I just got my computer yesterday. Everything is great so far. It was cheap and came fast. The people I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Very good experience.

Let me just start off by saying, "WOW!" I never leave reviews for anything but i had to make an exception. My entire experience with Pyro Gaming PCs was nothing short of amazing. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. I went on the site and read everything. The prices were so much lower than other sites in it's category but the site looked legit and much better than some sites I've seen around. They kinda have that small company vibe and you can tell it's just a few guys who love making computers. I went for their midrange Inferno 1500 system. I used their super simple configurer to upgrade my computer. I upgraded to an SSD and a HDD combo setup plus a sweet 3D monitor setup. I went through everything and saw there was a place to put in a coupon code. I searched on google quickly but I didn't find any. :/ I figured it wasn't a big deal because the price was already so low. I went to checkout and the site sent me through their paypal. I was happy about that because I always feel better going through a secure service like paypal instead of entering my credit card info on some random place. I paid and sat back.

Like 5 minutes later I got a call from them. (I found out later I was talking to the owner!) He asked me how everything went and if I had any questions and stuff. It wasn't like a scripted thing or typical sales call or whatever. The guy was super friendly and I could tell he really cared about me and my computer. He noted that I had chosen to make my primary Hard drive the HDD and I made my secondary hard drive the SSD. He asked if I wanted to make the SSD primary and the HDD secondary instead. I didn't even realize I did that and I thanked him for asking. He also found out if I wanted anything installed such as browsers or whatever. He recommened Chrome for my browser and that they install AVG Free to protect me. He wasn't pushy at all (the programs are free anyway) and told me that he uses them and really loves them. I agreed that it sounded good since I usually end up messing up my computers with viruses and I use Chrome already. He assured me he would only install those programs and wouldn't put a bunch of other crap on there. He then asked me if I was a student. I am so I said yes. He then told me that I qualified for a $75 student discount! I asked if I needed to send him any proof but he literally said, "No you seem cool. I don't care either way I'm just happy to give you a better deal." (I got a refund of $75 the next day) After he finish answering anything I asked him, he told me my system would probably be done being built within 2-3 days and it would ship out after. He told me he would keep me updated on the progress of the build. I hung up in such a great mood. I was in a even better mood when I got a email and then a call the next day (from the same guy) that my computer was already finished being built! It was less than 24 hours later! He told me it was finishing up testing and would be packaged up soon to be sent out the next morning! Three days later a UPS truck pulled up and my baby was here! I ordered my computer monday morning and it arrived at my house on Friday! I plugged it in and everything was perfect! The computer is so cool! I has a clear side and blue lights and stuff. It's super fast! I immediately piled a bunch of games on it and ran everything on maxed out settings. Even in 3D (which looks FREAKING AMAZING)! After my computer arrived I recieved another call from THE SAME GUY and he made sure everything was good. I told him how happy I was. He asked me my shirt size and said he would send me a free Pyro Gaming shirt. It came like a week or 2 later (today). It's really cool looking and great quality!

My entire experience with this company was so great! They have super low and more than fair prices, really high quality products, amazing customer service and just really care about their products and customers. I will never buy a computer from any other company! Buy a computer from them! You will be SOOOOOOOOOOOO happy you did!
