We order flowers to make our loved ones feel loved and special. This place will mess up everything about the whole process. Save yourself the headache and don't order from here! You can't understand the customer service, they put you on hold for EVER, your flowers will be late, dead or not show up at all. I hope my review saves some of you from wasting your time. I can't post any photos of the flowers because they haven't arrived yet.

I have had the most horrible, frustrating experience after ordering flowers through this company. Not only did they mark the flowers delivered when they weren't, but they have no answers for why the flowers STILL haven't been delivered 3 days later. I have gotten the complete run around and feel like I've gotten scammed! These were sympathy flowers after a death in the family and I feel awful they haven't been received. Completely unacceptable business practice.

Do not use this site to buy your flowers. The cheaper prices may attract you but you'll be disappointed. My first order arrived within the scheduled time but they had sent a cheaper arrangement from what I ordered. I tired again on a separate occasion and they completely missed the delivery date without any follow-up. Go somewhere else please.

I ordered a couple of flowers for my friend because her aunt has passed recently. I won't lie, I chose to use sendflowers.com because the prices were great! I ordered the special where a florist would design the bouquet for you. As soon as I ordered it, I looked up sendflowers out of curiosity and was met with these reviews talking about how horrible it was. I wanted to cancel my order, but something in my heart told me that theres a reason why this site is still running if theres many complaints. Really, I didn't mind the flowers being late as long as they showed up eventually. While I did order same day delivery, they weren't able to complete it but thankfully they refunded me! I actually got store credit to use for an upcoming birthday :) The flowers ended up arriving at her house the next day and we were both so happy. I'm sorry for everyone who's had such a bad experience, but I think that any issues concerning the flowers would be best handled with the florist rather than sendflowers. From what I know, sendflowers only gives out the orders to the florists so they're not the ones making the bouquets and such. My florist in my city was the Flower Bucket (which is reliable AND makes beautiful bouquets!). So I really do think that any problems regarding the flowers should be taken up with your florist, and not sendflowers. All in all, I'm pleased with my experience. I think that if you're expecting same day delivery, you should try ordering the flowers 2 days before you actually need them so they come on time. And if you absolutely have no other choice, I'd try ordering the flowers very early in the morning of the same day. I had a pretty good experience! But I think this website works best for anyone who's open minded and doesn't expect things to be 100% perfect. I'm just happy that my friends happy :) Giving this 4 stars only because same-day delivery didn't work out, if it weren't for that, I'd give them 5.

Ordered flowers 2/12… "satisfaction guaranteed" … right … were supposed to be here by 6:00 2/14 … nothing. No call no email notta.
On hold for what seemed hours on 2/14, finally got thru 2/15 in the afternoon- woman was very difficulty to understand to say the least, then offered me a 25% refund. Absolutely unacceptable… paid thru PayPal and they made it right … lesson learned go thru your local flower shop!

I ordered a Christmas tree arrangement for my 84 YO home bound mother. Pine branches, red and white carnations, red roses, ribbons small ornaments small white flowers. Sendflowers substituted a gingerbread house cheap blue, green, white, purple flowers without red. Also a fake candy ornament. After I complained I was given back $23 of the $91 I spent.
Pictures they are worth a thousand words.

Tip for consumers:
returned $23 of $91 because of their mistake.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my husband so that it could brighten up his day at work for one. I paid for expediting shipping, but did not get shipping before 12. Then I told them I would like a full refund I had to argue with customer service about getting a refund. I was promised a refund within once to three business days which the money was took out of my account and now they're telling me that they can't give me a refund, this is a scam. I would never order another book of flowers from this place and I wouldn't recommend you do it either.

Flowers, balloons and teddy bear ordered. Received flowers from the grocery store (Harris Teater). They were just thrown together in a vase and partially dieing. No balloons or teddy bear at all! Very bad business! $86.90 spent for $24.99 dozen of pink and red roses! Boy, what a waste! The company is refunding cost for balloons and teddy bear(99.00). Only offered a 10.00 gift card on future purchase for the disappointment of the flowers. Never will do business with them again!

They have tied up with useless florists who have no stantard or quality. Do not order from these guys, you will be disappointed. Look at the picture given on their website and look at the actual flowers that they sent

Do not order flowers from this site. I payed 70 dollars for orchids to give to my wife for Valentine's Day. What I ordered on their website and what I recieved was utter disappointment and embarrassing. The flowers was put in a cup smaller then my hand. There was only two orchids that bloomed. The rest of them were buds that were falling off. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but far from it. They refunded me 10 dollars of the 70 dollars i spent. Was very unhappy hints the rant. So i hope this review keeps you from making the mistake i did. Pictures attached)

We ordered flowers for Mother's Day, paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday and when I called to tell them on MONDAY that they had not arrived, I was told they "apologize". They will be delivered at 9 p.m. today. As I ordered in plenty of time, I asked why we were not informed that they would not be delivered on time. No response. My husband asked for a refund. He was told No, but they would "compensate" him. REALLY? Find someone else. I know I will.

