Stanlice

This company is a fraud, using designs taken from other companies and recreated for what seems like a good price. Be aware! This company uses unsanitary practices, i. E. no sanitary stickers in crotch of bikinis. They have TERRIBLE customer service, will not be honest about shipping times, cost of refund, and you will pay $15 restocking fee for every product you send back even if the product is unwearable due to faulty manufacturing. Spread the word!

I loved Stanlice! At first I was iffy on making a purchase because I saw very mixed reviews online but I decided to give it a shot and Im so glad I did it! My order came within 2 weeks and i was expecting at least one flaw but there were none! The quality was amazing for its price and I will definitely be ordering from them again! A bunch of my friends have even orders on Stanlice after and loved it as well!

Okay same time last year I ordered a bikini. It took so long to arrive (a month) that I had moved out of my place by then and my package went to waste. Told customer service, no help. This year I tried again way ahead of my Miami trip. Once again, It didn't arrive in time. When it did, the measurements were SO OFF and the material was shiny polystester dark green when I photo was clearly a light brown. They don't accept returns because some how "it's the customers fault if the color does not match?" Pissed off to say the least.

I really love the product. I like how the bikini bottom can be adjusted and it's fabric quality is good. It's how it's looked in the photo so I'm not disappointed. One down side though is with the shipping since there was no movement on my order for like maybe 2 weeks in the customs, but I think it's not the shop's fault. I followed up on my order and they were very responsive & assured me that I will get my package. Overall I'm very happy with service & my bikini.

First it took 31 days for my item to ship. THEN it shipped from China. It still isn't here and i ordered it 6/24/17. When i asked about where my swimsuit was, the response was quick but very rude, suggesting i didn't understand their shipping process. Well if you look online it says it ships within 3-5 days. I was unaware this was another china, cheap clothes over priced, internet store trap. Stay away. It's not worth your money or your time.

I publish in this web site and others about this scam and they offer me a refound that has not been reflected or even been notificated to my bank (American Express) I've been communicating with them and they told me that it has not been any update or file opened from them.

This store sucks, they don't send you nothing and when you try to get into arrangements the only thing you can get is lies and more lies.

Please do not EVER buy in this store. All my people in Mexico have been notificated and we are a bunch of people who are passing though similar situations. We are so upset because we pay for something that doesn't exist.

Huge scam. Was told because I took my items out of the bag to try them on, they would not refund me. The sizing was 'correct' when I ordered and it didn't fit (as some thigns don't) and they are giving me an awfully hard time about refunding my money. They said they would do an exchange, but it will cost almost the same amount as the article of clothing to ship it back... awful.

This has by far been one of the MOST frustrating purchases in my life. Not only did it take 30 days for delivery, item was poorly designed to fit a normal person, communication for return extremely slow and required a ridiculous amount of information (pictures etc) but then they want me to return it to FRANCE and then charge me a return fee?!

I probably won't get any money back at all after all this. Horrific experience IN EVERY ASPECT of this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Stanlice is the best online website I have ever shopped on! I ordered 3 bikinis from them so far and each one has been just what I expected from the pictures. They are good quality and fit perfectly. They also have amazing prices and tons of styles, I'm sure you'll find something you like. I will definitely be ordering off Stanlice in the future, I highly recommend!

I wish I looked at this site before I purchased a dress from Stanlice. They sent me a defective dress (see photos) where the stitching is totally off and the dress cannot be worn. I emailed them the day I received the dress. They asked me to send them photos so they could contact the vendor. Any other company would have credited my account or sent a new dress after seeing the photos. Instead they asked me to mail the dress back. That would have cost me as much as the dress! I reported the Miami company to Better Business Bureau and the China company to econsumer.gov. This company is a total scam.

