The Tasca dealership on Tarrytown Road in White Plains was single handily the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Rude; Unprofessional. Tried to bait and switch me on the car I requested. Waited 4 hours in showroom, NO one ever checked in with me; just let me sit and wait and wait and wait. The first car I was to get was damaged; so I had to wait for a second one to be detailed; then wait for finance. I should have done finance while they were detailing the car. No one tried or cared to try OR EVEN SHOWED (even if not real) that they cared of tried to expedite. Finally at the end of the entire of the unpleasant time I spent there; the car was NOT the correct car I requested. The contracts were also written up for the wrong car...they just wanted to just bait and switch on me and get themselves a sale. They were the true conception of "used car salesman"...I wouldnt purchase a set of car mats from them let alone a car...ever...or tell anyone to go there. I ended up in a full meltdown of tears with NO ONE showing any sign of empathy; customer service. It was a terrible terrible experience. Would never use them for anything!
Tasca Ford sold me a Jeep, long history short they service the Jeep three times at Tasca ford for same issue within the dealer warranty, at the fourth time the Jeep broke down they sent me to Tasca Jeep saying they weren't certified to work on Jeep plus my warranty had expired. Once at the Jeep location I need it a new transmission. They switched the transmission for a used one kept the Jeep for more than a month and still didn't fixed. Stay away from that place fraudulent Thieves
After 16 days of waiting on an order I contacted them to get a status update. They could not give me an estimated date they would ship the parts. Their answer was "after the order is processed". I then asked when the order would be processed, and their response was "Jesus would provide you an answer". This is not a good way to do business, I suggest avoiding this company.

They definitely have slow shipping and not the best customer service and use COVID 19 as an excuse which is sad to say the least, if you can't fill orders don't take them and i was lied to twice before my part actually shipped. I do find it funny they can answer bad reviews with BS excuses but can't answer an email. I did finally receive the part i ordered and was not in a hurry or this would have not been a good email, their prices are good but service is horrible, it is what is good luck!

The part I ordered arrived damaged, and their customer service disappeared leaving me with no way to return or exchange the part. I never got anything but a busy signal when I tried calling the online parts department. The 'live chat' found on their Website isn't 'live' - it just tells you they'll get back to you within 72 hours, but then they never do. After nearly a month of being ignored, I finally had to reverse the charge on my credit card.
The reviews found here and elsewhere seem to be vary unfavorable towards this company. But the reviews found on the TASCA Website itself seem to be cherrypicked to only show positive reviews which looks very disingenuous to me.
Edit/update: Tasca apparently saw this review shortly after I posted it (according to email correspondence I received from them), and contacted me with an apology and to make arrangements to return the part for a refund. I was given a FREE return shipping label, and not too long after I sent the part back (2-3 weeks?), I was issued a 100% refund.

I ordered a lower control arm for my car on 2/21/2023. I reached out on 3/1/2023 and was told it was on the way and would be there in 3-4 business days. I had tires put on my car anticipating the part would be there based on what they told me. I wanted to coordinate this due to needing an alignment for both the tires and the LCA and did not want to do it twice. I reached out to them today(3/14/2023), NINE business days later, and was told that "The part needs to be reordered. None in warehouse."
I NEVER received any email or phone call stating this. This is absolutely unacceptable and it actually pains me to write this review as I previously worked for Tasca and took pride in it being a very customer service oriented company.
Actually ended up finding the part on Amazon, for almost $50 less, shipped, with a 3 day delivery.
Never buying parts from them again and will not recommend.
I ordered an oil filter connector 25'th of March. I got a receipt saying that I would receive shipping info 4 business days later.
I wrote to them 8'th of April asking for a tracking number. They said I should wait up to 2 days for the info.
I wrote again 19'th of April and they still haven't managed to send a simple oil filter connector.
So I can't recommend buying from them if you want your wares. My order #******* is still pending as of today.

I ordered from their website, almost two weeks ago. I've been billed for my item, yet received no item. I've sent numerous messages thru their website…. Never received a response. I've called their number several times, trying each of the extensions, one at a time…only to have the guy who actually answered say, "Well, I can't help you." AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME! These guys don't deserve anybody's business. Do yourself a favor, and use a company that actually wants to serve you, not TASCAPARTS.COM or GETOEMPARTS.COM

I placed an expedited shipping order 10 days ago, and they still haven't shipped my parts or given me any updates in a week. They emailed me a phone number that isn't being answered, and the "live chat" feature on their site only allows me to send messages along with my email address and they say they will email me a response, but they don't. TascaParts.com is trying to blame all shipping delays on every parcel carrier, but I have been receiving regular shipments from all of the carriers with no problems. Here I am, racking up a crazy amount in Uber bills for over a week, and TascaParts doesn't even have the decency to give me any updates or respond to my messages. Never again! AVOID TASCAPARTS.COM!

AVOID! This was my first and last time using TascaParts.com only because rockauto.com didn't have a specific part I needed. Tasca doesn't give a single frick about your satisfaction, but will charge you the second you place your order. ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND EMAILS!

I ordered OEM GM rear corner step inserts for my 2020 Chevrolet 3500HD. Gave them the VIN# with the order. I received the wrong parts about 2-1/2 weeks after ordering. Contacted them about the error via email. They gave me a return authorization and told me they would email a return shipping label. I have not received. Several emails sent & I now get no response at all vs the 2-3 day delay with responses initially. We all know they never answer the phone. They are at the top of the search engines with so much potential but just don't respond. I don't understand.

Looked at several places online searching for a part because locally it would take a week for my dealership to get it. First place I looked at said it would take 4 days. GetOEMParts offered expedited service for $70. Placed order with them. Order stayed 'in processing' for a very long time - messages to them asking for an update went without reply, ignored. It took them 6 days to put the part in the mail (admittedly there was a weekend in the middle) with expedited service. When it arrived, it was in a box from the first place I looked at online, the one that said it would take 4 days. I basically paid them $70 to order it from this other company, take their time getting it in the mail, and then when I pointed out how slow their expedited service was, got refused any refund on the shipping cost. Terrible service from a company whose website claims 'Ridiculously Fast Shipping - We ship fast and we ship everywhere.' Would never do business with again.

Worst company to ever order car parts off. They have a lot of potential but it's terrible. I ordered back in October put 100 parts worth $3000 and have gotten no word back from them no delivery update nothing and I tried reaching out email them know he was back I've done the online chat and I was put in queue. I had to go through my bank to reverse the transaction to get all my money back which I take it back.

I brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls on Jan. 4. Today, Jan 12th, the parts that were SUPPOSED to be fixed last week broke down. I could not shift or start my vehicle leaving me left stranded in Boston. Thanks AAA for towing my car back to Tasca!

I ordered the part 13 days ago. They just now received the part at THEIR facility. They cannot (or will not) provide any information other than "in progress" I ordered the mirror image of the part on Ebay and received the part in 5 days.
Needless to say, if the option was available, I would give a less than one star rating. BUNCH OF CYA, NON-COMMITTAL BUNCH OF YAHOOS that I have ever met.

Paid $120 for overnight shipping and received an email saying it would be overnighted in 3 to 5 days after they received it. So I tried to cancel the order. 6 emails and 2 unanswered calls. I got nothing. This is tantamount to thievery in my book and my shop will never do business with this site again.