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister's birthday on the 23rd of March.

I specified for it to be delivered on Tuesday 26th of March.

It was delivered at 7pm when the birthday was half over and the flowers were lethargic, limping with life and the chocolates were a melted mess of confectionery.

I was heartbroken!

My sister and I are very dissatisfied, disappointed, and utterly disheartened at the quality of the product she received.
Please don't order from this company.

Honestly, just go with 1800Flowers. My orders look nothing like what I ordered and I never received any tracking information for the flowers like promised. Will be asking for my money back.

A dear friend of the family passes, scheduled floral delivery 3 days out of service and family never received flowers by morning of service. Called the company and was told one day prior found out couldn't meet delivery obligation however failed to notify me. Thank you for failing to delivery for funeral service and making me look like a jack***. Pieces of crap!

I ordered balloons for a birthday. They were never delivered. I called to check status and was told they were out for a delivery and they apologized. Two days later the balloons still were not delivered. I called for a full refund and customer service tried to convince me to accept a 30% refund with a promise of delivery. This was two days after the birthday. I said no I want a full refund. Do not use them.

I spent $85 on deluxe flowers, specifically orange/peach and blue. They sent nothing of the same color scheme. They didn't send the right flowers or vase.
This is a company that sends their orders to local florists in your recipients area and informs them to create an arrangement as best as your order. They give the florist a small cut while they (sendflowers.com) takes a large percentage for a "finders fee". I know this because I contacted them via chat to see what the tracking information was. They told them they can't get a hold of the florist.
I up-paid for roses and iris and got carnations (worth $3.95 at my local grocery store) and week-old lilies that will most likely die by tomorrow.
If you paid by PayPal, I suggest you open a dispute to get a full refund.
If I wanted crappy flowers, I would've just gone to the markdown section at my grocery store.

Tip for consumers:
If you paid via PayPal, open a dispute with photos of what you ordered vs what was delivered
If you paid via credit card, open a dispute and get your money back

Paid extra to guarantee delivery for Valentine's Day ordered 2 weeks in advance Valentine's Day came and went still no flowers. Customer service is a joke. Shop elsewhere you'll be glad you did.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service is terrible. 20 to 30 minute wait time. Couldn't understand what was said sounded like garble. Paid 2 weeks in advance with 14.99 additional fee for guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. No delivery what's so ever for Valentine's Day.

I paid $60 for a pine arrangement plus a $15 delivery fee. The photo on their webpage looked great but this isn't what my mother received. Looks nothing like the picture. I could have gone out into the yard and made a better arrangement for free! I'll never use Send Flowers again. I did contact them and they gave me a 25% credit ($12) but my mom is still stuck with a crappy arrangement because how can I fix it for $12? I can't afford to resend her something from a different florist. So disappointing! The pic on the left with the balloon is what she got. The pic on the right without balloon is what is shown on the website.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Send Flowers. Expensive and you don’t get what you pay for!

I did let read reviews before I ordered and I'm glad I didn't. These are mostly awful reviews. However I ordered my niece a couple flowers and a teddy bear to be send to the hospital she was staying at. They send her the most amazing beautiful bouquet of flowers. Much more that expected!

They sent the flowers on the wrong day- not a huge deal, but not on her birthday. Then I get a thank you picture- the $50+ bouquet is wrong! It's supposed to be irises and roses and it's just a few roses. 4 emails later- I got 20% back on my PayPal. 1800flowers made a mistake once and they replaced the flowers- I expect that level of care for customers. Make. It. Right. So annoyed as the irises were supposed to represent a family member that passed away a few months ago. They didn't seem to care.

I sent flowers to my wife on 09/25/2020 and they were sent via UPS. She works a local elementary school where they regularly receive UPS deliveries. The flowers were included with the regular UPS delivered items, with no indication on the box that they were flowers and no name on the box for the office staff to notify my wife of the delivery. Although the flowers were delivered on a Friday, they were not found until the following Monday after I made her aware that I had sent them. A total disaster, I will not use sendflowers.com again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered by 6pm Saturday -- the day before Mother's Day. They never came. I contacted the company at 5pm on Sunday and they responded with a boilerplate apology and, thankfully, a refund. Strangely, after all that, they sent a delivery confirmation that the flowers were actually delivered on Saturday...? (This was false claim. The intended recipient confirmed there was no such delivery.)

Their Satisfaction Guarantee says they will contact the buyer if there are any issues. I was never contacted about any potential issues.

I ordered flowers from their website, and paid for the same day delivery. They sent an email saying that my order couldnt be completed same day, and talked over chat with a representative. They said that they were sorry and that they couldnt find a florist to do a same day delivery and would waive the same day fee, upgrade my purchase, and make sure that the delivery would be placed next day. Was worried from reviews that the flowers would end up badly, but just received a photo and they look really good! It can be really hit or miss depending on the florist they use. If you want to make sure you order good flowers, go through your local florist, but overall my experience with them was fairly good. The live chat was helpful, just wish they had an order tracking, but that would be more on the florist's side.
