Do not contact Solarcity unless you are lonely, bored to snores, and have no friends who ever call you and are hoping your phone will ring once in a while. I got phone call number 11 today at 9:08AM. I kindly asked him to never call us again, if we care to do business with Solarcity, we certainly have their number on our caller ID where they have already called us 11 different times. Please do not call us again because now this is feeling like harassment. Guess what-I got another call from a different person at Solarcity around 4:00 PM the same day. Do you want to do business with someone so desperate they harass you with phone calls like a dog with a bone that won't let go?

My name is... I am Danny Jacob's wife. The reason I am contacting you is because I recently found out that my husband has been smoking Marajuana and sleeping with a customer whose home he installed panels on while on company time, which can be confirmed by a drug test. Though this is a personal matter I feel as though SolarCity has contributed to the destruction of our marriage because you are paying for a hotel room that my husband has this woman living in with him while he is away from home. They are driving around in a company vehicle together even after she came to our home and vandalized a sprinter. I thought SolarCity was a drug free reputable company that upheld certain values!. I feel that since the SRP court battle has happened many families are being torn apart and moved state to state over this battle. Crew leads should be leaders allowing their crew to witness positive behavior and uphold the standards of the company. He is also allowed to work on the roof and drive company vehicles knowing that he has a medical history of seizures. Since my family has been destroyed I feel compelled to let you know that Danny has stolen wires from SolarCity for many years to supplement his income. I have receipts to prove. He uses his gas card for friends and personal use. I wanted to give you a heads up that I will also be e-mailing others and blogging about my situation and hope in the future SolarCity finds honest law abiding workers

I used Solar City to put panels on my home. It wasn't too much of a hassle. Their customer service and staff are all pretty friendly and helpful. So far I've been saving money and have enjoyed the process. My only concern is that if I decide to sell my home one day, I'm not entirely clear on what happens with the solar panels if the new buyers don't want to take on my contract. I think you have to buy out the contract which would be expensive or pay to have the panels moved (assuming that's even possible?). But for now I'm not moving so have been happy with Solar City.

We chose solar city because they were the biggest and the best. We also chose them because of the fact we did not have to put a lot of money up front. We started the process last August and here we are at the end of Dec. And we still are not hooked up. They have nothing but excuses and apoligies and we have solar pannels on our roof that don't work, and $5,000 less in our savings account. We have already signed a contract, and we cannot afford a lawyer, I have never felt so helpless.