Super happy with my order. You get what you pay for and these suits are trendy, fashion and short term items. You want higher quality then go to Super high fashion brand and pay super high prices.
Loved all my bikinis, I ordered 10 items at once. I have gotten nothing but compliments for my pieces. They have laundered well.
Lower you quality expectations and enjoy your bargains for a short season.
I cant comment on customer service as I did not have a use for it. I will order again :)

Ce sont de vrais arnaqueurs, j'ai reçu un maillot que jai commandé et puis mauvaise surprise le maillot a de gris défauts de fabrication, il est toit déformé les coutures sont mal faites avec des morceaux qui dépassent impossi le de l'enfiler, pour ne rien arranger ils refusent toutes remarques ou demande de changement sous prétexte qu'on a bénéficié d'un code promo, c'est de l'argent getè à la poubelle! Je vous déconseille vraiment de commander chez eux... les commentaires avec 5 étoiles viennent de chez eux!

Products and prices are great! I ordered 2 swimsuits from Stanlice. They provide accurate product descriptions. I had one of my swimsuits that was too small and I could tell that some of the stitches were coming a loose. I sent them pictures of the swimsuit and they refunded me in the full amount that I paid!
Would definitely recommend to others!

I ordered 3 swimsuits almost a month ago. Received one, one is still in China and the other has been sitting in Chicago for days with no movement. Ridiculous shipping time aside, the one swimsuit I received is AWFUL. The quality is so bad it's almost laughable. It looks nothing like the image on the site but since it was on sale, no returns allowed. This is a total scam and I would never buy anything from them again.

The items I ordered were nothing like the photos and extreme poor quality that I cannot wear any of it yet they charge above average pricing. They will not do any refunds either. I have asked to speak to a manager or owner and have not heard back. Do not use this company. There are several other places to order online with good quality clothing and good customer service!

I saw a sponsored post from this company on Instagram and didn't bother researching review before purchasing. As most other reviewers said, Stanlice is as close to a scam as can be. They sent me one bikini, charged me for two and will not refund. To my request for a refund, they ask me for pictures. As I can't send pictures of a non-existent item, they won't refund.

And of course what they sent me has nothing to do with what you see in the pictures.

Stay away!

They are just swindlers, no money, no email answears, no bikinis and the worst customer service, I doubt that they even have it. Never agen! Asked for tracking number, for any information regarding my order BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. I purchased 4 bikinis, after month, they sent just 1 bikini and there is no explanation about the rest of the order. Maybe I will get any explanation from them here. As other reviews have mentioned, the quality is so bad it is unwearable. Worse then that is the customer service. When I attempted to make a return I received an extremely unprofessional and catty reply.
Do not waste your money in this scam of a business.

Guys! This page is a scam. Customer service is horrible and their size chart is not accurate. As a cuatomer you order based off the chart BUT they trick you into using a discount code so you are not applicable for exchanges or refunds. I have proof of them confirming their size chart is not accurate and of the horribke experience. Do not order. You will lose your money!

I ordered on June 21 and finally received 1 of the 2 suits on JULY 25. The 2nd one STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED over a month after I placed my order. The quality is terrible, threads were coming out of the top right out of the package before I even tried it on, the hook is very hard to get into the fabric and then I couldn't get it out, and it arrived without a sanitary strip (a standard for bathing suits). Terrible experience all around. And no, I'm not a competitor, just a consumer who received a terrible product and poor customer service.

My bathing suit is nothing what it looks like online, def. a bootleg and smells like cigarette. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Also took 3 weeks to deliver.

I ordered two bikinis over a month ago which have never turned up. I have tried to contact them on three occasions to request for the tracking number etc and have had no response! Terrible service and starting to think this is all a scam!

This company is disgusting. The quality of their items are awful, and they dupe you with their Returns Policy which is nothing but a farce! They promote their 20% off discount ALL over the site - but dont tell you this makes any returns VOID. Even if your item is faulty like mine, they argue and try not to accept. I finally got them to agree I could send the item back, which I have done from my own pocket, and now theyve ignored THREE messages from me following this up. Absolutely disgraceful & I will do everything I can to report this terrible farce of a company.
