Concerned about malware from this software installation. could you describe the changes satellitedirect make to my computer?

Answer:

The app itself doesn't install malware BUT the sites it links you to are CRAMMED with pop up fake warnings, ads, and upgrade requests which WILL load malware onto your system. The popups even have decoy "Close" buttons which really redirect you to malware sites. If you see a BIG RED X... DON'T CLICK it! The actual close will be a tiny gray x hidden somewhere on the popup. Best idea. DON'T BUY this software! I wish there were a site where disgruntled former customers could band to file a class action suit!

Will i get nfl games? your company doesn't get any good reviews.

Answer:

Although Satellite Direct is now under new ownership/managerment, getting access to live sports to watch online is not one of their strong points. Forget any past complaints and scam report where people claimed what went wrong some years ago. The Satellite Direct brand name is the same but everything else is different now including ownership. If you want to watch live NFL games or any live sporting event online, just Google... top 10 web-based tv... scroll down the webpage when you get there to find the comparison chart.

I am trying to contact satellitedirect using my registered e-mail address and i only get an automated response. it used to be that a human would send a follow up e-mail in order to help me with my concerns. i had paid a one-time lifetime subscription. some channels worked and many didn't. i haven't used it in a while and i want to download the app. does this company still even exist now?
