I expected a longer wait time on my order as I'm from Canada, but a month later and didn't have anything yet. I ordered after the holidays, but maybe that was still a factor? Anyway, got in contact with the company, which is okay, but 24 hours to get a reply is a bit inconvenient. So was offered to re-order or get a refund, so went with the refund for now. Took two requests, but it did get done, so that's that.

It was an experience that took patience, but I'd probably try to order again, just get a tracking number next time.

The Shellac polish was a great price and fresh, not old and thick. It was delivered fairly quickly. I'll definitely order from this company again!

My order was not fulfilled properly as I received a much smaller container and the packing form was incorrect. This leads me to believe lack of detail. I called immediately and 10 business days later received the corrected order.

This site has great prices and service. My order arrived with broken bottles. I called to report the problem and replacements were shipped immediately!

I've ordered from Salon Supply Store several times with no issues. My last order however had a broken cap due to shipping and the product was all over the place, one simple email to their customer service and they shipped out a new one right away! Love this site!

I have ordered several different colors of the vinylux nail polish. It really does provide an extended wear even through washing my hands several times per day. The color selection is great and salon supply store provides vinylux polishes at the least expensive price I've seen anywhere.

I must admit I was sceptical at first because first time buying at SalonSupplyStore. Please note that after placing my order, I couldn't find the name of the shipper anywhere on your website, which really upset me. I had to call customer service for shipper name and tracking number. The person on the phone was very nice and helped me each time. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order rather quickly. I was impressed with the speed my order was filled and delivered. The shipping was fast, my order wasn't damaged. The only thing that bother me is my hair steamer does not have a detail instruction so I have to look up on YouTube to see how it work.
