Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Gabriel who assisted with my call. He was very well spoken and gave me a number of very good reasons to justify my monthly subscription. It was appreciated!

After a short retirement I decided to rejoin the workforce/volunteer sector to make a difference. I decided to freshen up my resume.

I kept trying to edit after noting job description repeated in same after trying to print &/or download, PAYING each time) without luck. Going to cancel NOW.

This is the first negative review I have ever given. Hopefully the last.

This is an awesome company to deal with, not only are their resume programs easy and great to use, their customer service is excellent. I spoke with Jose and not only was he knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, he made me feel important to the company as a valued customer. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use their service if looking for a resume writing service. Thanks Jose.

Dishonest. I did 1 resume template 1 cover letter template in a ONCE OFF tx. They went ahead and Deducted 6 X $24,95

Great assistance in helping me to develop my Resume. Both Dora and Shantal were superb as were several others I worked with.

This Resume site is horrible. I canceled my membership via email, received an email confirmation and they continued to charge my credit card for several months.

I wanted to use this site to make a resume just quickly. I forgot I subscribed to it and when I checked my bank statement they charged me for another month. So I called and canceled my subscription.
Now within 1 month I've been charged 24.90, their subscription payment, 4 times!
THIS WEBSITE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I called to cancel my subscription the women on the phone seemed to be at home with children crying. She was walking around and could barely hear me. She kept asking for me to repeat myself, even though I was speaking loud enough and clear enough. She didn't send a confirmation number or anything! The second time I called the man on the phone was very rude. He was not listening to me and kept interrupting. I'm so upset with this website. I HOPE IT GET TAKEN DOWN!

You spend an hour doing a resume then when you go to download it, you have to pay, no mention of that earlier.

Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful, both with technical questions and billing issue. Would definitely recommend!

I called to cancel the subscription that they force you into when creating a resume. So unhappy with that fact there was no way for a sale to come out of that, and my representative, Damian, was incredibly understanding, and while offering his sales pitch for continued service, I never once felt unwelcome or threatened, and he went through the process with ease and very quickly, while keeping me knowledgeable about what happens when cancelling. Very good representative, and very good salesman. It was unfortunate that I wasn't able to buy anything from him. Perhaps next time Damian!

This site has amazing options for helping build the resume and so many different templates to use. It pretty much does the work for you. I seriously can't say enough good things about it. It seems a little pricy, but the time that you waste trying to do it on your own is decreased by 110%!

Beware! This is a crooked company! No customer service. They try to put you on hold so you give up and they can keep stealing 24.90 a month from you. Horrible!

They do this whole marketing around you paying only 2$ for a resume, a month after, I looked at my credit card report and surprisingly realized they've charged me 24$ for the YEARLY membership THAT I've never asked for and without any warning. STAY AWAY from them.

Henry the customer service was courteous, very polite. I told him the site is deceiving at the beginning it says was for free then $2.90 just one time, then $24.95 subscription, but then he understood I was right, then he agreed to charge me for 4 weeks $4.95 extra and cancel it.

All I wanted to do was cancel my subscription but the guy just kept trying to get me to keep it. I said 5 times no thank you and I just want to cancel. He would not take no for an answer. I told him if I ever needed a resume again I would go elsewhere because I do not like being pushed to continue something. He then again tried to get me to keep it. When I said NO! He finally canceled it and then ended the chat immediately.

I am not a fan of using my debit card online, the site asked for a fee of 1.90 and it was ok until they charged 20 dls. Called in to know what happened and Deter was very friendly explaining the reason of the charge, I am still looking for a job and money is tight, he helped me crediting the charge and set me up for a so much lower rate deal, thanks for the help

Watch the account as they set up 2 accounts for me using my credit card and kept charging. Forget trying to get back. Times must be hard for them to steal. Wish i could give a negative star

Henry was an excellent customer service representative. He was polite and understood my situation and explained what was going on with my account. Although the website was deceiving stating that it was a free trial I went on my way to get my resume and paid $2.90 which I was ok with. I then ended my trial the day before they were going to charge me and they still did. In the end Henry gave exemplary customer service and resolved it l. And included compensation. Just a guy trying to do his job! Which I'm grateful for his customer service!

I noticed a charge on my bank account from resumegig.com. When I called them and explained what was going on, the guy started explaining to me how their service works. I told him I didn't care, just wanted to know how they started charging me. He then started asking for personal info about my credit card and email. I would not give them my card info or email. He then started to explain how the program worked again. I cut him off again only to hear that he couldn't help me if I didn't give them my card info. These crooks are shady. Never used their service. I am retired USAF and have had my current job since my retirement more than 7 years ago. Had to file fraud charges with my bank and they had to send me a new card. Always nice to not have a bank card for 7 days. Crooks!

Though they overcharge me unknowingly... I complained and they returned my money in two days... This guys are good and professional
