My support from my tech jack wells was very helpful, i could not done it without him. I have no idea how these systems work & am lost when It comes to repair or making them work properly! Thank god that there are people like you!
I am retired on a fixed income and this site scammed me for $49.99 and emailed me a fake username and passcode to download Microsoft 365! No response to emails!

I would like to mention that I'm very happy with the fact my computer is fixed and finally working great! Andy was very respectful and def fulfilled. Andy was very helpful and fixed my problems. Was very patient waiting for my slow computer to boot up. He explained everything about what he was doing and the time it would take to complete.

Everything went well until the point where the tech said he would continue working on my laptop, and would then call me. For some reason Supremo dropped the connection, so your tech should have called to tell me to re-open Supremo. I waited for hours, and he never called. Finally, I called your number twice to find out what was happening. OK, Yahoo seems to be working again.
Technician was helpful. He was patient with men in an area now which I have little knowledge. I appreciate the act of helping me understand what was taking place.

Jack Allen was my blessing today. He had exceptional Customer Skills and was able to tune into my feelings. After speaking with Jack I was able to understand what abuse my PC went through without my knowledge. He taught me a lot regarding the PC and how to protect my information on the PC.He was GREAT
