My socks came fast. All colors I asked for i received. I called to order, left a message. I received a return call, the Gentleman n I talked to was very nice, he knew exactly what I wanted. I gave him my order. Had no problem with this company. Having only 3 people working in warehouse I think they did a fantastic job. Very pleased, would order from them again

I bought a 6 pack of tube socks with stripes. The socks are different sizes for each feet! Left is smaller than the right. The stripes on a pair are different colors. Very disappointed. Package was shipped in a paper envelope that ripped, the socks were not in a poly bag inside the envelope so they arrived dirty from rain, and being carried in the mail. I wish I could give 0 stars. Also the order took forever to ship and get to me, which is fine due to COVID but I emailed asking about my order and received no response.

Edit - I shockingly got a reply the day I put reviews after being ignored for over a month. They refunded me. And they included this insulting email. If they just played it off as overzealous, I would have continued to use their business and accept life happens and things get overlooked. But when your inability to communicate with customers and fix your issues while insulting me, is a deal breaker. I work in customer service. This is completely unacceptable. And companies like this are exactly why my job is so difficult.
Also. My socks didn't have holes. I was actually missing a pair I ordered and the receipt in the mail said I would be issued a refund. So even insulting me they can't get their act together.
But if you want a reply, and haven't gotten one, Take to IG and here and you'll probably get something.

I ordered one time from this site. 3 pairs of socks. I got two. The receipt I got had handwritten that I would get a refund. I've gotten nothing. I paid for 3 pairs. Got 2. I've been emailing them non stop for an update on my refund. They've never replied to me.
Don't order from them. They won't deliver what all your order and they won't communicate with you.

Tip for consumers:
Just don’t. They are horrific in their treatment of customers and will blame you for their failure as a business.

Ordered November 6 for Christmas paid via PayPal. Still no socks 6 weeks later. Have tried 3 times to contact. Email bounces at address listed on receipt. DONT THROW AWAY YOUR $$!

Ordered a dozen socks back in April. 2 weeks later received notice they had shipped. 24 hrs. Later I checked USPS tracking and was informed that the tracking # I was given was not valid. NUMEROUS email enquiries went completely unanswered. Now have a claim through PayPal and am awaiting results.

Not sure what's going on at Sock Broker but it certainly is not customer service.

I ordered six pairs of socks 2/19/2020 and my account was charged the following day. I have received no communication regarding date sent or if sent. I attempted to call multiple times-twice leaving my number and twice reaching a full mail box unable to leave a message. Is your company still up and running. I am going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge. Order #*******.

I ordered on 6/17/23. My payment posted to my account 6/20/2023. I waited for my shipment and began emailing them on 7/5 to inquire about my order. I got no response so I began calling. I've now emailed 5x and called and left 5 messages and STILL haven't had any response from this company. I've ordered from them in the past and NEVER had ANY issues and loved the quality of the products I ordered. Be very cautious about ordering from this company at this time.

I was a customer for several years and product was good for the price and service was acceptable. However, I ordered socks in February and the company shipped me six pairs of women's socks. Been trying to contact them since... dozens of emails, phone messages are full most of the time... left voice mail, no phone call back.
Not sure how this company can be in business with this kind of operation.

Stockbroker took my money. No socks, no response to emails, no response to phone calls. I have used them for years but should have read recent reviews. Must be a new owner or may be a scam. Will be more careful with next online sock purchase.

Sock Broker advertised 100% cotton socks. I placed an order only to have the company ship me a batch of cotton-blend socks, instead of 100% cotton. What's more is that my email confirmation stated that the socks were 100% cotton, as did the hard copy invoice that accompanied my shipment. My purpose for wanting the 100% option was the avoidance of polyester, widely known for repelling, rather than absorbing moisture. There's no need to pay a premium for a cotton-polyester blend when it is a relatively inexpensive, readily available item. I have now made several attempts to email and contact this company by phone. I'm beginning to suspect that the company deliberately evades their customers as part of their business model. Minus 5 Stars for shadiness.

