I joined and left this site within literally a few hours, I soon realised it was a rip off site as you cannot even message anyone without first spending money! Its totally designed to be useless unless you part with your cash. Added a photo to profile and received a nasty e mail from admin saying that the photo has been listed as downloaded from other sites and removed immediately. The sites they are talking about were the ones I joined with the same photo lol So incredibly rude moderators. I told them to shove their $#*!ty rip off site where the sun dont shine. AVOID these hideous people The people I saw on it were actually RANK as well More fool them for parting with money for this dismal website its totally TRAGIC! In every single way possible

I've been with Swinging Heaven for 10 years and for me it's been good. It's got a pretty huge membership principally men or couples, although with the couples the female partner is rarely/never seen. Most of the fun happens in the chatrooms which are occupied by 95% guys. Most chatrooms are set up on the day by members, hence you might get "bi married", "black guy vwe to meet bbw" and each can have anything from 1 to 100 members. Each chatroom has available space for members to go on cam but you'll probably find that the majority of these are occupied by men masturbating. There's general conversation in the chatrooms but this can be pretty turgid and generally interspersed with "bolton guy looking for c**k fun now" type announcements. Beside that, private messaging allows members to discuss their preferences and potentially arrange meetups.

I'm bisexual and only use the site to arrange meetups with other bi men, usually married and middle aged. I've probably met about 50 guys in total and have probably been let down about 200-300 times - there are a lot of timewasters who fancy the idea but back out at the last minute or when it comes to swapping addresses. If you're a man trying to find a woman either single or in a couple, or a couple trying to find a woman or another couple I wouldn't rank your chances too high. I think it happens but the vast amount of meetups seem to happen between middle aged or older men, many of whom have wives no longer interested in sex, and who have turned their interest to other men. (Doesn't apply to me by the way:-) but that accounts for most of my meetups!)

Have been a member for 10 yrs, and only recently i have been asked to verify my details before logging in. I have done this but still it wont let me log in. After trying to raise 7 yes seven support tickets i have not recieved a word or any form of help towards my problem. I have asked for my recently renewed membership fees to be returned but that as been ignored as well. So my advice to anyone contemplating joining is DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Be very careful, this site bans people for NO reason then continues to take money from bank account, do not ever give payment to them as they use a companyu called symbios solutions to sort the payments and it is impossible to cancel after they ban you. I had to cancel my credit card and bank account just to stop them taking the 20 quid each month. Fraudulent company

All i can say is that colin, could not be more far from the truth, i have been on this site for 4 years. And find it great... the people who are part of the community are all great people. And this is down to the great make up of the site... the Chat ops are always help ful. And fair enough on time to time they get it wrong. But so does everyone in life... the site is constantly trying to improve it self... which shows it is investing its time in the site,. And not just reaping the profits and let it run into the ground.

As long as you want to watch men masturbating or be contacted by a load of single men - it's great. If you want anything else then stay away.

They took unauthorised payments from my account and when i queried them i was told by Symbios Solutions, owners of the site, that they would forward my advert, photos etc to my bank so they could investigate my complaint for me.

Ran by cowboys - This site is poor you pay £50 a year to join up from there on in you are being ripped off. The forum is clogged with years of posts that never get used again, the games part of the site wouldent tackle the intellect of a 2 year old. The chatroom area is abysmal. Constant crashing, people being stuck in chat rooms, breaking down and out of control members that when you as a chatroom host do anything about you end up being banned yourself for removing them. The chat ops /moderators are all clique rude arrogant and run the entire chat area so swinging heaven staff don't have to and they think there god especially the tosser ian if you ver come across him the site rules trip over there selves and they make em up as they go along. On whole swingingheaven.co.uk is a poor pathetic and useless site that needs updating with staff that know how to deal with the paying public a maintenance crew that actually know what they got to do and they need to remove there chat ops and replace em with human beings instead of having the morons they have got
