Rocket lawyer a good place to get legal contracts? i am going do a contract up for my x. i want to get my name off the loan. he cant get a loan because he pays more than 50% of what he makes in bills. we tried banks, 21st mortgage, and credit bureaus. starting to run out of options. i talk to my layer he told me to take him to court but it will cost me close to $5,000 and if i win he will have to sell the house to the park and they will only pay $15,000 and we own $13,000 on it so ill be out of a lot of money or i can just keep things the way they are and i can take him to court after the house is payed for and my layer told me ill not get anything because i was out of the house to long. my name is on the loan and the house and he dont have any where to live or go if i did take him to court to get my name of the loan. so i am looking for other ways to get my money i put into it with out paying out of my $#! and $#!ing his life up. only thing i could thing of is a legal contract and i think my layer will cost way to much money to make one up. i am starting to run out of options what to do. so if any of you can help me or tell me about more options that would be good. i am starting to feel. i $#! up buying this house when i was 20 years old and i dont love this person anymore. i feel i am not ever going get out of this and i am going lose im losing hope. Sorry, but I would try any other service before Rocket Lawyer. All they will do is take your money and then tell you to go find a lawyer. Waste of time and $$.

I want to use your site for a contractors lien but your reviews scare the sh out of me. i only need to print one document. it says it's only $20 buy most of your reviews say that you double charge. so what do you have to say since you work for rocket lawyer|? For our legal documents, we offer two options at the checkout page; starting the 7-Day Free Trial or customers can simply purchase their legal document out right for a single price, in your case it is $20. So long as you choose this option by clicking on the bubble for it then you will only be charged for that legal document. Question:

I received a rent check that bounced and the renter believes that the check actually cleared after "my bank ran it again", which is totally false. she continued someone timely rent payments from that point, but still insisted that her check cleared for the month in question when i would bring it up to her. now i have the house sold and have sent her a notice to terminate tenancy next month. do i have a legal right to without her deposit to cover the rent she is still missing from 1 month? We are a legitimate business; our 7-day free trial does require credit/debit card information, but so long as it's downgraded (cancelled) within the 7 days, there is no billing whatsoever. If it isn't downgraded within that timeframe, then it will convert into the Premium Monthly Plan. You can downgrade your membership online, by phone, chat, or email.