I ordered QTY 4 packages of socks but they only sent QTY 3 packages. They charged me for all 4 packages. I considered this an honest mistake. But after 4 voicemails and 2 e-mails over a 2 week period, customer service did not respond. My credit card provider refunded the difference. But I will not do business with them again. I rated them 3 stars because the socks were of good quality. Unfortunately, customer service is not good.

Steve I really am sorry for any problems you had, we had a manager that is no longer with us and for a 4 month period while he was here we saw an uptick in complaints all issues have been resolved.

Sockbroker was quick enough to take my money. However, after waiting for more than two weeks I forced to buy socks from another vendor, After repeated attempts contacting sockbroker via email and three voicemails I received no response. All I want is a refund especially now I have just one income from my job as a nurse's aide. I work too hard for my money to have just taken. Do not buy from Sockbroker.

I ordered 2 six packs of pink socks (total 12) on October 17th for my groomsmen for our wedding in 2 weeks. I haven not received anything. I have not received a confirmation number, no tracking number, nothing. I thought one would come thru on my email in a few days but nothing. However, they were quick to take my money 24 hours later. I left a message on their phone and never received a response. When I called back several times, the recording states "this mailbox is full". It's been over a week since I left that voice message. I should have read the reviews but unfortunately I did not. I don't even know how to contact this company.

Bottom line, don't use this company!

Only place that still carries sizes S/M/L, instead of one size fits all stretch socks that pinch feet. Also all cotton S/M/L socks are available for maximum comfort. Online order is delivered promptly. Extremely satisfied.

I purchased 25 pairs of socks was charged & never received, contacted vendor 5 times; no response. I am reporting to BBB and credit card company for a refund. Do not buy from this vendor!

I ordered socks three weeks ago. No socks! Called and left two voice mails. No return calls and no way to track my order! I will dispute this charge with my credit card company and hope to get a refund. I'm sorry I ever purchased anything with this company.

Never buy anything here! I ordered socks from this website but never received them after I disputed the transaction after one month! They never responded to my email. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had!

The socks came two days late. I paid for the 2 day priority shipping. I asked to be reimbursed the 2 day priority shipping charge. I sent multiple emails to them and voice mail. No response from sockbroker.com. Do not purchase from this company.

Of the three types of socks I ordered, all looked ok, except one package had a size 13 label placed over a size 9. Fortunately I had someone who wore a size 9 in home, so I could use them. The really bad thing was a sock, PT-288, billed as a wide calf men's 13-15. The calf was wide and the bottom looked wide but after they were washed the bottom was too tight to get on a size 13 foot. The knitting was shoddy and the toe ridge had to be twisted to keep it on top of the toes (it was knitted on the side). Because I paid $39.95 for these 6 socks and they were way too small I wanted to return them. When I checked the return policy I discovered that you could only return them if unopened, and then only for 50% of the purchase price plus a 5% restocking fee. If you buy any socks from these people, only open one and wash and dry it and be prepared to return the rest at your own expense for only half your money back. The poor quality on these expensive socks is so bad we can't even donate them to the local charity because we don't want a poor person to pay any amount for them and get home and find they are not wearable.

As for the 100% cotton socks they come in 3 sizes, the manufacturer uses the same label for all three then adds the right size on top, the picture you sent is not for a size 9-11 that socks is huge. I had ordered from here before (a few years ago) but this time, placed order 6/8/18, they took money 6/11/18 received no socks. Contacted them on 6/21 and 6/28 and got no response. I ended up cancelling the transaction with my bank.

This is fraud: Took money and delivered nothing. I am reporting to the consumer regulatory agencies and service bureau. Complete joke. Chat doesn't work, the telephone message is incomprehensible and the owner is a crook.
Update: A refund has been posted. What is wrong with this business?
