NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SCAMMED LIKE THIS I'M CONSTANTLY SENDING THEM EMAILS FOR A REFUND BUT CAN'T GET ANY ANSWERS WHAT A TOTAL SCAM I LOST $90 TO SOME BS COMPANY BEWARE OF THIS PEOPLE SPORTS FANS WEAR IS A TOTAL RIPOFF..

I ordered two player shirts on May 1st, 2020. After a couple weeks, I tried to contact the company to ask where they were. I was sent the tracking info again and it was sitting in Illinois. Lets just say I didn't get my package until 6/1/2020. Within that month I begged for a refund and was told it wasn't possible since they knew where my package was located. They didn't care that I didn't actually have the package. Once I received it, I found only one of the shirts inside! It was not what I expected and the size was much smaller. I peeled off the mailing label to find another one from China. Go figure! These shirts are about 2 sizes smaller than the tag says. They did refund me my money for the missing shirt without problem. That is about the only thing that went right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I also think they change the name often. All of my emails say something different but similar- Sports Fan Tee or Sports Apparel Co or Sports Fan Apparel. BEWARE!

I bought a jersey from this site thinking it was legit only to find out after ordering that this site sold fakes. Charge to my bank was from Shanghai. The jersey looks nothing like an authentic one. Complete waste of 90 bucks and it sounds like a total hassle to return this $#*! based on other reviews.

Everyone else already said it fake merchandise. Ive been trying to get a return shipping label for a few days now. Suddenly, after sending email of what i really thought about the product, they responded with the company has left on holiday jan 31 - feb 9. How convenient.

I should have read reviews! I will never order from them again! Merchandise is poor quality, size not accurate, shipping is not 6-10 days more like 2-3 weeks! Shameful!

My experience was about the same as everybody else. Website claims to be from Tennessee. Got a little confused when the tracking said it was coming from New York but didnt think much of it. Until I realized my package didnt arrive in NY for about 2 weeks, BECAUSE it was coming from China. I was billed by Shanghai and it was $15 more than what the original invoice was. I wrote them an email and never got a response. Ironic that a Salute to Service hoodie was coming from overseas. Anyway, my hoodie finally arrived and was clearly fake. The 12 yr old who sewed it didnt even cut the strings off the patches. At least the colors were correct and it looks halfway decent. Ill still wear it because I paid $65 for it but Im pissed. Dont use this website.

Bought a NY Giants Jersey for $80 and it's schlock. I guess the Giants changed their colors from dark red to pink. The jersey number is steamed on. I coulda made a better jersey at home w a Hanes white t shirt and some crayons. Don't bother trying to return it either. I have it in my car to donate to goodwill. However it will probably deteriorate by the time the nice people at Goodwill pick it up.

My story is the same as everyone else. Everyone who was ripped off by these people should call their credit card company to get the charges removed. Explain how they wouldn't take let you return without threats of it getting lost or costing a lot of money.

Sport Fans Apparel looks like a legit site BUT it's a sham. All of their merchandise comes from China and is fake (hats, jerseys, clothing). I saw my shipment was coming from China, I sent an email to customer service who reassured me it was authentic. SURPRISE! I spent $60 for a fake Nike shirt. I contacted them again letting them know that I know it's fake and I want my money back. They tell me I can return it BUT it's going to be expensive (ship to China), it may get lost in the mail, and it will take a long time. Check out the below picture: right is real, left is what they sent me. Such a scam!

Ordered a Vikings jersey. Colors were wrong and numbers were not the same. Requested a refund and was told that I risk losing the product in shipment so instead they offered a no-return refund of 10%. Products ship from China. My suggestion: pay the extra and get the product you want. Otherwise, plan on throwing away $80 bucks.

I ordered an NFL Jersey from a company that is listed on their web-page as being located in Tennessee, USA with advertising that stated 100% authentic and 100% refunds if not satisfied with the product. You can imagine my disgust when I observed that my credit card was charged from a company in China that has no intention of offering me a refund for the low grade oriental garbage they are trying to peddle. I feel violated and high-jacked by these internet jokers who do not seem to acknowledge the multiple e-mails that I have sent.

Currently, I am a disgruntled owner of one Le'Veon Bell Jersey that isn't even of high enough quality for me to wash my American built truck with.

Here is a classic case where I tried to buy American and got scammed.

But my son jersey for his fan club. When it arrived we saw that we paid $80 for counterfeit. If I won't get my money back I'm contacting BBB and attorney general to close this website down. I would also ask others do do so too.

I was over charged and NEVER received my product. I've been trying to contact them for a refund and they are ignoring my emails! No phone number listed... of course. Stay Away!

I threw out my NFL sweatshirt as soon as I got it. Everything about it was fake the patches were horrible. This sweatshirt wasn't even worth $10. Don't waste your time invested real NFL attire

I ordered my product on Sep. 9th. Received a shipping label from USPS... from CHINA. I knew what I was in for then, sent a scathing response. No Reply. Finally the jersey arrives, and it looks like it was sewn by a 3 year old. With obviously fake Nike and NFL logos. I just don't want anyone to fall for this fake company that is Definitely NOT located in Franklin, TN. You will notice on the website that the only way to contact is via message, no numbers. I left my phone number and dared them to call me from a TN area code. Please don't waste your money on their very cheap knockoffs.

This site appears to be an authentic sports apparel merchant selling genuine NFL and other licensed goods. After placing my order from a merchant listed to be in Tennessee and to deliver the following week, I waited a month to receive a cheap/fake knock off item from China. The quality of the NFL shirt I ordered is terrible and clearly a fake knock off item made in China for a very small price. The merchant's site claims they offer 365 day no hassle returns. However there is no contact telephone number to ever reach anyone and they are slow to respond by email (always written by a "Jennie") and not helpful. They are not working to help me return and refund my money as described in their store return policy. I google the address to their store and it appears it's a residence in Tennessee which is obviously not true. This is a scam and I am writing this to protect others and will be working to have the site shut down. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! BUYER BEWARE!

Don't buy here, all their stuff is fake and they charge a lot for terrible quality merchandise.

They offer me a 15% partial refund out of $80. The address listed on their website is a USA address, but they want me to return it to China. Scammmmmmmm

I demanded a refund and they claimed they could only give me 10% (which equaled about $8... wtf). They finally agreed to pay me 30% back, but i have yet to see a cent of that money. SHUT THIS SITE DOWN

SCAMMERS! Wish I had checked more online. The NFL shirt I received was not what I ordered. Different type material with a crappy iron on logo on the front. This is not the item listed on their website. I contacted the company via email and they refused to honor their online "Guarantee" of free returns for any reasons. I just recieved my order from this website (Two Nike LA Rams t-shirts). Took almost a month to be shipped from China. I should have done my research before ordering from this site but everything about this site seemed like it was a real website. The prices were fare and nothing about the site gave me the idea it was a fake website.
Like other reviews have stated, the charge on my bank statement came from China, first red flag. Also the charge was from "opentable" and my bank charged me an international fee. The odd thing that nobody else commented on but happened to me was my order was refunded to me a few days later after I ordered the shirts. I figured I wasnt getting the shirts but to my surprise they showed up yesterday approximately one month after ordering them. Both shirts were obviously fake Nike shirts. The color and quaility of the shirt were a decent attempt on being as good as Nike products. I ordered the same shirts from fanatics.com. They arrived the same day and were way better quality and obviously real Nike shirts.
Do not buy from sportsfanapparel.com!
