Ordered a pair of trainers for £126 and it said they would arrive 5 days later so i waited 6 days then went onto the live chat to be told that they didn't have any of them in the size i ordered and that ill be getting a refund in 3-5 days? I never had a single email telling me this? And whenever i went onto (my orders) it stated 'carriage to be confirmed'. Never purchase from here! Also their livechat is broken as every message gets sent twice from the customer and employee

I have used this site for over 3 years now, and made around 20 orders or so. Very Safe

This site is a scam. I just ordered 13 soccer balls, they sent me 3 defective balls... I am not able to either return or call them... I've sent many emails and no response yet. Please stay away

The order confirmation takes about 1 day and the shipping confirmation takes about 2-4 days

Did they send you an email with the tracking number and where do you live

I'm guessing you ordered them on november the 29th and it depends on what kind of shipping you chose at checkout
