Beware of this company and never try to sell your luxury items with them. A few years ago they were honest and I was selling my items with them, but since the company was acquired by a new owner called Shiva, they started scamming people. I have all the confirmation of my words in screenshots that I attached to this review. My watches were sold 8 months ago and i haven't seen any payment. They basically stole all the money from the sell pf the watches. Sophie in the customer service and Shiva ( the owner) just keep promising to pay in 2 weeks, and it never happens. Once they even tried to make it seem that they sent me the money via bank transfer but it didn't go through because it is an European bank account. Then I created a Singaporean bank account and they could not invent any excuses anymore so they just stopped answering at all. I am going to start a legal action against them soon. I would start it even earlier but I was not able to go to Singapore sooner. Now the only thing that Shiva writes to me is: Hi Kate. And then silence. Unfortunately, with him Style Tribute turned into thieves. My message to everyone is: beware, they are scammers, don't sell your items with them, especially that cost a lot, as it was in my case.

I am seller to use the styletribute platform for a long time. But reasonably that I am faceing they don't payout my slod item on time. E-mail no reply. Try to contact them always no answer. Are they closedown soon? Is the case that the company run bad they start no to make payment to all of the client. Is anyone share same story with me?

I've sold and bought on StyleTribute for about 10 years now. Post pandemic their customer service is horrible- no replies to emails, having to chase payment or payment is not made. They used to be so efficient but it's all gone downhill
Again, my email was not replied. I WhatsApped them to receive an automated response. Twice. Only when I specifically requested that they give me a real answer did I receive a human reply.

I think getting back and replying to emails could’ve been faster. Or at least inform the customer if the delivery is not going to be 7days as stated on the website.

I purchased a Givenchy Antigona in medium size, but received a small size instead. Size is a fundamental property of the product that can be observed just by looking at it. The fact that an incorrect size was sent to me, despite StyleTribute claiming they have a team that checks the product twice, makes me wonder if there is even any check at all. If such an obvious discrepancy is not discovered by the team, I have little faith that the team is adequate to ensure authenticity of the product at all.

I am a big fan of ST but this order wasn't great. First, one item was reimbursed before delivery, with no information about which item it was or the reason. Next, the items were delivered later than usual, a full 10 days after purchase. Finally, I found the quality of the items not as good as usual. One bag (black) was pretty scratched and a pair of Olympia shoes were smelly (damp/mold) and hardened - as if they'd badly taken the water.
I emailed about my slightly disappointing experience but received no answer.

I have made multiple purchases with StyleTribute in the past and the experiences were very pleasant. However, it was not this time around. First, the description states that the Chanel bag will come with the "full packaging". However, upon receiving the parcel, there was only the authenticity card and dust bag. I was expecting to receive the care booklet, box, and even the ribbons and camellia flower for the "full packaging". Next, upon checking the bag, I found some personal belongings in the bag left behind by the previous owner. These include hair clips as well as fake eyelashes. I was disappointed because first, the description is not in compliance with what I received (there is no "full packaging") and second, StyleTribute did not bother to remove these "personal belonging" before sending the bag out. The latter problem made me wonder if StyleTribute did properly check and authenticate the bag before sending it out. I believe nobody would miss out these "personal belongings" if the bag has been properly checked. Nonetheless, I have sent the bag to 2 rounds of paid authentication services and both came back saying the bag is "authentic", which is a piece of great news. I hope StyleTribute can be stricter with its quality control check and provide its customers with a better shopping experience.

There are occasional great deals on their site for highly coveted luxury pieces. Just have to check their website once a while to look at the new arrivals.
The price was very reasonable (I paid almost 70% off retail) for a popular Chanel bag.
I have a lot of experience selling on different websites, including those offering authentication services. But this one was one of my worst experiences especially handling my issue from the customer support side.
One of my items was sold and it was a concern for me since that item was vintage and very rare, so I wrote to the customer support to double check whether it is going to be taken care of properly as otherwise I'd rather cancel my sale even if it affects my rating. I was assured everything would be fine. Ok great.
My item was collected from my place, authenticated and passed to the buyer. After a week, I get a notification of return. I really don't get what sort of return policy this is. Someone basically was USING my very valuable item for a WEEK for free and then just decided to return it. This is not how things are done.
This is not all though. My return was arranged and I stayed at home the whole day waiting for it. No one came and no one contacted me about what's going on. It was Friday. Saturday I tried to call but ooops - you are closed. Atrocious. The earliest anyone came back to me was Monday and without any reasonable explanation (see attached). We did not have your unit number. Really? What do you have my handphone number for?
In fact, they had my full address all the way (see screenshot).
When I received my item back and checked, the case had a stain. I am not quite sure what the quality control guidelines ST has, but reputable concierge services attach labels to the items in such a way that the buyers can't wear them unless they make a final decision and not just bluntly use them for a week or more (14 days return policy). On my item, I only seen a tag which was not attached to anything at all.
Just never again I will sell through this platform.

But wrong item delivered. Ofem and the laiting photo do not match.
There is also no longer order history in my page to wven track things.
What is going on? Are you seriously in the business or doing this as a casual hobby?

Fast and simple. There were descriptions on each product. However it would be better if customers were updated on the delivery and shipping - as in the number of days etc. I didn't receive any news until I emailed and asked.

Overall purchase experience was smooth and hassle-free. The only area that could have better is the delivery arrangement. The delivery personnel had contacted me via phone upon reaching my door step.as the delivery hours clashed with my working hours, I had requested for the item to be placed in the enclosed riser on the eight hand side of my main door. However, I found item placing on my plants in front of my main door instead, where it was not sheltered from the rain and easily visible from corridor users.
I trust the team in ensuring the items purchased are authentic.
