“Love this Company”

I found them online and the transaction was super smooth. My house that I choose needed major repairs that I had no problem doing because I was getting a tremendous discount on it. I have been in my home for almost 2 years and I have no complaints or regrets. Do your research on neighborhood and take a contractor to look at repairs BEFORE you purchase. My house is worth more than triple what I paid for it now. I would recommend them to anyone that doesn't mind a little sweat and cosmetic work to gain a home with plenty of equity...

“Company commits all kinds of fraud with your contracts,...”

Company commits all kinds of fraud with your contracts, they misrepresent the condition of their properties and they fail to disclose material facts about the property that are required by law. They totally took advantage of me, being on SSI and sold me a home in unliveable condition, with the plumbing all ripped out, termite infested and full of black mold, plus its in a neighborhood controlled by gangs and multiple shootings right in front of the house. All they care about is making the sale. They dont care that they ruin peoples lives because of it. I gave up Section 8 to buy a home from them, so now I lost that, and I will be losing my SSI since I own a home and dont live in it as my primary residence. So I am about to be homeless due to their fraud. The pics they sent me of the house look NOTHING like what the house really looks like. There also arent any appliances, rotten, broken wooden floor boards, and the list goes on and on. They destroyed my life!

Terrell my agent was quick to resolve any concerns. He allowed an inspection so there was no misrepresentation of the property. The purchase was via quit claim deed and only took the days required for money to transfer. This property was a REO. I've owned this home for three years now and have been extremely proud and happy of this purchase. I have loved to watch my property value double then triple. I am sorry to hear buyers remorse brought on from a lack of due diligence.

We had a smooth transaction with the company. Do your research and check out the home you are buying. A little handy work and it has been amazing. I highly recommend and enjoy the home I bought.
