Most of the items I've ordered came in a timely manor and as pictured. The first time I ordered (2 years ago) from them was a bit of a wait (1 month) and dress was not quite as advertised (revealing "boob window" was not on dress shown.). Since then, orders have been a little more than a week and came as advertised.
My husband ordered me two shirts from Rebel Circus on November 23. STILL haven't gotten the order. I have tried to call but the phone rings maybe four times then says the mailbox is full and hangs up on you. I've also emailed them 9 times with NO RESPONSE! I NEVER expected this from them as I've ordered twice before and had no problem! Idk what is going on but at this point but I honestly just want my almost $65 back and I JUST wanna warn people NOT to shop on their site because you WILL get ripped off, I promise that!

I ordered a top 2 months ago and still haven't received it. All emails asking for a refund have been ignored. PayPal contacted them on my behalf and they was ignored too. I'm now going to have to go through my bank to see if I can get refunded that way.

I really love their clothing but I ordered 1 size up from what I normally wear, and it was still too small. This company was made for really thin framed people.
They sent me a DEFECTIVE item (how does one put on a necklace that has no latch?) and now I have to jump through hoops to return it to them, because like their products and service, their packaging is JUNK. Save yourself the headache and take your business anywhere else...
I placed an order back in March 2019. I have not received my t shirt and its now June. This company does not return emails and there voicemail is always full. I have never received my merchandise but Rebel Circus gladly took my money. I contacted PayPal they couldn't help me and my bank for my money back and neither could not help me. I contacted the BBB in NY and they couldn't even reach anyone at Rebel Circus. So now the BBB in NY has listed this company as being one not to do business with. Buyer beware. Whoever owns this company. Karma will prevail.

I ordered this dress before reading company reviews. Within 30 minutes on a Sunday I tried to cancel my order but they won't let you. I received the dress which was looked white online but was dirty beige in person. My fault that I didn't read return instructions carefully but you have to put them in the mail within 2 days. The company makes it very difficult to return and misrepresents the product.
Made a mistake when ordering said my total was 23 bucks then jumped to 43 after hitt submit. Charged my 20$ for shipping ordered lip gloss, bracelet, blankets. Tried to cancel order they don't awnser phone, voice mail is full, and took 3 emails for a replay back 3 days later saying my order all ready shipped. Which is Bull$#*! since it's new years and no one's open. Basically I'm $#*! our of luck.
Ordered close to $300 in clothing for Christmas gifts from them. All but one we were satisfied with, one dress did not fit. Tried to return it and they refused because its outside the 7 day refund period. Obviously they dont realize gift exchanges dont take place immediately. You would think they would have exceptions for Holiday purchases or at least be willing to work with a customer who spent a good chunk of change on their stuff... will NEVER order from them again.
I ordered something on 4/5 and apparently they claim it came from LA to Pennsylvania and back by the 11th bc I never retrieved it from the post office... I talked to the post master and she said they let things sit for THIRTY DAYS before returning and since she knows me, knew no such article was ever sent to me. They refunded the amount of the bag but not the shipping. The bag literally never left California as I have verified. PayPal had to refund me the rest bc this company doesn't answer their phone, has a full voice mail, and are argumentive in email. I will NEVER do business there again. I wish I would have found this site beforehand.
Three weeks no package I contacted customer support haha big F****** joke nothin happened still waiting for a response... peace out on 30 bucks i just got layed off too no job seems these guys are racking in the cash tho... However nice $#*! cover they did create a shipping label so it looks like they are gonna ship it... F'in riiiiiite maybe when I grow out a Moses Beard they'll get that done
I've ordered many things online and this was the fastest I've ever received anything. My shirt was perfect! Quality is great and the fit is amazing! It came in just two weeks which I think is amazing. I'm so happy with my purchase from this site. I'm super stoked to order much more, I absolutely love this site!
The photo didn't look like the item, and they wouldn't let me return the return policy isn't on the mobile site and it was too late by the time I contacted them. No answer if you call them, and voicemail is full.
Received a few items earlyier than I expected!, the size was spot on, I will continue to shop there for sure
It's been more than 2 months since i ordered a top from these guys. Am behold angry and disappointed. They will move you in circles and do nothing about it. This is appalling to say the least.
I ordered a shirt from rebel circus and never received it. They refunded my money but then I've had a string of fraudulent charges on my account! I'm 90% sure this was from them because I have not ordered online except from them in a very long time... so please be careful when shopping online... this place is very shady.
It all looked so perfect... awesome clothes, ok prices but being from the UK, the shipping was expensive and it got worse. Out of 6 items ordered, i then had to pay 4 customs fees because all packages came separately! So an extra £48 for delivery as well as the £15 charged by them. Go direct to the people who make the clothes, do not go through RC

