I order form Sam`s club SHIPPED by Sam`s club, and when an empty box arrives, not completely empty, the packing slip says " All risk of loss with respect to goods sold hereunder shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier"! Sam`s club got my money tho and won`t refund it! $5 spoons.1 star was the lowest choice, would`ve involved the police if I thought it would have mattered! Membership cancelled, CC cancelled, losing my business won`t effect them, but it will effect me :)

Notice the item measurements didn't match the display sign, notified the store manager about the item and that it should be a price reduction I was told there's nothing they could and she walked off. I've been a member for over 11 years and never endured such terrible customer service from the Dallas tx location on midway I will be canceling my membership and I would advise anyone not to shop there. Wow... Sugar delivered in open top 2 gallon plastic bag. The Domino Sugar bag busted wide open, still there but sugar running out into this huge plastic bag. Not closed, not sealed. I order several bags for baking. The others were thrown in these same open plastic bags with loose tops not sealed good. I am so disappointed! This was delivered to my home yesterday afternoon 2-28-24.

Sandusky OH Sam's Club tire tech told me they don't install new tire valve stems unless you specifically ask. Bought new tires for my daughter because tread was low and valve stem leaked. Paid for top install including road hazard at $20 per tire. Picked up car, 2 days later flat. Make it a point to TELL them they need to replace valve stems or they won't. Still fighting with them trying to get new stems put in.

Bought a 85" tv online said it would be at my house that monday and after waiting mondayfor my very expensive tv. Now they are saying it will be be another 2 weeks before i get it. The store near me has them but they will not give me the sale price because it end on sunday. If i knew it would have taken that long to get the tv i would have pick it up my self.

Tip for consumers:
Don't say it will be there on a date and then its over 2 weeks later

I am not renewing my Sam's Club membership primarily because of their cutomer service or lack thereof. Multiple times I posted questions regarding available products and never did I receive an answer. I'll go back to Costco and see if it is better, can't be any worse.

This is the worst place to work the sam's club in La Marque tx managers are lazy they just walk around and make up all types of rules. They try to get you to quit so they don't have to give you unemployment. One employee committed suicide due to the bs they had to deal with. I would not recommend this job to anyone not even my worst enemy escpecially in the rotissierie dept.

The two guys that's always working just so lazy. I ordered pizza. He said we're out. My thing is that they didn't close until 8pm today. That's not the only time I ran into this problem. It doesn't take them that long to make it. Cause a lady that worked there made me one before. They need somebody in there who's willing to work. The manager needs to be around more often.

Went to return an item I purchased the line was so long, and the associate seem to be doing other things, then helping the customers. Also, looking like they were very tired of the whole situation. No response to customers in line to let them know that they were thinking about us Sam's Club should go to Costco and learn how to set up a return system with friendly people

I ordered AND PAID FOR 4 Aquafina water packs at $5.68 a pack. I was charged $11.36 TWICE on 2 separate line items(CORRECT) and then $16 in shipping. I received 2 packs and Sam's has refused to send me the other two packs of Aquafina because they are stating I only got charged for 2. LIES! I am not paying $11.36 for a 32-pack of AQUAFINA WATER! SEE RECEIPT BELOW. 2 Aquafinas, plus 2 MORE Aquafinas, PLUS SHIPPING!

Ordered a gas range instead of electric either my error or the horrible web site error but immediately contacted them and they claim they cannot do anything about it. They want samsung to ship it and then turn around and send it back (they say). I'm out almost a thousand bucks and the wrong range hasn't even shipped yet. Use extreme caution if you buy anything expensive online through these clowns

Never authorized a renewal on membership took out of my account now it's been over two weeks waiting for a e gift card that was promised for my refund still nothing three calls and got nowhere. Would never recommend this club to anyone

I purchased a 7.0 Thompson freezer from Sam's Club at end of Sept. Of 2018. Had it for 1 year and 5 months and it quit working, so we had to throw away all products that were in freezer. Maybe Sam's need to find another manufacturer other than China. Have you ever heard of freezers breaking down that are less than 1 1/2 years old.
They asked me if I was going to purchase another Thompson (piece of China junk) freezer. I told them why would I be that stupid again, if it is only going to last little over 1 year warranty. I lost more money in thawed out product than that Junk Thompson freezer.
Will think twice about purchasing any other appliances in future.

