SwarmJam is a scam. Avoid it at all costs. Bought a PetroCanada fuel saving card. Took my money right away but never received it after 4 months. Never answered my email of inquiry, and calling the Manager on the website repeatedly for 2 weeks, but never received a return call. And then his voice mail was full, cannot record any more message!

BIG BIG SCAM!
In March 2016, I purchased two Petro Canada giftcards, paying $200.
By May I had still not received my cards, so sent follow up emails to enquire about delay. My emails went unanswered. I then went onto Swarmjam's Facebook page to complain. My complaint was, of course, shortly deleted. I then sent complaint to one of Swarmjam's executives, who promptly acknowledged my frustration. He had customer service contact me to assure me that my refund would be processed between 5-7 business days. Almost two months later, STILL nothing, and my emails are no longer responded to. BIG SCAM! Do NOT give them your money!

I ordered a pair of shoes they were suppose to come in 3 weeks took 6 weeks and I was away so they were sent back.
Customer service sent me one email then blocked my emails from coming and now have deleted all my profile Information
I have never had such a crap experience from any company

Finally quit Swarmjam - Quality of products, delivery, customer service response have all taken a nose dive. Late deliveries and then product fails to perform as advertised. Have been a customer for several years, but I am fed up with having to chase after them for performance, delivery etc.

Paid for petro cards and never received anything. Owner is named Michael bailey, He lives in Ottawa or Gatineau. Still haven't received my money since then. They basically took my money and told my bank to reverse it while they still have it. Thieves!

Where is customer service. How do i get service. Who do i contact. I purchased a Petro Canada gift card and after 4 months yet to received it. I have sent about 7 emails and no reply. AVOID THEM...

Also purchased Petro Can cards from them and never rec'd them. Sent an email and rec'd the initial auto reply but nothing since then. Have sent numerous emails and no replies at all.

The owner came at my shop tring to apologize and bribery offering to pay back 45 vouchers Royalty package at $ 175 that clients payed, and of all respect we did these packages, he also told me that he sold Swarmjam.com to an incorporate business.ya wright, he said he would be back in 24 hr with $7875 that i and my employee s worked for nothing, its been 4 days and i new with the look of guilt in his face he would never come back, i was watering down the pavement has he was leaving in his $#*!box of a car, that when i looked back at my business to see if the red light was flashing on my surveillance camera's wer on,,, they shur was. The charges are being laid as we speak, i will follow up with the public Tuesday when hand over statements and camera proofs with audio of his willing of bribery to pay back is more then evidence that in his mind since he created Swarmjam.com was to fraud and screw us all. I have constantly been late receiving goods ordered or not at all. When I do not receive they give me a credit. BIG WHOOP... NOT. This is only setting me up for more purchases that do not arrive. If they want to promote their business it is up to them to go after their suppliers and ensure compliance. Ridiculous! DO NOT buy anything through this site.

I placed 2 orders back in April & May 2015 but did not arrived. I contacted the vendors who repeatedly promised that the items were on their way which I believe was all just a stall tactic! Finally, I requested for a refund, but was only given store credits to my SJ account. Last week, when I tried to place an order, the website is closed! My store credit is still showing n my account with no way of me accessing it. The website said that they've directed all their clients to the Socialshoppers site but no mentioned of how I can get refunded for my store credit? Am sure not the only one taken for a ride here... SCAMMED!

On Friday I had a massage from wemassage, using one of your vouchers.
I expected a massage therapist to attend. I was surprised when I asked the therapist, where she had done massage therapy she told me that she had not trained as a massage therapist but had done esthetics where she was shown how to do a massage. The rest she picked up from watching other therapists at different Spas. This is not what I expected or what Michael Bailey (President). Told me would happen. He was under the impression that the therapists were registered. When making the appointment you discover, if you want a registered Massage therapist you have to pay an extra $10. This is also in the small print on the voucher.
This is not what I expected, and what I thought I paid for. The therapist was friendly and did a reasonable massage even though she was not trained. I would not have bought this voucher if i had all the facts, and did try to cancel but ccould not get Michael Baily to respond to me many emails just after I purchased.

Simply unbelievable that Swarmjam will not reply to customers who are experiencing problems. I cannot understand how they are still in business. I have been promised items that I have not received and a service I paid for, which was not provided because the business folded, has not been resolved. For those customers who think they are great, try sending them an email and you will soon discover they are not responding no matter how many times you try. Simply put, they are a disgusting co.

I purchased an item in July... It is now November and I still have nothing but an empty wallet! Don't use this site!

I had the same experience as others: ordered a product 2 months ago. They took my money immediately, but I have received nothing. Neither the vendor (RealSheen) nor SwarmJam replied to my emails. Visa has entered a Dispute and has promised to refund my money. Avoid this company.

I bought 3 item at a total of $130+ Dec 9 to 14. Credit card charged within 2 days from order. Received NO CONFIRMATION or NO INFO of expected delivery/ arrival dates! Contacted SJ Jan 11, replied to contact vendor - 1. Replied saying "product must be lost in transit", 'will re-ship right the way'; the other don't even bother to response! Last Friday (Jan 23 received 1 item - different color! Today the second item came with an 6X9 envelope, they are both from Canada Post. However I ordered and paid for 2X set of 20; that means I should be getting 40! I only got 10! This great vendor (PROMISE IMPORTS) and products didn't come with any invoice/ package list - How can you trace them with faulty products! IS THIS CALLED SCAM! The last product is still nowhere and it was from vendor called SALE BREAKER! This review will be everywhere I PROMISE.

I have purchased from them and received nothing. The business that offered the service 1-888-Junk Van does not return calls or emails and neither does SwarmJam

We have been doing business with this company since they started.

They are great. For merchants wishing to run a deal this is the perfect website. Their clintele are mature, the staff are wonderful and prompt, they pay upfront and on time, and they work with business to provide the best service.

We highly recommend!

I am currently awaiting delivery of a product which i didnt know would come from singapore. It has been over the 4wk waiting time. I am hoping to get my delivery but since i dont get much help from bestdesu.com i am not going to hold my breath. Not a way to treat customers.
