Alex you representative was very helpful. He tried & tried to resolve my problem which was I got you latest instructionn video's but they won't play on Chrome. All you previous video's opened fine until this past week. I am a member paid thru Feb 2021.My son a IT pro was able to open these video's thru Internet explorer after I have to go thru 6 steps to open 1 video. That's unacceptable. Alex, your guy was great, I have no problem with him. He tried for over 25 minutes. What's going on?

Since Revolution Golf was sold I cannot access previously purchased videos.No means to contact golf pass or Revolution Golf, I am based in UK.
Can't seem to access my Revolution Golf Lifetime Membership. Whom should I contact? Or did that subscription die when RG was bought out? Don't really know how to give a proper rating until I get an answer. Thanks
Have thoroughly enjoyed the classic and contemporary insights from bona fide instructors offering game improvement tips. My game has gone from bogeys and doubles to pars and bogeys. And its never a good day when grinding for doubles.

So for years I've been a strong supporter and advocate of Revolution Golf. I've made purchases of training vidieos as well as equipment. Always a satisfied customer. This prompted me to pay for an "exclusive" life time membership the Justin offered a few years back. Then came the day that NBC and Golfpass came into the picture. Now I try to access the site and I'm told I have to "Pay!" Last time I checked lifetime meant forever. Not happy and I won't buy another membership is this is the way Golfpass is going to operate. So sorry a good program has gone bad. I'm sure another "lifetime" offer will come about to Golfpass. Thanks but I'll pass.

I bought some glasses from revolution golf, they were really cheap plastic, nothing like the video or pictures, i wouldn't give to my worst enemy. Beware having to pay extra for postage, even paying for shipping upfront with revolution golf, you are charged for collecting your package as well, paying twice for the same delivery. The money back guarantee is worthless, you have to pay again to return it, making returning anything pointless. My glasses are in the bin. Absolutely disgusted

Ordered something, realized I put the wrong shipping address down, called right away and they said they would leave a note to ship it to where I wanted it to go. Was not sure if they would do that so the next day called and cancelled my order, 2 days later I got an e-mail saying It was shipped to the place I didn't want it to go. Called again and cancelled my Revolution +. Thought they could help me better than that.

We are sorry that we were unable to meet your requests, unfortunately once an order has been placed in our system the information is automatically sent to the shipper so that all orders are sent out as soon as possible. When a change request or a cancellation request is put in we do everything that we can to make the proper changes, however, sometimes the shipping process is just too quick!
My wife ordered an RJ Deluxe Cart Bag on May 20,2019 and it was supposed to be Father's Day gift. We kept looking for the bag for a period of time and finally contacted RG for an answer. After two emails, we were told the bag had been out of stock and would be sent as soon as possible. Well, "as soon as possible" turned out to be delivery in 31 days, today the 21st of June. I am not unhappy with the bag, it is very nice and I think I will enjoy it for a long time to come. I am unhappy with the lack of communication from RG and RJ Golf in that it took them over two weeks to even tell me the bag was out of stock when it was ordered.

In a previous review, I was critical of Revolution golf for not getting my shipping address correct and arranging for the order to be sent to my billing address. This would have meant that I would not have received the product until returning Canada. A customer service representative was able to correct the situation, and I did receive my product. The Swami 5000 is a terrific product for me. Thanks Revolution Golf. You never let me down before, and I appreciate your customer service.

I ordered two products, which were received promptly and was as advertised. My "major" issue is the "deceit" in automatically charging me for a membership. Didn't WANT it. One should off to opt in after a trial period not vise-versa. This is the same deceitful tactics magazines used to "scam" others with. Surely unhappy with this.

I ordered a device and did not hear anything more about it for over two weeks. When I called to ask about it the service rep said that the supplier was at fault for not filling the order. I eventually cancelled the order. I see now that I was charged for the order. I would like my purchase price refunded quickly.
After waiting six weeks I inquired as to status of club and was advised that after three attempts by UPS, the club was sent to an abandonment warehouse. I had not been notified. The Revolution Golf rep was exceptionally helpful but it took two calls. He acknowledged that the email address on their records was incorrect. He committed to recapture the club from the warehouse or send a new one.

BEWARE! I received the Sean Foley video and was happy with it. What I was shocked with was the next month $10.34 was drawn from my bank account for a monthly membership in GolfPass. I did not want this and thought they would repect this and refund my $10.34. You would think as a good business practice this would not be a problem. Since I am a business person, that is how I would handle the situation. Basically through deception the video cost an additonal $10.34 because of the GolfPass membership.

By accident I ordered 3 instead of one watch. After I received order confirmation I noticed my mistake. Directly contact with Revolution golf and they promised to contact Vendor for cancellation of 2 wachtes ( I just want to have one). So far they promised me 3 times that they will do their best. I like almost every coach you have on your staff, we learn a lot with the good and qualified advice. The support team is always attentive and helpful.
On the other side, your sales pitch is always too long, it is written as if it was addressed to children. Maybe it may be common in the USA but for us, in Europe, it sounds childish and insincere, you can not trusts anyone that it is trying to sell you so aggressively.

If you cancel forget getting A refund. They just blame it on the bank. I get emails confirming my cancellation request and then later an email asking why I haven't watched the video. I called and was told my refund was processed on August 23rd. It's September 17th now. I called my bank and they said nothing had gone through.

Why would Martin Chuck, who appears to be a stand up guy, promote the swing click? Martin, you cant need the money that bad. Promotional material says money returned in seven days if not happy with the product. Now waiting for thirty days and was told so many returns have delayed the return of $25.00. Justin, it appears your company is a house of cards. So many bad reviews about your customer service and you fiddle.

I had ordered a Jim McLean video series on Fundamentals, when I went to look at the videos there were adds on every video, which was kind of annoying. I did a on line chat with a Rep. But he said he couldn't see a problem, so I ended up calling customer service. The only way they could replicate the problem was by using my e-mail address and password. Once he saw the problem, he said that he would have to talk to his supervisor. The problem was fixed the next day. I like the web site, the Reps are very helpful and courteous.

I just received (8/30/19) an RJ19 golf bag - It was supposed to have 14 fully lined sleeves for the clubs - Nope NOT True - It has one slot fully lined sleeve for the putter, 9 outer slots that have no lining, 2 inner slots that share a lining and another 2 slots that share a lining - If you are looking for a bag with 14 fully lined slots, don't waste your time - Go somewhere else.

All of the commercial demonstrations were great, but when it came time to actually use the club, not so great. I did not notice any improvement at all. Club was way to light for me. I'm so happy I did not sell my ping g-400 driver! Also, I did not like the custom tees.
Returning the purchase was a breeze and the rep I spoke with was very helpful.

One more than one occasion the online order software would not work. I called in and a customer service person said it was my fault because of I was not using the right internet service, however when then tried to enter the order they had a problem also. They said not to worry they would call me back when you were open (I ordered on a weekend). After 5 days I called in and placed my order. You need to get your online order software figured out and to tell your customer service people to stop blaming the customer's software before they know what the real problem is.
