I feel PortableHookahs' product selection is quite good, prices also great, shipping time from placing the order was excellent, and the tracking info they provided allowed me to follow the package all the way from NY to my house. I have no complaints and would do business with them again. Very happy with my purchase, too.

Got a pretty good product at a lower price than my local vape shop. Have been using this device for a few days now and no complaints.

I bought a portable vaporizer for the first time and portable hookahs called me after making my order to make sure I chose the right device for my needs. Buying online all the time, all I get is a tracking number just like most of you I'm sure. I was a little confused and thankfully I received this call so that I can swap to a different product at the same price. I didn't understand the difference between heating coils up until a rep from the website explained it. Thanks for portable hookahs, I got exactly what I needed.

I ordered a product from them, was not happy with it so I sent it back. It has been over 3 months since I sent it back and they still have yet to give me a refund. I have sent them a message at least 6 times asking them to let me know something and so far no one has emailed or called me.

I ordered my vape on Wednesday and received it today. That's as good as me going to the store only I saved 80 bucks ordering online and didnt have to go anywhere, haha!

This company was extremely helpful with helping me choose and shipping the vape the same day of purchase. I received it a couple days later and enjoying it so far. I use to think going to the store is the easier choice but those guys just want you to spend more. I got an honest opinion here and received the product without having to leave my home.

Recently, I ordered the Kanger subox because a few of my friends told me to stop using mech mods to vaporize my eLiquid. I contacted portable hookahs by email and they gave me an entire selection based on my needs. I just received it and now using it throughout the day without punishing my lungs with the hot vapor mech mods produce. I currently have five vaporizers and was looking to get a sixth. For some reason I always bought portable ones because I thought the desktop vapes were more expensive. Since I blaze at home I figured lets see whats out there. I found something called an "Easy Vape" on Portable Hookahs for only $99 and with a free grinder on top of that. I honestly couldn't believe since it seemed too good to be true compared to the $300 desktop vapes out there. I've been using this a few days now and it is absolutely perfect. Nothing fancy but its sturdy and produces tasty vapor. I recommend this company to all.

I purchased the new Firefly 2 while every other company was out of stock. They sent me tracking the same day I called in and gave me a discount. I've been using it for a week and so far I'm loving it. The battery is definitely better than the previous firefly. I was about to make an order for a different cheaper device but a rep explained everything to me and thankfully he did because that is prolly the only reason I'm satisfied with the device. I recommend checking through youtube on the vapes before purchase, that can save a world of trouble. Thanks to Phil, I got exactly what I needed.

These guys were great, I asked a bunch of annoying questions and literally learned everything I needed to know about vaporizers in one phone call. Thankfully I was informed on the difference between convection and conduction vaporization before I made a mistake.

Portable Hookahs walked me through about 7 different vaporizers until I found the exact one that suits me. It was awesome. I was looking for the PAX vaporizers but was unwilling to spend $250 They offered me a new vaporizer called "The Kind Pen Truva" which was pretty similar except in my opinion it was better and only 135 bucks! My friend has the pax and when we put it together, I was able to take a much larger puff and my herb chamber fit a hell of a lot more. I am extremely happy with my order not to mention I receive it only 3 days after purchasing!

I recently purchased a vaporizer pen and was a little confused on how it works because it was my first time. I called this company and left a message. They had an Atmos rep call me and explain everything from A to Z. In my opinion, the fact that portable hookahs actually reached out to Atmos to have them call me is pretty amazing. Within a week of my purchase I was already a pro with the device. Thanks guys!

I have been given a song and a dance for the last week.The package has never shipped I emailed them once I saw there the package was not in the system. Soon after that a shipping label was printed which was done in house and that was as far as that went. I been told that there is problem but with USPS just wait the package is coming. How is this possible if the post office doesn't have the package? At this point I feel I have been scamed.

I'm from Washington so the need for a vaporizer pen is serious. Portable hookahs helped me out in a way that I'll never forget. I bought the kind pen V2 and the chamber was a bit small for dry herbs. I emailed them and they offered to exchange the used kit and allowed me to upgrade to the Truva which produced true vapor. You gotta see this vape, it is amazing! This was awesome because at the end of the day I got a vaporizer just like PAX but with a bigger chamber for half the price of PAX. I was looking through a few different options between the Atmos transporter and the Pax vaporizer. When I called in, the gentleman on the phone explained that the transporter would be the better choice even though it was cheaper. I ended up saving money and getting a better product as apposed to shops usually trying to sell the more expensive device. I love portable hookahs for that :)

I emailed portable hookahs hoping to learn more about vaporizers. A gentleman by the name of Phil explained the difference between a conduction and convection vaporizer. I almost made a mistake because I wanted a vaporizer pen and it seems that the Atmos Boss is the only convection vaporizer pen on the market. I am grateful that he explained everything and took the order over the phone. I would recommend this company to everyone, especially newbies.
