I just found this site and love it! Ordered my first suit on sale and saved a ton with the coupon they had this past weekend. Had to call in for size help and talked to Ali. She was very helpful. Can't wait to get my package!

I will never buy from them. Over priced and cheap quality. Customer service is rude. Website is poor to navigate. They don't understand the importance of customer satisfaction nor quality control. Once they take your money they're not interested in keeping you as a customer.

So happy I found a site that sells suits for older women. Love my new Gottex. Customer service was very knowledgeable and friendly

At the prices and gorgeous pictures, I really expected top quality. Thank goodness my first and only buy was for two sale items. I can find the same quality at Walmart for about 4000% cheaper. Also, one item was misleading in it's description. I went back and double checked both the picture and the phrasing tomake sure the error wasn't mine. It should have been a single black bottom, but instead had print on the top. Save your money and let this place go out of business.

I received a $80 bikini top for Christmas (2015) from my husband and forgot all about it. Now that it is approaching summer (April), I looked at it and decided that I would rather have something else. My husband called customer service and the person said "It is after our 30 day policy but we'll do an exchange as we are still selling this item". I promplty returned it but it was sent back, Ashley (the owner) claimed it was "tattered and worn". This is a complete lie as it is in perfect condition with tags and all. Disgusted by their lack of value in servicing their customers.

I ordered a few swimsuits for my honeymoon and I wasn't sure on sizing so I called, and the lady I spoke with helped me choose the right size and even suggested a cover up that was perfect. My order came fast and everything fit great! Love this site!

I love the swimsuits on this site! I got a vitamin a bikini and it was small so I had to exchange it for a different size. It was so easy to exchange and they got the new size to me within a few days of my request. Will definitely keep shopping :)

I purchased a $90 bikini top in a bandeau style and purchased it in January. There is a 30 day back guarantee. Didn't get the chance to where the beautiful top until March. Within an hour of wearing it the side while you're bent and poked out the bottom. Contacted South Beach and they contact the designer who said this is normal wear and tear and not anything they can stand behind. $90 for top and I have a wire poking out within an hour. Poor defective product that they do not stand behind!

Don't order anything from Southbeachswimsuits. Horrible customer service. I was double charged for my order and they keep denying it. I sent them my bank statements and they still say I was only charged once. I never got an apology for the inconvenience.

I bought a swim coverup from them. When I received it the sizing was way off and the
Item was so wrinkled up I couldn't wash or even iron the out. They were permanant!
Did not send it back but can't wear it. Way too expensive for quality of merchandise!
Won't buy again!

Did my summer shopping here. Best cover ups iv ever found. Also have cup sized suits. I have a DD cup and small bottom. Found Blush bikinis and they fit me sooooo great. Underwire for large bust and small bottoms for my bottom. Would recommend to all big bust girls for sure!

I have shopped here for years. They just launched a 50% off sale from sale items. I just got 4 Vitamin A suits for less then 150.00. Cant get a better deal then that! Love that they carry so many of the brands I am always looking for.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I am from the largest customer service based city in the country and it is terrible that this company is still in business. I unfortunately did not read other reviews as they are plenty of dissatisfied customers out there a out them. Make sure you will fit in the tops of their swimsuits as their size chart for the bust doesn't fit woman who are larger than. A size B or has had cosmetic surgery. Buyer beware and the employees work there are far from helpful on the situation.

Their return policy if horrible. Because my return was late they issued a store credit for less than I paid. Then I was insulted even more when they said my remaining store credit of $175.20 was about to expire. I enjoy the experience of purchasing online. This site is a rip off and would not recommend to anyone. With the few times I've purchased from this site, shipping was always extremely slow. This site gives online purchasing a bad name.

I ordered 2 swimsuits seperatly about a week apart. I received the first one and when it didn't work out I immediately sent it back and ordered a replacement as there was a 25% off coupon to use that week. The second suit didn't work out so I sent it back as well. They received both swimsuits over 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a refund for either. When I called to inquire as to when I would receive it the woman told me "within one billing cycle". I asked what that meant and she said "up to 30 days"! I wanted to order a new suit to replace these but as of now I have over $250 in swimsuits that I don't actually possess. When I tried to tell the woman I needed to order a new suit soon and asked if I could expedite the return process, she told me I had to re-order a new suit and THEN they would refund me my money that day. I don't wish to do business with them anymore as a result. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Shipping was quick and the suit was as pictured on the site. I already see new ones that I want to buy for next season...

One of the items that I purchased from southbeachswimsuits was defective in that the pattern was noticeably crooked. I would only expect the best workmanship for a swim bottom which cost me $56. I was open to come to a compromise with the company instead of paying for shipping to have the item exchanged (both ways apparently). So rather than paying for 2 extra shipping, i would consider a discounted price and keep the item. I spoke with one of the supervisors/managers and sent her pictures that showed the defect. She even agreed that the print was crooked on the swim bottom. She agreed to give me a %15 discount on top of the $10 discount for making my first purchase on their site. However, she took the $10 back from me, and then I find out that they are giving %15 off to everyone. So basically I did not get compensated for the defect. I called her back to explain that she really didn't do anything for me and she just blew me off. I don't really care anymore, except she made it easy for me to never do business with them again. They don't understand the importance of customer satisfaction nor quality control. Once they take your money they're not interested in keeping you as a customer. They should really take notes from Zappos.com. If anyone is reading this, you should buy all your swimwear at Zappos.com because they provide FREE shipping both ways, no taxes and they will get it to you overnight with the best customer service you will ever experience, not to mention quality control. If I sold someone an item less than perfect I would be embarrassed, but southbeachswimsuits do not seem to care much at all.

I had the best shopping experience at southbeachswimsuits.com. They got me my suit fast and I love it. I did have to exchange one item, and had to pay the shipping back to them, but they did ship me my exchange for free. I have had to do this with many other site I shop at like banana republic. I would def recommend southbeachswimsuits.com to any of my friends. They have the largest selection of the best designers out there!
