Our surveys should not be asking you for a phone number. Are you referring to offers maybe? If you can email support@quickrewards.net and let us know which surveys exactly are asking you for a phone number.

HI Unfortunately since we are based in the USA, we only work with USA clients so we only have surveys for USA/Canada residents. We are hoping to add new countries towards end of year. Right now it's US and Canada only.