I just wanted to let you know that in all of my communications about my return and refund, that nearly two weeks ago they said they issued a refund, and only today did I receive an email regarding the refund. It still has not reflected back in my account. I am terribly disappointed in the way this company does business. You said I had two days to return my item, and I returned it less than an hour from the time you stated this policy. The fact that it took almost a month to even receive an email regarding my refund, and still not have my funds back is just awful. I work in finance, with peoples money and customer service, refunds! Not only would I never purchase from this company again, but I will join the many many similar reviews that you have regarding issues with your company just doing bad business. Which is so unfortunate, because you have wonderful product. Your company is only as good as your people, and when customer service does not come first, growth and continued successs will not be the reward for what you sew into your customers.
I am full of grace, but I have never had issues like this before, not even close.

In April I bought a dress that arrived after one month. Unfortunately, the day of the delivery I was not at home so the packaging was immediately shipped back to the USA. I have been waiting for 32 days to be refunded, but I haven't received my money back yet.
First their plus size section is NOT a plus size section. Im a bit chubby but NOTHING was my size except for 6 t-shirt that I brought LARGE making sure by the chart that they fited me... They didn't fit me they could have fit my most slim friend tho. I contacted them and I HAVE to pay the shipping back.
Not cool, either. The clothes are just so so, at best. Read their articles on the Web page? They seem to be written by the same snarky amateur, like some rich kid wannabe who's the spawn of an investment banker.
Summary: I would only recommend this webstore to see a great amount of rockabilly clothes in one place. When you see something on their site that you like, the manufacturer is listed. Go to the manufacturer's site and buy direct. This company is just an ordering service that sends your order to the manufacturer to ship out. I ordered 3 items and all 3 shipped from different companies and cities in CA even-though RebelCircus is in NY.
I ALMOST DIDN'T GET MY PACKAGES!
1. They didn't tell me or explain on their site that everything comes Postal Service. I have a postal address and a separate shipping address. When asked for my shipping address, that's what I gave them.
2. They F'd up my address so badly that the post office almost sent all my packages back. The computer program they used, only had the Address Number, City, State and Zip... they OMITTED the street name completely! Thank goodness I had the tracking numbers to give my post master and they knew to look for these.
3. Because of the hassle I had to pay my Post Office $3 per package in extra postage... that was $37 total for 3 packages when all was said and done.
Returns have to be shipped to NY and it takes 2-3 emails to get an RMA, even-though they say you can't get a refund if you don't ship back in 7 days. It's like they force you to wait so you miss the return deadline.
No phone call or direct person to communicate with via email.

Don't even bother. Wish I had read these reviews prior to my purchase that took forever and then was too big. Returned the very next day and still no refund weeks after and no response. Check the BBB and you will see there are other complaints!
I have purchased many things from rebel circus. They sent my $188.00 worth of goods to Algeria instead on Australia. It has been 13 weeks... they still have not returned my MONEY nor acknowledged any wrong doing. They continue to tell me they havent heard back from postal services regarding item at dispatch. ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS NOW THEY IGNORE MY EMAILS.
THIS IS THEFT.
3 MONTHS IS MORE THAN LONG ENOUGH FOR POSTAGE TO THE NORTH POLE LET ALONE ANYWERE ELSE. UNTIL IM REFUNDED I WILL NOT GO AWAY.

I ordered a dress... on the 21st of December... got nothing yet. Surely the money for the dress was taken from my bank account. Now, that i have read the complaints here... i tend to lose all hope that i will ever receive anything at all... And i lost the money too. Is this a scam? Because it sure looks like one