Sam's Club is my go-to destination for bulk shopping. The warehouse layout makes it easy to navigate, and the savings on everyday essentials are substantial. I appreciate the variety of products available, from groceries to electronics to household goods. The Sam's Club membership pays for itself in savings, and I've had positive experiences with their customer service.

Just went to Sam's on 41 in fort myers and I purchased a couple of things. After I hit total, the item that I pick up did not show the discount. I call the girl over that was assisting the self checkout. She told me that the item properly expire and they did not remove the sign. I asked her can you honor the price. She responded by saying she is not a manager. She is only an hourly associate. She then continued to say she does not care and I can call corporate. I was blow out of my mind. A person in customer service does not need to be there if that their attitude. Things are very expensive and as a customer you shop and hoping for a discount that helps. A person does not deserve that kind of treatment especially when that what you advertise. Terrrrrible

Club membership is to buy stuff in bulk. I get there and can only get 2 cases of water. (it's not worth the membership dues) They waste so much time - check out at the register Plus an-eyeball of your stuff they think you stole going out the door.

Where to begin. I ordered a washing machine from Sam's Club. When RXO delivery guys (third party company they use in IL) arrived I was given some attitude since we did not have the old machine unhooked, but they reluctantly did it for me. (There is nothing on their website/email that tells me this needs to be done on delivery day).

After the guys left, I removed a piece of tape from the front of machine that was "hiding" the paint damage. Generally, not a HUGE deal if it wasn't right in the front…but as I felt the front corners of the machine, it had obviously been spray painted all the way up and down the front corners. I was delivered a used and/or damaged machine.

The machine itself seemed to be running properly, but I was nervous about what else could be wrong with it and wanted a replacement. The fun begins after this.

Starting about 30 minutes after the delivery guys left, I spent almost an entire day being bounced around between Sams Club and LG, one saying it's the others problem. I must have given my name, address, email, and phone # about 20 times. I tried sending LG an email and got a system error when I clicked the Send button. (joke)

In the end, it was Sams Club who needed to set up the replacement, and they need LGs approval after this is done.

After calling so many times, I finally got a girl that appeared to be helping, and after 20 minutes on the phone setting up replacement, she all the sudden couldn't hear me anymore, put me on hold, and of course the phone hangs up. (Grrrrr)

The next girl said since I had called so many times, she would transfer me to their "escalation team", which appears to be their USA customer service. This girl was helpful, set up the replacement, and I thought all was good.

RXO set up pick-up time, and on the day they came to pick-up, they would not take the machine because, again, I did not have the new washer unhooked. If that is a requirement, LET ME KNOW IN THE EMAIL! Horrible communication on all ends! Also, they were picking up without bringing a replacement, so no idea when I was to get the replacement washer and/or how long I would be out a washing machine.

At this point, I decided I just wanted to do a return. Eventually, the machine did get picked up. Waited about 3 weeks for my refund. I ended up getting the run around on that as well until I told them I put in a dispute with my credit card company, and I got the refund almost immediately (pathetic). At this point I was just DONE dealing with them.

In the end, I paid more money and bought from Abt who I had zero issues with, and delivery guys are NOT third party and it definitely shows. Word of advice, pay the extra $100 and use an actual appliance store.

If you need to have something delivered, Do Not Use EFW, purchased a 85" TV and I never received it. Look at reviews of previous purchases. They just don't care if you receive your purchase or not. Sam's club should remove their affiliation with EFW. "Sam's club makes you leave a star rating because they deserve 0 rating"

I ordered a set of sofas from sams! I got a message from them saying that my order had shipped, FragilePak also sent email saying that they received shipment and they would deliver sofas soon! I got a survey from sams asking how I liked my sofas lol, no delivery ever came. I have called their customer service several times and no one has any answers, my card was charged and no one is helping me. Kicker is that the tracking number they sent to me is invalid at least that's what they tell me,! Left in limbo, hard to believe that they can be this awful! Never will buy anything from them again. Trying to cancel order but the agent hung up on me!

Well I find the products to be generally the same as you can find anywhere else and the price just fine. Really like the meat. However if it wasn't for scan and go I wouldn't even bother. Lines are ridiculous and scan and go gets me out quickly. Cannot beat the gas prices either!

Sams club recently instituted a scam and basically a price gouge of plus members get to shop at 9 instead of 10... this has nothing to do with CoVid 19 but instead a way to sucker customers into a plus membership. I had your card for 6 years and I am going to Costco. At least they don't lie about things!
