the long version of my experience, but won't waste your time. Hopefully you're doing your research prior to ordering and will choose to go elsewhere! I didn't and now I've wasted time and money!

The worst most deceitful lying company you could ever deal with. I ordered a $30 t-shirt and the t-shirt they sent me was stiffer than cardboard it was a $2 t-shirt with a screen print on it.The company won't return it. What kind of company does not take returns? A company that wants to rip people off

Ordered a tee early November, no sign of it, have emailed several times and not very helpful and now no responses to emails at all, would not recommend, would rate lower than 1 if there was the option

Took 21 days to receive an ordered shirt. Was printed off center and crooked. Color, size, and quality did not match website picture. Company refused to provide refund, offered replacement of same low quality product when I sent them the picture of what I received. Acted like they never got the picture each time i asked for a response, kept sending them the picture, kept saying they'd offer a replacement "if it was printed crooked". Giving up - not worth my time. What a joke. Stay far away from this site.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Rude, petty, and incompetent. Bait and switch tactics. Blatant misleading ads.

I had an issue with their website. An offer for a free gift was presented in a banner on the homepage with no details other than a requirement to spend a certain amount. No small print. No links or promo page that contained additional details or terms of their offers. Nothing, other than the banner.

Apparently, after dealing with their super pleasant and professional customer service representative, I learned that this offer did, in fact, have special terms. This is what they call a "time triggered offer" - meaning if you don't check out immediately upon hitting that required amount the offer vanishes. Seems like a detail they should include in their advertisement, since it is completely illogical. Why they want you to check out immediately upon hitting that amount is beyond me. I would think you'd want a customer to continue shopping but, nonetheless, since I was unaware of these secret terms I did continue to shop. That's right - by attempting to spend MORE money I somehow disqualified myself from the promo.

When I was ready to check out, the offer was nowhere to be found. The banner was now gone. No way to find it. No way to find out what I did wrong.

I placed my order anyway and immediately sent an email to their customer service explaining the situation, assuming any reasonable and respectable business would honor a promotion clearly stated on their website. Well I was wrong.

Their customer service rep initially responded by essentially saying "too bad." Not accepting that as an answer I responded, which turned into an incredibly frustrating exchange of almost 20 emails with this peach.

He/she refused to help me, refused to tell me his/her name, refused to give me an escalation contact, and refused to give me a phone number to call. He/she preferred to hide behind a generic helpdesk email address.

After losing the energy to fight any longer, I gave up and told them I'd be writing a review to warn others of their deceitful practices. They responded with a threat that they would report me on various sites that businesses use to evaluate customers. Whether such sites exist or not, I don't know and I don't really care. But threatening retaliation against a paying customer for raising a legitimate issue with their business practices is wildly unprofessional and unethical. I wasn't asking for anything crazy. Just the gift that was promised. The terms of the promotion are not logical and they are not stated anywhere on their website.

Not only is the way they treated me unprofessional, it's just bad for business. If they had simply provided reasonable, courteous customer service (even if they disagreed with me), and fulfilled their end of the bargain or even some kind of compromise, I would be leaving a glowing review right now. Unfortunately, they don't have the foresight to consider that or understand that concept.

I wish I read reviews before I shopped with them because everyone has complaints about this place. You can just as easily get similar shirts from the other hundreds of online novelty t shirt sites. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere and avoid the headache.

I truly wish I had read the reviews for this place before I had ever ordered from them. I ordered some shirts for Father's Day and while I was at it I added a few more for myself to score free shipping. I made sure there was plenty of time for the order to arrive and even then, the order was still two days late. The worst part is the Thursday before Father's Day I emailed the company and asked why my order had not been shipped yet as it was going on two weeks at this point and their explanation was that custom shirts take time. Fine. So when I got the order FINALLY... Again, days after Father's Day... I was a little upset to find only two of the five shirts that I ordered were actually in the bag and those two were NOT EVEN the custom ones that I got therefore rendering their excuse a total lie. They refuse to give me a refund and they are just absolutely rude. No apology. Buyer beware

People BEWARE! This company is the WORST company if you purchase from them prepare to wait at least a month for your item and also to receive a wrong order! Apparently they run out of the shirt I ordered and they decided to changed my order and send me another one! Who does that without consulting? Wrote them to explain I received the wrong order including screenshots of my order confirmation showing the right shirt I ordered and they reply to me? ""YES IT IS THE RIGHT ORDER. STOP THE RIDICULOUSNESS ITS ENOUGH" they have the WORST customer service! They didn't even offer to refund my money spent for something I didn't even ordered! Hope this business goes to hell soon!

This company took £22 of my money and never shipped the item. When confronted they were openly aggressive and threatening.

"Shipped in late February. Looks like yours the fraud here. You can report all you want we shipped your merchandise and your making ridiculous false accusations that are grounds for a libel suit."
When I asked for a shipping or consignment number they never replied. Horrible company avoid at all costs!

I ordered a shirt on January 16th, 2014 it is now March 14th, 2014 and have still not received it. I've sent several emails only to be ignored and when I finally DID receive an email response they said "This should ship out next week". I can't believe they are still in business and I should've check on here before clicking that pay now button. Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered.

Order a shirt "popeye getting inked" never received it and sent email only to get replays saying look at the policy it states 30 business days, well they keep this up till your over 45 days to insure paypal will not open a case as it is over due from time of purchase. Smooth fellers!
I would not buy anything from this place crooked as they come if you keep reading on there is a lot of others with same issue.
