There are reviews on this platform for SmegoWeb that were copied and pasted from other web agencies and are not from real customers of SmegoWeb. Obviously they created fake accounts and copied reviews from other companies and promote them as their own. Buyer beware.

I've attached screenshots of the review in question here, as well as the original (real) review that was left for a different company.

High pressure selling, promises, promises, but couldn't improve or replenish my old site. 6 months later my site doesn't even work, " Site not secure or dangerous, your info could be stolen by attackers"
Do not use these people! See facebook search Smegoweb scam. Has cost me over $3k to learn this, its free for you.

For over 4 years Smegoweb has been our digital agency and I would recommend them to anyone (except our competitors).

Something was always wrong with my website and its digital marketing practices. As I hail from pure science stream and so held (not any more) a fuzzy idea about digital marketing world and how it runs. On a try to achieve something in return of hefty investment, I tried a lot of rip-off digital marketers available in local market. Undoubtedly, I did not have to flow out much for that matter, but I did not get to see anything good enough too. All I kept losing was my time and might be some great prospects. Well, why to think and talk about something now that did not bring me any happiness. Today, I am completely hale and hearty with the way SMEgoweb is serving my purpose. They designed and developed me an appealing website, whose functionality is like thunderstruck; they developed content for my website that says something substantial and they also created a grand presence for my business on various social media platforms which helps me experience pouring in leads and opportunities. That made me thank these guys galore.

Cold calls and harassment every day. I would like to press charges on this company for fraud. Avoid thos scam of a company at all costs. If they call you i recommend you wast as much their time as possible then laugh at them and say no your reviews suck sonill go with someone else.

Strongly do not recommend this 'company'. After 3 months they created list of poor quality links. My website position was better without any seo then after 3 monts seo with them and its going down. If you don't like ruin your website don't use them. Back link checker show me 3/100 points and they still try to tell me that they done good job. Completely waste of time and money. I am convinced that smegoweb has paid for positive comments on the trust pilot! What ever you reply to this email is not true. Your 'job' is poor. Please don't apologize me like other customers. You apologized me so many times and you even can't simply put my address details to the poor backlinks. Just stop deceive people!
My email is full of spam now that's another thing. I haven't any spam before I started work with them. Now 90% mails is spam because they add my email details on rubbish websites! But they don't take responsible for that saying - it's not our fault. Mockery!

They approached me over phone and the sales guy knew what he was talking about. I liked the approach of being informative rather pushy. They delivered the results within the set time frame. They have my business for long now and some word of appreciation. Will recommened them.

I can see so many of counterfeited words against SMEgoweb. I dont know who are making up his/her time to invest in thing like this. My appeal to them is, try something better, such is an old story by now.

I have been a persistent client of this digital marketing company for 3 years now and never have come across anything that lets me down. My satisfaction level as far as SEO works and results are concerned is always kept at high. The major reason why I joined these guys 3 years ago was my drowning e-business due to disastrous SEO practices. After trying quite a lot of local digital marketing companies, someone let me through these guys. At initial stage, my sceptical nature and tendencies did not let me be reliant on them solely. I was in doubt for 3 first months till they actually delivered on their promises. Since then I believe in what they do, because results are always falling on part.

I paid through pay pal and there was no protection there they sided with this total ripoff company. They produce nothing and ring you consently asking for payment. I went almost blank with the sudden drop of my websites ranking in Google search. Avoid these professional mobsters and con artists at all costs. I hired them to build me a website for my local removals business and they totally ripped me off my £600 payment. They built a website that was not functioning correctly and took 3+ months when I was told 30 days. They also said it would include a price calculator which it didn't and refused to implement one at all costs when it was clearly stated in the pre payment invoice.

I guess they took so long so I couldn't start a dispute on PayPal.

They are extremely polite to begin with, that all changes once payment is made.

DO NOT use these Indian con artists. Avoid at all costs, you WILL face disappointment.
