I bought a item in May and never received it. Every time I email them and ask them where is my item a automatic response pop up very quickly saying that due to COVID-19 it is delayed. Very Bogus Response! It's now been well over two months. They are not responding at all when I ask for a refund. These people are scammers! Beware & don't buy from them!

I ordered a massager tool for my husband for Christmas on 12/8/19 and they debited the $$ from my acct but I never received item or updates on the order. No phone # to call for status so I sent email to email provided and it came back "undeliverable". I disputed the charge with my credit card and I will likely get my money back. BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from this website! It's a SCAM and not in the USA.

I decided to write on their Facebook page through messenger and keep getting nonsense messages how I receive an email and I'm not opening it. I want my money back and I have had no clear answers. I ordered 4 trousers of Rs. 1196/-. Now showing Oops, something went wrong. They confirmed my payment receipt on 22nd Sept 2020. Again confirmed that order is on the way on 23rd Sept 2020. Now while I am trying to track the delivery, it is showing "Oops, something went wrong." My money gone. Please don't buy from an unknown site. Most of them are fake.

I ordered two pair of shoes on March 13,2019. They debited my bank card that day. On 3/28 I asked about the status of my order. On 3/31 I was informed that both items were out of stock. I opted to get a refund. It is May 29 and I have yet to receive it. It's horrible to do this to people. It cannot take that long to issue a refund on items that were never there.
