“The clothes are NOT like the pictures”

I ordered a $28 blouse that looked great in the picture, very silky. I GOT a cheap cotton imitation that did not fit anywhere, the sleeves were tight and it was short. I tried to return it but they just sent me a bigger size. They didn't want the other one back. So now I have two ugly shirts. Also, it took 3 months to get it! Terrible quality. I will not buy clothes online again. Too many rip-off sites with cheap clothes from China. Stay away! Shop your local stores and support retail workers here, at least you see what you are buying.

The clothes doesn't arrive in time (more exactly 6 months after due delivery date). They claimed to have "regular sizing", but the dress I bought (Angel Wings, white), was more of a Chinese sized clothing. I spend about $35 on a crappy dress in very poor quality. Stay away as far as you can.

Still waiting to hear back from them about my refund. No respnse. This is a scam company - so disappointing. Got I dress that looked beautiful online. It came after several weeks and looked so cheap and low quality. I just want my money back, but theres nobody to talk to! BEWARE.

I purchased the high neck chiffon blouse - in fact two of them. Apart from the really long delay in receiving the items, the quality is appalling - super cheap and nasty, poorly made and the sizing is clearly Asian sizing as the large won't fit me and I am a 12/14 normally so not really that big! This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had with clothing and I have gifted the items to St Vincent de Paul as I don't want to have to send them back and fight over a refund. Never again Burlap!

I ordered two blouses via Burlap, I never got an order confirmation, yet on June 7th, Burlap charged my credit card. I tried to contact them. Theor website states: "Write to us at *******@shopburlap.co today. We're always happy to help!" Safe to say that the email address didn't work: "This is a permanent error. The following address(es)
Failed: *******@shopburlap.co: non-existent domain" DO NOT ORDER FROM BURLAP

Wow. Never, ever have I ordered a cheaper piece of clothing. Not only did it arrive WEEKS late, but the reason they "only" charge $30 for a dress is because it's made in China and shipped directly from there for probably $3, if that. Absolutely unwearable. And, it's a "Chinese" medium, as in TINY. I am usually a size 6 and I couldn't zip it all the way up.

Worst place to buy ever! A total scam. I bought a jacket from them and I never received anything. I told to their customer service 5 times that I have never received an item from them and would like a refund. I got an email stating Yes it's been shipped according to the tracking. I asked for a refund again, still no response. Waste of money and time.

WARNING: Don't buy anything there!
Too bad we cannot rate 0 stars, or give a negative rating...
- they don't deliver in 3 to 5 weeks as they pretend, count 3-4 months
- you buy 5 products, they send you 4
- sizes don't match the order
- they are silly enough to mention the product value on the package ( under USD2 for dresses that they make you pay USD50)
- quality of the products are bad
- they basically tell you too f. K off when you ask about returning the products, because you alerted your bank about not being delivered after 3months...
Never seen such unprofessional and incompetent people before.

I have ordered a top but have not yet received tracking number. When I try sending emails they keep bouncing back... Is this company a SCAM? Very worried!

Do yourself a huge favor, ignore the cute clothes shown on this website and NEVER EVER order from them! Clothes are horrible quality and despite what the website states regarding their easy returns process, they will not allow you to return anything and if you do ship it back to them at your own cost, your credit card will never get credited for the return! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

It is an very bad quality! The money was away 4 weeks before I get my ware dirctly from china!
I want to send it back... now chance, no answer..., no return adress... NOTHING!

I ordered the cute dress after seeing them bombard Facebook with ads. Got the nice email response saying it was on its way. On the expected date it still hadn't arrived so got in touch to ask where was it? Oh sorry it must have gotten lost, we'll have to order it again. Got in touch again after the allotted time had elapsed to find out when i could expect it? O dear it hadn't been ordered and now they are out of stock. WTF. Only good thing I can report is that they refunded the money with in a week.

NEVER, under ANY circumstances, order from Burlap Apparel. I placed an order on their website on June 4th. I ordered some shirts, a pair of earrings, and a dress (in 2 sizes might I add) for our engagement party that was scheduled for 2 and half weeks after I placed the order. I thought there would be NO problem receiving my order in time so thankfully I didn't pay any extra money for shipping. I received my order confirmation e-mail and then another e-mail saying, "Our company is receiving a high volume of orders and your order could take 5-6 weeks to receive". Well I immediately tried to cancel the order since I did not need these items that badly and I only ordered from them to get the dress I wanted for our party. After trying to cancel, I never heard from the company. With fingers crossed for quality clothing, I patiently waited the 5 weeks to receive my order. Five weeks turned to 6,6 turned to 7, when I finally received ONE shirt from my order of 10 items. It was the WORST quality material, terribly made, the sizing didn't match the website description, and was shipped from China Post. Immediately, I sent an e-mail to the company asking them to cancel the rest of my order and send me a return label for the shirt I did receive. I got an automated message back a few minutes later saying it could take up to 5 business days to get a response. It has been 3 weeks since I sent that e-mail and I still haven't heard from them. I received the remainder of my order yesterday. I don't think I need to describe the clothing I opened. I went on their website to find a phone number, apparently they don't have one, I e-mailed them again to get a return address label and that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau if I did not hear back from them. I got the same automated message back and have yet to get a response. I'm hoping this post saves any of my friends/followers money by not wasting it on this site or their products. I'm currently working with my bank to get this charge disputed!
