I am going to address this by presenting the facts. You purchased a reading from me, through my website@ tarotti.com - It was between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and I quit working at 8:00 PM. You texted to ask if I was available right then. I phoned you immediately to confirm that I'd received your purchase and to schedule you. I stated that my hours of operation are between 10:30 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern time. You were very pleasant and we scheduled you for Noon (12:00 PM) the following day. I then went to bed.

I turn my phone off at 11:00 PM and turn it back on at 9:00 AM when I get up. At 6:30 AM, you texted me, asking if I could do your reading right then. You asked again and then sent numerous question marks, which I assume was due to the fact you weren't getting any replies --- at 6:30 AM, when I was sound asleep.

At 6:45 AM, I got out of bed to use the bathroom. When I got back into bed, I looked at my phone to check the time and took notice that I had several text messages from you starting at approximately 6:30 AM. Your last text to me only a few minutes before I looked at my phone was, "Is it because I'm black that you don't want to read for me?"

I read that and was absolutely astounded, shocked, disgusted and young lady, horribly insulted. I tore out of my bed, went to my computer and I refunded you right then and there. There was so much WRONG with everything in that moment. How it never occurred to you that I wasn't replying because, at 6:30 AM, it would be highly likely that I was still asleep. There was no way we could proceed after that bizarre episode with you ranting and raving at me in a text when it only made sense that I was in bed asleep. Readings are an intimate discussion between two people looking for answers. You really beat me up, came at me with tremendous ferocity, unrelenting, and erroneously assumed horrible things of me that were so grossly out of line and so far left of center that I felt terribly persecuted and wanted nothing more than to merely refund you and send you on your way.

This is exactly what I texted back: I have refunded you as I am unable to read for you right now at 7:00 AM. I'm 62 years old and I no longer have the energy I used to. It's clear that you need a reading immediately and I want you to have your money back in order to find someone readily available. I then said, "Kisha, at least half of my clients are black. All of my daughter's best friends of which are many, are black. I also work as a web developer and my boss is black. Finally, my best girlfriend of many years is black.

You never responded to my reply. You said nothing in response and made NO apologies. A week went by and suddenly I received another purchase from you. You texted and said, "Let's try this again." I agreed and thanked you and got you scheduled for 7:00 PM the following evening. Later that evening you began to text me again, this time it was a rant about another very popular online psychic network that you had patronized. You relayed to me via text messaging, how terrible the readings were, and how unskilled the psychics were. I understood you and had compassion that you felt ripped off and taken advantage of. You stated, "After I wrote a REAL review about their services, they closed out my account, banned and blocked me, and would no longer serve me." However, I did not want to engage you in bantering back and forth about an experience you had with an entirely different company, unrelated to me. I kept it light and said that I understood and was sorry you had to experience that.

Then, at 8:45 AM in the morning, to my shock, you began texting me a multitude of messages all over again, regarding your contempt for the "other" company and how wronged you felt. I am not debating that, dismissing your feelings but I couldn't understand what that had to do with me. It was most peculiar. I read that and I then realized you are a force to be had. If a huge company like they are, closed out your account, banned, and blocked you, there stood a good chance you were hiring psychics and then, yes, writing really bad reviews, which is certainly your right but I was highly concerned that they banned you due to multiple chargebacks. I texted you that morning and asked, "Did you write real bad reviews and do chargebacks?" You said no. But you did. Kisha, you texted me the night before to tell me how they removed your account and blocked you after you wrote them a "REAL REVIEW." You don't hire a company to serve you while telling them how you unleashed your fury on the company before them. When you do a chargeback, the company is also charged a hefty fee on top of the refund. If the company gives the refund, they are not penalized.

Your behaviors with me have been of great concern. I did refund you and stated that I'd be unable to serve you. You wrote me today, threatening me with a bad review if I didn't read for you. And here we are. I'm 62 years old, I'm extremely generous, compassionate, and super affordable. In fact, I even offer $10 thirty-minute phone readings. On another site where I offer my services, I have 100% 5-star reviews and they're real.

This ONE-STAR review for all categories is so incredibly vicious and mean-spirited. You knew why I didn't feel comfortable serving you. You continued to berate the other company to me in text messages from late-night rants to early-morning tirades because it was infuriating you that I wasn't responding. It would be grossly unprofessional of me to do that. Also, the email you sent me this morning, threatening me, in an attempt to use a bad review of me as leverage in order to coerce me into serving you, is extraordinarily devious and unethical.

Yes, when I discovered how crooked, devious, and reprehensible some fortune tellers can be, I set out to warn women. Definitely. However, you're clearly not a client and never have been. There's a good chance you're one of those "other sites." I'll tell you why. Some of those "other sites" charge well over $10. Per minute. That's incomprehensible. When I started Tarotti, my fee was $35. Per hour and I often went well over the hour for people needing to talk. A year or so later, I raised my fee to $50. Per hour and never held anyone to their hour. I've spent as long as two to three hours on calls. My company is NOT a scam. Secondly, if anyone working for Tarotti ever attempted to scam the clients in any capacity, I fired them immediately. I have fired several. Perhaps one of them was you.

Well, "Roger M," on 7-20-2015, someone called No N., wrote a review that says, "The owner of this is going around and telling the truth about other sites but has neglected to say their own outrageous prices, and claims that their psychics are worth the exorbitant prices they charge." You just copy-pasted what she said? You couldn't be a little more creative. Clearly, I fired you two, and I know who you both are now. The only thing "Questionable" here are your ethics and character.
