“I love pureplay!”

Robby V.
2/21/14

I love pureplay! The reasons why may not be what you expect though. I love it because I am a DONKEY type player when it comes to playing for free. Don't get me wrong, when there is actual money involved such as a cash tourney or other, than my style changes. On Pureplay I can go all in preflop with a 4-7 and win more than 50% of the time if it is heads up. If it is several players going all in pre-flop I well, I will win more often with the worst pre flop hand than the best. I recognized this by playing conventionally and noticing that The worst hand usually changes. I can almost guarantee that Pocket Aces or Kings will be beaten. I have lost more all ins with these pairs than I have won. So I changed my strategy immensely. No longer am I afraid to call someones all in pre-flop or after flop if I hit a low pair. There is such a good chance that I will hit another card that it adds to the excitement. I do not take this site seriously and would never buy a membership here but have won some real money on this site. Also, when you get a bad beat, it is more than likely your next pre-flop hand will be a good one. Like KJ suited or A10 suited. This hand will look good after the flop hitting one pair or hitting 2/3 of your suit. The turn and river will be so far off though and someone who had maybe a small pair will hit trips or two pair after the flop or turn. The river here is absolutely crazy. It may be a design in their program or such because I noticed a few kinks in their bonuses for slots. One example is they roll 2 die and you have to guess if the next roll will be higher or lower. When the die reads three (1&2) always bet on lower because the next roll will be a 2. I have used this to my advantage as well. Same goes for if the die hits 11. Guaranteed the next roll will be a 12 so bet higher. Enjoy this site as a free fun site and throw out everything you think you know about texas hold em.

“THIS SITE IS PURE GARBAGE!”

Played on PP quite awhile and put up with the unrealistic Texas Hold'em game. The "NEW" management has completely let the site burn down and crater. Constantly get kicked from tournaments during table moves, can't log back in to play. It almost appears to be personal action to kick because it happens when one is leading or high up in a tournament chip count. Customer service is a totally NON EXISTENT. They never answer complaints or fix programming issues. Attendance is dwindling, rightly so! Never have these problems on other real Poker sites. DO NOT GIVE THESE WEST COAST CLOWNS A DIME OR WASTE TIME THERE.

Never spent a dime on there. Never will. Used 30,000 play money to enter a cash qualifier game. Won a free seat entry to the £1,000 first prize cash instant game. Problem is, there is no such game and repeated emails asking them were a waste of time. I found ONE such game for Players Club members only using 250 poker points and that was in THREE days time. They told me I had to use my free seat entry into the £5000 cash game which had the £1000 first prize in 15 days. Impossible since there is no such game. Anyone who spends money on this site is a mug.

This site is a complete rip-off. Do not attempt to get bonus offers by purchasing chips. They just take the money and you have to fight for the chips. Customer support is terrible and just run you around in circles... save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration... dont go near this site!

This is the crappiest site in the history of sites! It constantly buffers and freezes and when I contact customer service about these issues they say it is the fault of my computer. Bull! How come I do not have this problem with other poker sites if it is my computer?

Other than the poker games - I've won a whopping $10 TWICE in several years - I enjoy the slots that play as a side game. However, it's obvious that Pureplay has some SERIOUS problems with their software and their customer service. This weekend there was a BOGO, but I never received my bonus chips. E-mails from my personal mail and account have not been answered. One game I played completely froze after reaching the bonus round and I am unable to play many of the other games. Again, no response. Time to find another site, I guess, as Pureplay clearly doesn't give a damn about their customers.

The site is NOT legitimate... it's a scam even at the free level. PP has compromised the integrity of Poker. A pre-programmed skewed game that has become all to predictable. Great site for Bingo players. What a waste of time. What a disgrace to the game.

This site uses a Texas Holdem game program that is totally controlled by them. I have been there almost daily just to watch and laugh at the fraudulent control of the games. I have been online with pureplay for well over 16 months and never won 1 game. I have been a poker player for 43 years and play as well as anyone. Day 1 at pureplay i could see things happening which had zero real possibility of ever occuring with real cards. I made a comment in their chat as to the fraudulent control and Voilla! Every table every day not more than a single hand in countless hours could have won. And this has now been over 16 months and every day exactly the same outcome. Nuff said!

I have been with pureplay way back when it was betzip. To get right to the point there is nothing random about there schuffler. Once I was playing in two tournaments at the same time. Well I got the very same cards the very same hand in both tournaments. I have a seven of hearts and a four of clubs three hands in a row. It seems that if you are the first to bet and you go all in with any two cards you will win the hand. But it does not work for me. I have complained to pureplay a number of times about this but that has done no good what so ever. They do need to get shut down until they get a random schuffler

Look out for players like arzhldembdazz. This player continuosly plays bad hands when he has no chance of winning. If you have the best hand and it comes to this players turn, he will wait until his time has almost run out and then call with the worst hand and win? The whole site is fixed so dont waste another dime at this site.

