Their customers care service is just for name sake
It is all done intentionally
I request everyone don't waste your money by purchasing on this site

They take fake orders and accept payment
And cancel orders on the spot without refunding payment back in account

My brother had ordered a mobile phone from shopclues. The prices listed on this site is good but takes so much time to delivered. They should improve their delivering services. So that this site more became in contact of customers.

Defective product delivered. When ShopClues complained is insisting to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer refused to accept any responsibility.

Two times I have ordered DY 4 PCs Car Tire Valve Stem Wheel Air Caps Cover Keychain Set BMW logo Black from SHopclues.com but both time they sent onlyCar tire Stem Caps only and that also different colour which colour does not suit my requiment. And both time they did not send the BMW logo black keychain. Please do not order any products from Shopclues.com. There service and product is bogus and non reliable company.

I actually ordered product key of windows 10 for 339 rupees it looks cheap to me on ShopClues website but they actually Not Delivered to me at all I don't received any parcels from them but how fake is this website they claim on website product delivered but I would rather ask ShopClues to whom you Delivered it was supposed to be emailed neither that happened you Morons... business making fraud website portal indian Govt should ban these kind of website such a fake website not even able to track product ID mentioned in image

ShopClues is such a worst group that they mingle with courier person and do not deliver the product.
Recently I booked 16 products at a time and 14 items have been delivered by so-called worst ShopClues and 2 products they have not supplied.
It is a worst group. They're cheaters.
One useless fellow from ShopClues called me and told me that he would reimburse my money but till today I have not received any products/ money.

This is one of the rediculous website I have ever seen which doesn't protects the data of their customers n their fake lucky winners can be found on Google n people are making big amount in name of lucky draw registration fees I have lost my 23 k, how can you guys be so insensitive about what hakers are doing in your name will never ever use or recommend shop clues to anyone

Dont buy any thing with Shopclues, I purchased Rs 5519/- kids bike but I get Damaged Bike and when I Return this Bike personally in Pinkdel pvt ltd. New Delhi, after receiving goods by them Shopclues didn't return my Amount of Rs 5519/- and Courier Charges Rs 1274/- till Date, Even Shopclues Customer Care Support also not provide help for the issue, Shopclues is worst ecommerce Company, Even I write mail to CEO Mr Sanjay Sethi but also didn't get any help.

ShopClues is the Worsted app ever I have seen literally i will never recommend to anyone in my family and friends I just want to know that why you reject my return request continuosly so, just do me a favor if you can, You do one thing, you give me your address, I send you the product and now I neither want the product nor a refund, keep both of you, I will thinking I donated to the ShopClues because you are most poor people, you desperately need more than me, that's why your rating has dropped so much from everywhere (Google & Play Store) and you literally deserve it because you people fool the customers to take their money and literally my 429 rs. I ordered a headphone at a lower price. I placed the order via debit card and they committed that within 17th April I will get an order. But now they messaged that the order has been cancelled due to delay and refund has been processed and with 12 days it will reflect your account.

I think they are fraud. They can use our bank details and they can cheat us.

I suggest the upcoming customers not to buy here.

I ordered wellberg premium non-stick electric tandoor( 10 inches) on 22nd March 2020 which was lock down period but once lockdown is opened & E-commerce business allowed 8n my account it's showing out of stock & there is no option to cancel saying that they are searching with alternate. This is totally not acceptable. If they don't have product 8n stock order must be automatically cancelled.

Nice collection of products at whole sale prices. Definitely recommend all to go for this.

I ordered for Live plant namely Rare Nanouk Pink Wandering Jew but delivered normal wandering Jew which I did not order. I talked to customer care team but they denied return or refund. They are simply hopeless. Don't buy anything from ShopClues. The differences between the two are big enough. Worthless services!

I ordered a black n white dress for 4xl size but I got Black n green xl size and it took 2 weeks to deliver

Fraud. I have given daughter for serial PVC rice lights. Instead of 10pcs they supplied me two pieces only.
When I try to contact them no response.

I purchased a mobiles that stopped working after 5 days they are insisting me to go to customer center rather than replacing

They dispatched duplicate accessories I got duplicate charger with my mobile

Worst site for purchasing. Delivers damaged items which are not even in working condition and customer care dont respond and replacement is not available. So dont go for any purchase from this site

Without doing purchase, i am receiving ordered mails then cancelled automatically for many of their products from 10.30pm to 11.30pm. It was so irritating that I was trying their customer care but no responses till now. Pathetic
