Ordered 2 Flame Lights, paid with my credit card, they arrived a month later and neither bulb works! Paid $53 CDN. Customer service now has no record of my purchase. After 3 emails they continue to ask me the same questions. I answer them and they still cant find my order. I have sent pictures of the box they were shipped in with their shipping stickers and their name on the box but they still have no record! They had no problem tak8ng my money! Never again... DO NOT buy anything from them... EVER

Their ads are deceptive and they sell nothing but junk.The customer service is absolutely terrible. They're money back guarantee is nothing but a lie. You have to pay shipping to receive the product then again to return it. I sent 10 emails with pictures to confirm the trouble with their product.
They just stall answering to get past their 30 day return policy. If there was a zero or minus review they would get that!
DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The product they offer is well made and high quality. Overall my shopping experiences here have been wonderful. A plus with there Care Support, they were helpful to your situation. Customer Service should always be very helpful to you and your needs like the company offer. And just to let you all know, I do get out of the house and I do go shopping in stores and I do buy things there as well! Great company! Thank you!

I bought a memory stick for my iPhone that also has a USB drive end on the opposite side of the iPhone connector.

The thing has never worked and there is "no" way to contact the company. No phone - No email - Nothing!

Ordered the magnetic phone cable. Took forever to come-from China. Then was the wrong product, couldn't even fit the magnet portion in the phone port or connect the charging coed. Sent back on my own some, sent them photos and the return receipt like they asked, still 3 months later now and no refund. Huge waste of $35 for 3 charging cords. I hate internet adds now, won't be trusting any sort of companies like this from now on. They can rot in hell.

Ordered the magic toy truck for my daughter for christmas. The batteries in the package were corroded! I emailed my complaint requesting a replacement. They needed a video of the batteries. I emailed the video. Their compensation was 15% off my next purchase. They told me they don't typically include batteries with the truck. The truck packaging clearly has spaces that hold and included batteries. Will never be a return customer after this experience. What a disappointment!

Ordered High Pressure Power Washer and it never came too late. The support and inquiries follow-up is well done. They never take too long to reply. I had a problem with the washer I had ordered and contacted them by opening a ticket. They responding to my ticket within less than an hour.

A terrible, dishonourable company, who appear to make money from not refunding for returned goods! Buyer beware. An impossible returns policy and disgusting customer service. I am investigating legal action against them.

The site provides rather good products but the service sometimes is slow, sadly. However its some 8 of 10 for me, mostly the experience was good while working with them.

This company uses dishonest advertising practices offering one product but then shipping a different product infinitely inferior to what you thought you purchased. Contacting them by e-mail ( because there is no way to call them) is useless. They will claim to have checked their records and confirmed that they sent what was ordered. I even sent them pictures of the junk they sent and screen shots from their ad but to no use. These people will rot in hell and I suppose I will have to extract 100$ of satisfaction from that. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is the worst, horrible service and cheap products. False advertising and lying is their specialty, avoid this company and especially their service agent Kimberly! It's no wonder they won't list their contact phone number and their is never any follow up with a manager. They lied about a product I purchased and expect me to pay to ship it back. Shame on these people!

Beware, beware. This company lies, scammed, falsely advertised and is stealing my money. No guarantee as they won't return your money, when you return their piece of crap product paying shipping yourself. How can this business continue? They should be sued for every penny they have. Only a matter of time.

Absolute rubbish. The iheadphones were rubbish quality and arrived broken. I sent a photo and was offered a replacement. I told them I wanted a refund, but for a Week they continued to offer a replacement. Finally they agreed to refund, but I had to ship them back to China at MY expense. They continuously refuse to accept their responsibility to pay for the refund. I'm in the UK and have reported the company to our Trading Standards. Hopefully they'll be banned from selling in uk

I ordered on 21st November and still not got my goods although money was taken form my account the next day. All I get is stand and answer emails from different people or asking for my order number which I am now fed up responding to. Rama Deals advertise on Facebook and remove bad comments so people will order. Guess they are in China or some such place as there is no tel number to call. Registered in US but only an address. This company needs to be removed!

Pay extra attention before submitting any on line order. Once you submit, there is no cancellation after you find out the True Mafia Deals. I have been trying getting my money back for a very bad deal with camera I ordered then I returned since February. Now they don't answer any email. A good deal is to stay away from these liars and don't order any thing from them

Recently I happened to purchase wifi repeater from Rama Deals. After follow up I received after 2 months. Thd component received is defective and not even getting connected. Pleass never ever get into this type of online purchases.

Worst company ever. They sent a defective product and would not refund my money. They promised a replacement on June 7. I emailed again on July 18. I emailed a total of 9 times. The replacement never came. I've been given the runaround for 2 months now. I'm never getting that replacement.

I ordered 2 items in November for Christmas and they never got here. Company kept saying they would. I finally got them in January, but I had to place a grievance through PayPal in order to get them delivered. They are very cheap looking. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They charge your card months before order even shipped. Never order from them. I have been blocked from commenting on their facebook page and they delete all the bad comments. Beware!

I don't know how other buyers manage to write a review in the space provided on the email as there was nowhere that it would open up to actually write a review. I have tried to review the silicon heels and they are ok... I guess it depends on how sore they really are.

This company is total rubbish from start to finish, I can say nothing good about then.
I've had problems from start to finish and wish I had never bought from them. The customer service is a joke, I think it's just a middle man company that has nothing to sell itself and everything is through a third party. I would take you hard earned money and shop somewhere else. It's a shame I can not give them less than one star
