Shinjiru International Inc.

Purchased a strong bolt ssl and hosting package from shinjiru. Pointed my domain to them and almost immediately it was blacklisted on spamhaus blacklist. Shinjiru firstly tried to blame my domain, but seeing as it was purchased about 2 hours before, it was unlikely that was the issue.

Shinjiru then asked me to point my domain through cloudflare which caused the site to crash.

Upon some investigation it seems any site which is hosted with Shinjiru will be blacklisted due to Shinjiru's reputation.

Shinjiru will try and blame other domains hosting on their shared servers as the reason and will try and upsell you to a VPS. These too will be blacklisted.

The reason that spamhaus blacklist anyone who hosts with Shiniru is because of their reputation. Don't fall for Shinjiru trying to tell you otherwise.

Also be extremely cautious when paying using crypto. You will NOT get a refund other than in account credit, which is technically useless as you wont be able to use it on any other service which wont get blacklisted.

Avoid Shinjiru at all costs.

All lies from this company. DDOS protection does not work, Strongbolt domain privacy does not work, servers are old and slow, constant downtime in their network, support does not solve any issues just tell you they will but they do nothing. Domain was stolen from them then they pretend it wasn't their fault. I used bitcoin to pay and they still sold my information to a third party which was used to hack my account.

They don't respond to DMCA requests. Why do they provide services to sites that have a Lumen Decision about them?

It is becoming rarer and rarer to experience services from a company that is so accommodating in this modern time. My website has downtime due to exceeded traffic limits and I didnt keep enough bitcoin to upgrade. Talked to the customer service in Skype and without any hesitation, the website traffic was upgraded for me with my promise to pay as soon as i have the funds. All these happened in the weekend and i was thinking of the worse like billing dept not working etc or everything is done via automation, we cant do anything (as per the normal response from other web hosters). Well, nothing like that! Thank you, Shinjiru! You have exceeded the call of duty.

Im trying since 27 days to cencel my hosting by shinjiru, exchanged about 20 tickets, 20 emails, but shinjiru only do delay and dont want to cencel and refund. Im never expecienced so bad provider like shinjiru and would never more use it. Non professionaly at all!

Worst customer service I've ever come across for a hosting company. Their hardward and hosting is terrible and they don't honor their refund policy. Beware of dealing with this company.

Bought a hosting 6 months back after been kicked out by ex-hosting company without proper checking about content. A single complaint and we are forced to move out. Went to Shinjiru, site migrated without a hitch. Site working great without all those red tapes nonsense about content issues etc. Thank you Shinjiru!

If you are paying for your hosting out of your pocket, you really know the value of that money. And if you are getting the hosting done from Shijiru, then they probably know it even better than you. They start their best services at the best possible rates, and really pay you off in that small amount too. But no, don't think that they put you aside in the hour of need, they are with you when your server is down (though rarely) and respect your opinion and even listen to your foul talk patiently. I would strongly recommend Shinjiru to all my readers.