This site is so full of BS and rigged players. I am a semi-pro player and have played on and off for 15 years. Just trust me. I will post more later. Do NOT PAY TO PLAY HERE! Trust me, now or later after you lose your hard earned $25/month. Just to give it to losers who are paid PP shills. There are several. And usually have similar names. For example. Lets go with Cassino, Cassity, Cassman. Or Baekdutiger, Tatersalad2. It goes on. All paid shills. They must be 15 year olds who think it's a riot to eff with real poker players. Hmm. Or maybe Pureplay thinks that whoever is dumb enough to play on their site must be so stupid, they can't really play poker or why would they play online instead of actually going to a casino. Also, the site is based in the US but hell if I have ever spoken with an actual US citizen., pretty obvious when you contact them for support, (oh. Which, btw, forget speaking with ANYONE ON THE PHONE EVEN THOUGH IT IS SUPPOSEDLY A US BASED COMPANY). Email is their method of response and the young jerks working there, (those answering your emails), are clearly the same young jerks playing on the site, (ya, the ones who are such smart asses because they know their 4 9 off suit will win). I could go on and on. To the U.S. government. Bring back online gaming. There were legitimate, honest sites, such as Casino on Net. Casino-888. Who were legitimate. I mention that site because it was fair and when I won almost $2000 and then $1500. I received my checks and cashed them. Legitimate. If you think Pureplay will ever allow a win of more than $25, (monthly fee for Player's Club), you're nuts! You will win $10 and $25... no more than that. They make sure taht good players, (such as myself), never ever win. Also, look at the cash games and what you win in each place, (such as $1000 cash. Where 1st places takes home a measly few hundred(. Compare that to the so called "leaderboard" payouts and do the math! It is NOT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLY TO WIN THAT MUCH! RIGGED>>SMART PEOPLE DO THE MATH!. Stay away from this risite. They have taken advantage of the loophole that unfortunately was opened when Ronald Reagan banned online gaming in the US,,, Love Reagan but bad move. This allowed PP to charge $25/month or free for basic members and claim it was for "entertainment". So, in otherwords. Screw you if you are holding AA against 2-8 off in the final hand. Nothing you can do. It's for fun. Last thought, NOONE FROM PUREPLAY HAS EVER PLAYED IN THE WSOP>>YET SOMEONE WINS EVERY YEAR>>>>>>YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE THE WINNER WEAR THE SHIRT>>WHERE THE HELL IS IT? OHHHHH. THEY TOOK CASH >>WHOPPING $2500 instead? BS! WHERE THE HELL ARE THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD BE INVESTIGATING THIS RIGGED SCAM SITE? WHERE?

I cannot describe how angry and frustrated I am. I have been doing freerolls on pureplay for about a year. About 6 months ago my son spent $1. On the sight to give me extra play money chips. I am 73 years old on a small fixed social security income, so I do not spend money on chips when I am a decent player and can keep winning them whenever I play. Last week I got an email notification saying that I had just spent $100. To purchase 800,000 chips which did enter my account. I did not order those play money chips, which I did not need, nor could I afford at that outrageous price, but they used the credit card my son used to purchase the $1. Worth of chips 6 months ago. I do not live with my son and do not have access to his credit card, and he absolutely did not make that $100. Purchase last week on my behalf. So that means that pureplay must have stored my son's credit card number, and obviously in a not so secure area, because someone either from pureplay, or just a hacker, had access to it. They did put all 800,000 chips in my account, however, according to them, I have been using those chips (which I have not done), so that is the reason they gave for refusing to refund my son's credit card for the unauthorized purchase and taking back the unordered chips. The problem is that all 800,000 chips are still in there. They refuse to acknowledge that either a gross error was made on their part, or that someone may have hacked into my account (even though it doesn't really look that way because the chips are still there), and they refuse to credit back my son's credit card because he never authorized that purchase, especially for the outrageous amount of $100. You would think that they would be concerned that they had used a credit card that was illegally stored in their database without the permission of the third party cardholder who is now in a state of shock because he is out $100. They have as much as told me that they don't care, because they say they have all the proof on their side that they did nothing wrong. If they do have the "proof", they must have manufactured it because it is not based on reality. They don't care that I have explained to them that I am 73, under the care of a cardiologist, and this situation has caused me so much stress that I might have another attack. All I can say is, DO NOT USE PUREPLAY, and if you do DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
