How do i cancel my free trial

You are welcome to end your membership at any time. To stop an ongoing Legal Plan, you can manage your account online by going to your account details and downgrading your membership after signing in, or you can contact Rocket Lawyer support at (877)-881-0947, or email support@rocketlawyer.com, for assistance.

I want to use your site for a contractors lien but your reviews scare the sh** out of me. i only need to print one document. it says it's only $20 buy most of your reviews say that you double charge. so what do you have to say since you work for rocket lawyer|?

For our legal documents, we offer two options at the checkout page; starting the 7-Day Free Trial or customers can simply purchase their legal document out right for a single price, in your case it is $20. So long as you choose this option by clicking on the bubble for it then you will only be charged for that legal document. Question:

I received a rent check that bounced and the renter believes that the check actually cleared after "my bank ran it again", which is totally false. she continued someone timely rent payments from that point, but still insisted that her check cleared for the month in question when i would bring it up to her. now i have the house sold and have sent her a notice to terminate tenancy next month. do i have a legal right to without her deposit to cover the rent she is still missing from 1 month?

Do not want to hire a lawyer. need quick legal forms that are good for both new york and california. are these legal forms good for those 2 states?

Seeing negative comments on the ambiguity of canceling the 7dy free trial. am i walking into a scam or is this a legitimate business? any guarantees?

Hi Brit, Thanks for your question. We are a legitimate business; our 7-day free trial does require credit/debit card information, but so long as it's downgraded (cancelled) within the 7 days, there is no billing whatsoever. If it isn't downgraded within that timeframe, then it will convert into the Premium Monthly Plan. You can downgrade your membership online, by phone, chat, or email.
