I found out about flyjane from Instagram. I ordered the Loud Factory Denim Boots! They came in 2 days! Packaging was professional and the boots fit great! I'm happy and I will be shopping with them again.

First and foremost, I will never order from this company again! I ordered shoes from this company and 1 of the shoes was defective. My first time attempting to wear these shoes, when I went to tie them the pieces that hold the strings in place snapped off. I was out of town and these were the only shoes I'd taken with me to wear with my outfit. Luckily I had some needle and thread packed and attempted a quick fix myself... that fix didn't last very long but I had no other choice. I emailed the company with photos AND video with no response. I even sent the video to them thru Instagram, no response. These people are unprofessional and customer service obviously means nothing at all to them. I will take the shoes to a repair shop myself to have them fixed but I will never spend another dime with FlyJane.
