I have been buying from ROSEWE for months and was always satisfied so when I needed a dress for a wedding I came here. I found a beautiful dress and I received it quickly however they sent the wrong dress. When I reached out to them no one responded this continued for several days. And they had erased all of my purchases history in the app. It was very frustrating. Two weeks before the wedding someone contacted me and apologized they fast shipped the right dress and told me to keep the old dress. I was so relieved. I got my dress in four days and wore it the wedding.

I bought a purple jump suit. I've never bought from Rosewe before and was a little worried what the quality/service would be like.

Well, I got frequent updates regarding my delivery, and I was very pleased with the jumpsuit when it arrived. (I'm short and overweight, so lots of items can be cut way too long for me). But this fitted perfectly, and is good quality. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was quick too, only a few days!

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. I liked the fact that the website displayed women with curves in evening dresses. It allowed me to project myself and to make a good choice on the type of dresses that best fits me. I have sent one back because it was not my style after all, but no fault to the company. They seem in touch with their customers and make the return of items easy and simple.

My order arrived quickly. Everything fit well and I was only disappointed in one item due to it not having pockets like it shows on the model wearing the item.

Clothes are not true to fit nor the colours are the same as shown on the website.
Material is of very poor quality

When I first ordered the dresses, the size ordered was wrong. As well the post office had reported the shipment lost. But Rosewe came through by replacing the order and shipping the correct size. Their customer service is excellent as we were in contact with each other through the whole process and they went the extra mile to provide satisfaction. I would shop with them again and recommend them highly.

The dresses fit perfectly and are very comfortable, size 12. Evri were brilliant at delivering them. Really pleased with the shipment and Rosewe.

I purchased a jumpsuit and because this was my first time ordering from Rosewe, I ordered a large in case the sizes ran a little smaller. Well, when I received the jumpsuit and tried it on, it was too big. So, I initiated a return to exchange my item for a smaller size. The exchange process was fast and easy! I'll be ordering from Rosewe again! The customer service representative who took care of the exchange was fast and efficient.

I am happy I bought from your company though the price was a bit high for me as a student but I loved the dresses. They fit well and the quality is worth it.i have recommended some of my mates who saw it and liked it. I would buy again from you because of your honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. There are a lot of clothing line out there duping people of their money but your company is an exception. I thank you all for being there for people like us. Keep up the good work.

The company ought to be ashamed of their misrepresentation. I have never been SO dissappointed and felt taken advantage of by my purchase. I bought what I thought was a supposed(white), turned out to be a cream one-shouldered /with silver,(not glittery like the photo)jumpsuit; for a special occasion. Back lighting can be deceiving, but It didn't do the photo, justice. It was cheesy looking, shabbily made and too short for my 5'5" frame. I will NEVER trust to make another purchase from this company again and I deserve more than an apology!

I really love the dresses that I bought at Rosewe their are perfect they make me look so elegant and pretty.

The advertisements of a product range were true to life. The choice of styles and materials was quite vast and superbly presented.

There was a delay with delivery not of the providers cause. However the communication and advice was responsible and very helpful. Their persistence in solving the issue paid off and the delivery was then made quite swiftly.

The product was excellent and I have a very happy wife.

98% of three dresses I have bought fit prefectly. The delivery time sometimes not as I expect but I know they are doing their best.

I had ordered a particular outfit for a wedding. I ordered with sufficient time for delivery and I did not receive it in time however, i complained and it was sent later on.
