I really enjoy Soapers Choice, they have plenty of stock, on the rare occasion they are out, they contact customers as soon as back in stock, I love how reliable this company is, and how fast they ship, I have used them for years! Everyone from a hobbyist soaper, bathbomber etc..., to professionals that sell their products will find they need here!
Horrible Experience! We bought 25lbs of Refined Shea Butter. It came to us grainy and soft, instead of harder and buttery. I emailed them and Mike Lawson did nothing but tell us to melt it and freeze it. He said this was common. Well, in the last 5 years I NEVER EVER had to do this, but I did as he suggested. Our company made more of our handmade products our customers have been waiting for, and once again, they turned out exactly the same; soft and horrible. Nothing in our recipe changed besides the Shea butter that was recently ordered from Soaper's Choice. Mike Lawson did nothing to help us. He never offered to replace the product because this batch of Shea butter is so different than the last 3 we ordered from them. We had to throw our products out, miss out on sales, and we wasted so much time. All this transaction did was cost us time and money, which is unacceptable. Don't buy from them. There are other wholesale companies that operate with integrity. The least they could do would be send me a new box of Shea butter that is the same as it was in the past. This is unacceptable, and we won't spend another dime with them. I suggest you don't either.

Tip for consumers:
I buy in bulk, and I adore this place, I have never gotten anything expired and I have kept. on rare occasion some product longer than 1 year before I even opened it, and it was fine (mango butter)for the weight you are getting, the shipping is a very good price
Products used:
citric acid, cocoa butter, shea butters, macadamia, sweet almond, apricot kernal,olive( all of these are oils)
surfactants, glycerine mango butter and other butters as wellwaxes, molds, 50 pounds coconut oil....BTMS
more stuff i probably cannot recall right this minute
Prices are a little high, but it's worth it to have a reliable supplier. Only ever had 1 issue, but it was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction
We are soapmakers and purchase most of our oils for soap making from Soapers Choice because they have the largest selection in oils and sizes that we need, the best pricing, consistently high quality and fast shipping. Very pleased with them.
